    In addition, police also cataloged three handgun holsters, a religious pendant, a flashlight, a pocket knife, sanitizing wipe, a soft-sided gun case, a combination lock, and, for some reason, a pack of gum.

      Also interesting…

      At the time of his arrest, Zimmerman had two cell phones. An affidavit, filed Monday, says he told authorities he recorded the altercation with his girlfriend on his cell phone.

      If this is the case he should have kept his free lawyers as this is open and shut case. He has the whole thing on his phone!

      Wait…that would be the same phone he’s asking to have returned because it is not evidence.

    When Zimmerman posted the $9,000 bail set by the judge, he said he was homeless and listed defense attorney Mark O’Mara as his mailing address. Zimmerman told jail staff he did not have an emergency contact and said he is unemployed.

    Since I see someone already posted much of this info regarding the weapons/ammunition cache, I’m wondering about the above info:

    Zimmerman is “homeless”? What happened to his family and all their “rah-rah, go George. He didn’t do anything wrong”? But, he can’t stay with ANY of them? No emergency contact? What happened to his sister, who apparently didn’t mind letting him place structured amounts into her bank account? He can’t even list her as an emergency contact? Has his entire family kicked him to the curb? Then we get to Mark O’Mara as his mailing address. A man to whom he owes app. 2.5 mil, and has recently paid out $30K to settle a lawsuit in both their names? GZ thinks he’s going to play mailman for him? Unfathomable…

    PS. I know I haven’t been around much lately. Mom came home from the nursing home after cancer surgery (and her other various illnesses) and is now bedridden. My girl cat (Sunni) was diagnosed with acute on chronic renal failure near the end of the summer, and requires multiple daily treatments. All care for both of them falls on me, so I don’t get much online free time. I’d like to wish everyone a safe and happy holiday season, and let you know I always send out general positive thoughts and energy to everyone connected with this site.

      Nef: Has his entire family kicked him to the curb?

      That was what I was wondering when Shellie revealed a few months ago that she and Piglet had been living together at one of her parents’ rental houses since January.

      It didn’t make sense to me that even though they were together that her parents would be ok with him staying at one of their places at a reduced rent since their marriage wasn’t in the best condition.

      We recently lost Maisy Daisy Nov 6th 2012 Died in my better halfs arems with toeraf big tabby an me surrounding her.

      She was 17 an devolped cancer a lump the size off a golf ball .

      An she was dainty but feice.

      Toerag three times the size aquiesed to her every demand to move or even to step away frm your food bowl an you wont get faux boxed ear.

      We had the growth removed but it wasn’t a cure only a slight 9mnth reprive as it came back riddled her body with a vengeance.

      An yet she was eating an drinking an seemed content..

      None of my pets or passed l9oved ones have ever left me.

      As I never stop thinking off them.

      Maybe a good question to ask O”Mara would be:

      If a man’s son made jokes about one of his co-workers Middle Eastern decent by calling him “Amhed the Terrorist”, would you feel that this is an indicia of a household prone to cyber-bullying?

      Also, now that you are on your high horse about holding those who enable bullying accountable, do you feel that the business and the son who made the remark I gave as an example should be subject to criminal laws?

      As a follow up, how do you feel about people who post pictures of murder victims on the internet in an attempt to slander their character?

      Lastly, were you born an asshole or did you work on it?

      Let’s hope he gets convicted so he stays unarmed. Or at least is supposed to be unarmed. I don’t have confidence that he’ll obey that law.

    Zimmerman’s hearing scheduled for Jan. 7, 2014, is before Judge Recksieldler. Isn’t that the same judge who recused herself in the murder case?

      IIRC, her husband is a lawyer who works in Mark Nejame’s office and she offered to recuse herself to maintain the court’s appearance of fairness because Nejame had been commenting about the case for CNN or some other national network.

      Maintaining the appearance of fairness is mandated by the Judicial Code of Conduct.

    Sloooooowwwwwlyyyyy, but surely, mainstream media finally seems to be publishing more objective assessments of CAC. This evening, a USA Today columnist posted an article subtitled:

    After being acquitted of killing Trayvon Martin, the NRA poster boy thinks he’s invincible.

    Although the author compares CAC to OJ Simpson (a comparison that I personally don’t feel comfortable with) he does focus on CAC, concluding:

    … Zimmerman can’t help himself when it comes to his propensity to find trouble. The demons inside of him have convinced Zimmerman he’s invincible. They’ve made him believe he’s above the law, an arrogance that one day soon will land him in jail — or worse.

    Reading a really interesting book on Mind Control. It’s called Remote Brain Targeting by Renee Pittman M. The title really sounds like it would take a wacko to write the book, and another to read it. I pictured someone wrapping themselves in aluminum foil to stop the mind control. LOL
    But then I looked through the Amazon reviews. Got it FREE today for Kindle. You can get a free Kindle app to get it free too.
    The person writing the book is an expert at hypnotism and using these techniques to help people – with their knowledge & consent to use these techniques. Renee describes how they are used at religious revivals. Renee adds that the preachers have found through trial & error that the techniques work, but don’t deliberately know that they are using mind control. Renee (She / He) describes the techniques and then walks you through a church service.
    He also describes how politics use the techniques (thought of the Democratic convention), and the GOP. He also describes what & how Moonie techniques work. Haitian Voodoo….. The military.
    AND techniques that lawyers use to use mind control over the jury… And then I realized how MOM was able to wear out the judge & jury and win his case. I’m sure MOM used some lawyers mind control tricks.
    So if you’re ready to venture out and explore this book, I highly recommend it. I’m only on Chapter two of a 290 page book.

      @JJ. I picked up on O’Mara’s use of cultic mind control. He formulates questions to first question the intelligence of witnesses. Then he tries to get agreement with his questions — not their answers. What he does is take away their individuality so he becomes the witness.

      But he couldn’t do that with Sybrina Fulton.

          Correct, but there are people who lack confidence when someone who acts as if they have more confidence questions them using cultic technique. Have you had a Jehovah’s Witness start their conversation with a question that is to get your agreement? The Watchtower Bible and Tract Society spends lots of time preparing those questions then JWs go to the Kingdom Hall to practice how to deliver them. They call it “witnessing.” Likewise, O’Mara was actually “witnessing” to witnesses on the stand.

          In common settings, there’s the possibility of saying “See ya” and walking away. On the witness stand however, witnesses know they cannot refuse to answer or get up and leave.

          From day 1 most of us didn’t believe a word of Robbie the Racist Moron O’ Mara …

          We didn’t believe Papa Zim, Junior, Taaffe and the rest of the Zimmerman wasp nest because after we saw George’s walk-through, we knew that he lied. From that point, anyone advocating for him is also a liar.

    I’m not going to take much more time right now dealing with the life and times of George Zimmerman. I am and have been doing quite a bit of digging into the information we have involving the murder of Kendrick Johnson and this case is diverting my thoughts from doing that…

    Here are a few things to think about in this latest episode. Does it seem strange that a very successful attorney with what was said to be in a profitable private practice suddenly leave that practice to take a job as head of a public defender group? Is it even stranger that very shortly after that happens, a well known criminal (George Zimmerman) commits a crime in the area where said attorney has taken over? Hmmm, it could not be that he was aware in advance that the criminal would commit a new crime, right? I suppose it was just luck of the draw that this attorney just happened to be in the right place at the right time… Of course now that the well known criminal has dumped him (much as was done the last time this criminal was in trouble!) and has retained a new attorney it seems as if some one was left holding the bag…
    Next little thing to think about. When George Zimmerman damaged the I-Pad of Mrs. George Zimmerman, and the Lake Mary PD sent the hard drive out to see if data could be recovered from it, you would think they would have sent it to the state crime lab or even to the FBI lab or possibly to Apple to attempt the data recovery, right? Well why then did they send the unit to the Secret Service? How could the Secret Service figure into this? Has anyone else ever heard of them doing work like this? I took a little bit of time and can find no possible connection to them for this type of investigation… Why did they get involved??? Am I the only one that noticed that?
    Ok, it’s time to get back to reading, spend a moment and think about what I have written, see what you think….

      @ crazy. I thought the very same thing when I read that Dowdy left his private practice only two weeks before GZ’s latest crime accepting a job as head public defender for the county. Even if GZ had committed his crime in another state, this seems too convenient. Sort of like being in the right place at the right time. Not to mention his associations with Robbie the raciest. Something is wrong with this picture.

      Dowdy went from private practice into the PD’s office. Before that, Don West came out of the PD’s office to go into private practice (and work with O’Mara). And the PD’s office is usually VERY CLOSE to the prosecutors, especially in a corrupt county. And all like that.

      No prosecutor in Seminole County EVER wants to convict Fogen of ANY CRIME. We need to understand that. And stupid women who date, lay or otherwise play with Fogen should keep that in mind.

    Another story has come to light from Jonathan (JOE) Manolo. He says that before George shot Trayvon in November the year before George pulled a gun on the UPS man who came to the door.. and fluffed it off saying that he didn’t know who it was.. even though the UPS truck was parked in front of his house.

      Hi everyone. My computer has been down for almost three weeks. I’m just catching up. Rachael, I don’t think its GZ you hate so much, but rather what he did, what he is doing now, and what he probably will do in the future. BTW how can anyone believe he is indigent. He lied before, and he is surely lying now.
      Look at all the blood money that was donated. I don’t believe for one second that all that money is gone.

      GZ is still being protected, but for how long. You cannot be protected from karma. Let’s all just have a sit back and watch karma unfold. It is already happening. He has been in trouble every since he got off with murdering Trayvon. Just look at him standing in court with his attorneys. He looks crazy as hell. He is his own worse enemy which will be the result of his downfall.

      @lurker — i have seen a serious contingent of his casual fans publicly admit that they were wrong. many of them cite gz’s ‘use’ of 911 as what changed their mind along with the fact that he is now threatening women. i see this more so on the huffington post which is a much larger subsection of the country at large, but there are some at the conservative treehouse as well who are figuring it out. some have admitted that they squandered their cash on the defense of a total loser.

      while i will never post at the CT, i will always acknowledge those on the huffpo who have the courage to admit they were wrong. even if it is somewhat anonymous, it takes humility to make such an admission and i commend them for it and then ask them some insightful questions regarding martin’s death. if racism is to be diminished in this country (i doubt it will ever be eradicated) it will be done by changing one heart/mind at a time and that’s what i work on when i see an opening.

        A car loan is secured, GZ would not be able to keep his shruck if he filed chapter 7 bk. If he filed chapter 13 bk he could keep his shruck, but I don’t see him filing 13, as all his debts are paid back, but a smaller amount each month. If his car gets repoed, and he owes more than what is is worth, he owes the balance of the loan.

            I don’t think he has a personal sugar daddy. It’s just that he fits the agenda of a bunch of fools willing to chip in–and likely a few who have actual bucks. Remember the $12 grand that was raised off the internet to buy him a new gun after the trial.

            He’s just a convenient poster boy.

            But I doubt that he’s invinceable. And to the extent that he’s too unintelligent to realize that, he will eventually kill the goose that has been laying his golden eggs.

            I’ve been reading the comments about Piglet’s latest outburst on various news posts and although he still has some support they don’t sound as if they are going to part with their money at least not enough to help George pay $30K to settle the lawsuit and now hire his own lawyer.

            roderick — what occurs to me is the old adage of winning any civil court case. it is one thing to win but quite another to collect, that is, a judgment is only worth that which can be collected.. i may be mistaken, but i have only seen that a negotiated settlement was reached, not that any sum has been paid. if you have seen otherwise, i’d be delighted to see it.

            faux, you’re right about the old adage insofar as it relates to post-trial judgments. But if a negotiated settlement was reached, that means that someone paid some money and the plaintiff permanently dismissed the lawsuit. Plaintiffs don’t “settle” unless and until they receive something of value. It might not be as much as they feel they’re due, but what they get is “a bird in the hand.”

      Apparently, the story is true. Defendants O’Mara and the Zimmermans settled a $27 K lawsuit for $30 K.

      Looks like a name-your-price-and-we-will-pay-it negotiation.

        now that does not surprise me… he may not care so much about his reputation, but i’m sure as a businessman his credit rating is meaningful. i did not expect his client to pay a dime and i’m sure o’mara did not either. since they were co-defendants, both are responsible … not a good position to share with mr. deadbeat.

      Any sane, loving, logical person with a modicum of humanity should hate George and the system that enabled and continues to support him.

      Exhibit A from the cited article:

      That speaks volumes about how they assign characteristics to other people as a group and how they vicariously live through the acts of people they perceive as in their group.

      But let’s just use facts.

      First off, the people from NYC that I meet strike me as not that afraid of people who do not look like them. IOW, running from a fight is not what I see as part of their nature.

      George was a sniveling coward who felt the need for a gun to keep him safe everywhere he went.

      The only reason he shot TM, leaving his asshole nature aside, is that he was afraid of an image that resided in the dark recesses of his mind. IOW, he is a menace to society with serious mental issues running around with a gun.

      Weenies like Dowdy also project their cowardice on others. They like to argue something along the line of “well, you would have done the same as George, if you were there”.

      No, I would not.

      First off, I would have drove on by and not given TM any thought.

      Second, if I did walk by him, I would have said hello. Spreading sugar and sunshine tends to bring smiles to faces.

      I guess that makes me a Detroit City coward brainwashed to run away.

      The truth.

      The truth is that we have a group of cowards who need a gun so that they can give the asshole treatment to people of color without any worry that the person treated in such a foul manner has the ability to stand their ground – be it physically or verbally.

Rachael, I don’t think its GZ you hate so much, but rather what he did, what he is doing now, and what he probably will do in the future. BTW how can anyone believe he is indigent. He lied before, and he is surely lying now.
      Look at all the blood money that was donated. I don’t believe for one second that all that money is gone.

      GZ is still being protected, but for how long. You cannot be protected from karma. Let’s all just have a sit back and watch karma unfold. It is already happening. He has been in trouble every since he got off with murdering Trayvon. Just look at him standing in court with his attorneys. He looks crazy as hell. He is his own worse enemy which will be the result of his downfall.

    Think about the irony of this whole case. First the taxpayers pay for the police to arrest him, then the taxpayers pay to house him overnight, then the taxpayers pay for the court room and judge to allow him to make an appearance in the case, where he is defended by attorney’s provided with taxpayers money.. Crap, in any major city in this country he could have been taken care of for just a couple of hundred dollars, yet in Florida they actually pay to keep scum like this on the streets to terrorize the citizens…. If some one were to write a book about this man and his legal episodes it would end up in the fiction department because no one would accept that it was a true story… If I had the money, I would offer a reward for true information about what lead him to be exiled to Florida from Virginia…. I would almost be willing to bet it was something involving violence and racism…. and it would not surprise me one bit if a death of a black person was involved…

      Maybe what happened in Virginia was that somebody who had a grievance against FOGEN made it clear to him that they were not going to use the “legal system” for redress but were going to do their own “wet work.” So he skedaddled. And began training in how to do that “shrimping” that saved his sorry ass life.

      I do know that sometimes in Virginia victims or victims’ families have to resort to that. In the famed Elizabeth Morgan case, there was another mother of another molested child, who had been married to Eric Foretich before he married Morgan. Apparently when this mother brought an action against the same father (a serial alleged-but-never-proven-molester), the courts (Judge Bruce Bach in the Circuit Court and Judge Gaylord Finch in the Family Court) began to do that old, “Oh well he looks like a nice guy let’s just forget that the kid says he molested her and give the guy what he wants…” and the mother of the older girl had a very serious, very protective father. This man was Foretich’s first father-in-law, see? So that guy figured, “Well these judges are pro-molester so I’m gonna see to taking care of business my-damn-self” and he told me that he went to Foretich and told him like this:

      “I’m old. I don’t care if I go to prison for the rest of my life. You’re never gonna touch my granddaughter again. If you try to do to my daughter what you’re doing to Elizabeth Morgan, I will come after you and I will take care of what needs to be taken care of and they can lock me up forever and they can put the needle in my arm too but you’ll be long gone by the time that happens.”

      So he never bothered trying to get visitation or custody of the older daughter.

      See how it sometimes goes in Virginia?

      Maybe Fogen killed a Black kid in Virginia whose parents didn’t bother getting marches in the streets and petitions. Who knows? Just sayin…

        I don’t know about all that. However, he did post to his old MySpace that some of his buds took the rap for him on something and they were in jail while he went scott free. Maybe Daddy got him off legally, but thought it better that he get out of the state to avoid the extra-legal ramifications of those who went down.

        Sheer speculation.

        Personally, I prefer to look through a broader lens. Yes, Z is scum and an idiot and his family has some influence. But, I am not certain that it outweighs the influence that Trayvon’s family brought to bear. I do believe that what tips the balance over and over again is the willingness of the public (which includes police, prosecutors, jury members and on and on) to see a black kid in a hoodie as a thug, potential thug, wannabe thug.

        The only way that Zimmerman’s story sells is if the listener already has a belief that young black men routinely commit irrational crimes of violence against innocent bystanding whites. Nobody ever even asked the question (in court) of why (motive) Trayvon would run from Zimmerman and then double back to attack him with that deadly sidewalk.

        Within that overall context, Zimmerman is simply a lying manipulator using a corrupted system for his own protection.

            In this country we have such a limited understanding of racism. When discussing racism too many think Klan rallies instead of internalized beliefs that lie, unexamined, below the surface, but nonetheless color all our thinking and decision-making, and the social structures that result.

            Shellie can say with all honesty that GZ is not a racist, but only because she has never seen him in a pointy hat. O’Mara did a decent job of keeping Z’s lips sealed during the trial. However Momma, Daddy and Robert were not silent and managed to demonstrate their internalized racism with every denial of racism that they uttered.

While that factor may be irrelevant now that he has acquired yet another high priced attorney, it still bears asking how and why… While we are here, how many other defendants are allowed to claim to not have a vehicle (falsely) and not raise any questions from the court? Face it, this individual is special and receives special treatment…

    It is pretty obvious by now that Fogen is a “protectorate” of the Government of the State of Florida and particularly of the Fiefdom of Seminole County. He was enabled BY THAT GOVERNMENT to kill, really, any African American he chose.     Whoever is Fogen’s ultimate sponsor (we can’t tell at this point, although at some future time we may know) is still powerful. THAT is the story of Dowdy’s position.

    Fogen is a sponsored killer/abuser.

    We dealt with a sponsored killer/abuser once in the Army. He was head of the marksmaship unit at Fort Benning, GA, and he had done contract sniper killings for the CIA in both Cuba and North Korea by the time his ex-wife (and two doctors and an Army social worker and an Army CID officer) tried to charge him with child sexual abuse of three children, with testimonial, medical and physical evidence. His sponsorship only enlarged as his crimes enlarged. Eventually he committed sexual abuse of four children, kidnapping, terroristic threatening, perjury, and fraud. His criminal career culminated in his accusing an elderly cancer patient (his ex-wife’s father) of molestation and bribing a DHS employee to file false reports. We ramped up the publicity and finally he settled by returning the children to stop the public outcry but he was never charged with a crime after a four-year crime spree. HE HAD SOMETHING on everyone because he had done illegal things FOR powerful government people.

    I am beginning to see the same kind of picture emerge with Fogen but HE never did anything useful to earn his position of protected criminal; maybe he just got it because Wolfinger would have been in trouble if they didn’t clear his little bum-boy.

        For what it’s worth, I’m in agreement with you. I’ve long suspected both papi z and Wolfinger continue to have close ties to the Pentagon/DOD. Remember, Wolfinger, an expert in terrorism was called to Washington DC immediately following 911 AND received special commendation from then Atty General Alberto Gonzalez.
        There’s very little known about the Zimmerman’s, but it’s unlikely his Army career was just 20-22 years. It’s more likely he served 1970-1988/90 (30 years) since he seems to have transitioned from the Army to a position as VA Magistrate seamlessly.
        Keep digging around…I suggest looking at who was DefSec during papi’s 10 years at the Pentagon

          looneyoone, Prior to and during the Zimmerman trial, I did a lot of digging into many of the people involved in various parts of the incident. Adam Pollack, Kelly Sims, John Donnelly and his wife, MOM, and others, this is a pretty diverse group in background and interests, the only common denominator that I could find at that time was political, that being they all had supported Ron Paul in his runs for the presidency. I wrote that off as just useless trivia and still can not say it in any way comes into play in this matter now. The only reason I bring it up is I was looking at some of the links that I had used to find this information the other night while doing a search about Robert Zimmerman Sr., guess what, almost all of those sites no longer contain the information, but I probably should not admit this, because people might think my name fits very well, but most of the sites I had copied to disk, so the scrubbing did nothing except raise a flag in my mind.. Who has the power and means to remove such data from the I-net? Why would that data have been removed? Last but not least, why would data like this that is of no great importance have been removed. I have been running into this same problem as I search for the background of Robert Zimmerman, as far as his background and history, he never existed! Why??? How does a man live to his age and leave no real history????

        Sharpshooter usually need to qualify at a distance of more than contact. If the bullet ridden target left at the Dean’s house for Shellie is an example of fogen’s marksmanship, I doubt that he would qualify. All his shots were low and to the left. I did better than that the only time I tried target shooting.

      Maybe, although I think there remains much to be said about the zeitgeist of law enforcement (and lack thereof) in the state of Florida, particularly as it pertains to the protection of minors (remember the numbers of children that their CPS has simply lost), minorities and women.

      Off topic, or perhaps not, the NY Times yesterday had a front page piece about the dead wife of a LEO in St. Augustine. Immediate determination that she put a gun in her own mouth and killed herself. Never even got so far as interviewing neighbors who heard her screaming, or family members who rec’d texts that she would be there shortly–as she was moving out.
