Samantha Scheibe tells police about George Zimmerman’s assault

January 4, 2014

Saturday, January 4, 2014

Good afternoon again:

For those of you who haven’t had enough of George Zimmerman, here’s a videotape interview of Samantha Scheibe at the police station after police arrested him for pointing a shotgun at her.

Unless you are dead, you probably know that the charges were dismissed at her request.

What happens to Zimmerman if Samantha Scheibe refuses to participate

December 11, 2013

Wednesday, December 11, 2013

Good afternoon:

Many readers have been wondering what will happen to George Zimmerman’s pending case if her request to dismiss her pending case against him is denied and the prosecution pursues it, despite her refusal to participate.

The answer is simple. The case is not her personal lawsuit. It will be the State of Florida against George Zimmerman and she is a witness in that case.

She will be subpoenaed to appear and testify. Upon the request of the prosecution, the court will issue a bench warrant for her arrest. The police will “secure” her appearance by arresting her and transporting her to court.

If she refuses to answer any questions, she can be jailed for contempt and will remain in jail until she finally agrees to answer questions. If she continues to refuse to answer questions, she will be deemed unavailable and her statement to police will be admitted under Rule 804.

If she agrees to testify, she can be confronted with her previous statement to police where it differs from her testimony.

She can also be charged with giving a false statement to police and sentenced to jail for that offense.

UPDATE: This is how the prosecution could have chosen to proceed with the case. However, they decided to drop it instead.

George Zimmerman’s girlfriend wants to drop charges

December 10, 2013

Tuesday, December 10, 2013

Good morning:

George Zimmerman is back in the news today. His girlfriend, Samantha Scheibe has petitioned the court to dismiss the charges against him and dissolve the no-contact order.

ABC News is reporting,

Scheibe’s new affidavit taken Dec. 6 stated, “When I was being questioned by police I felt very intimidated…I believe that the police misinterpreted me and that I may have misspoken about certain facts in my statement to police.”

Scheibe wrote that Zimmerman “never pointed a gun at or toward my face in a threatening manner” and that “I want to be with George.”

Her affidavit complicates matters because it is a sworn statement refuting what she said earlier, thereby destroying her credibility.

Tough to prove a case when your witness destroys her credibility.

Please, if you can afford to make a donation, do so. We have been overwhelmed by unexpected expenses and cannot pay our rent this month.

Behold! George Zimmerman’s Arse . . . nal

November 27, 2013

Wednesday, November 27, 2013

Good morning:

Behold! George Zimmerman’s arsenal:

One KelTec 12-gauge shotgun, a pump-action high-tech, $1,200 self-defense weapon with more than double the capacity of conventional shotguns;

One AR-15 semi-automatic assault rifle;

One .380-caliber handgun;

One 9 mm handgun;

One Glock 19 handgun; and

More than 100 rounds of ammunition.

The greatest quantity — 59 rounds — was for the AR-15 assault rifle.

(Inventory of defendant’s weapons seized by police pursuant to a search warrant)

Information provided courtesy of the Orlando Sentinel.

BTW, the discovery of the shotgun corroborates Samantha Scheibe’s description of the weapon that she said he pointed in her face.

New information in Zimmerman affidavit for search warrant

November 26, 2013

Tuesday, November 26, 2013

Good morning:

The Orlando Sentinel has the latest report on George Zimmerman.

According to the search warrant, Zimmerman talked to deputies after he was taken into custody. He told them that he and Scheibe had lived together since Aug. 23, that she was pregnant with his child and that they had agreed earlier that day to separate.

He said his plan was to move to Texas, according to the warrant.

He told deputies that as he was packing, Scheibe began to throw his belongings around the house, including two of his guns, the shotgun and one of the handguns.

In a recorded phone call with a dispatcher, he said he had not pointed a gun at her. He told deputies in his face-to-face interview that he had not touched or pushed her, according to the warrant.

He also told deputies that he had recorded the argument on his cell phone. Deputies seized two, a black Apple iPhone and a Blackberry.

But his claim of having recorded what happened does not mesh with paperwork filed by his lawyer last week. In it, Zimmerman asked for the return of both of those phones, alleging they had no evidence related to the case.

Deputies got the warrant, suspecting that Zimmerman had locked away the shotgun after the confrontation but before deputies unlocked the door and pushed their way inside.

Deputies found the guns in a black soft-sided case secured with a combination lock, according to the warrant.

This information would have been listed in the affidavit for the search warrant.

When Samantha Scheibe denies that she was pregnant and denies that she ever told him she was pregnant, I expect we will hear the defense accuse her of lying and having an abortion. This will be added to accusing her of screwing him literally and figuratively for a BIG payday selling her story.

I’m tired and disgusted with this little man’s games.

If Florida can’t lock him up, maybe Texas will.

Samantha Scheibe and Hope Mason interview regarding George Zimmerman

November 20, 2013

Wednesday, November 20, 2013

Good morning:

Here is a link to Erik Sandoval’s story about his interviews and communications with Samantha Scheibe (GZ’s girlfriend who called 911) and her mother Hope Mason regarding Scheibe’s relationship with Zimmerman. He is a reporter for Channel 6 in Orlando.

The most troubling part of the interview involves a still-photo from a sex video showing Scheibe and Zimmerman having sex. Zimmerman sent it to Scheibe’s 10-year-old daughter.

After one argument with Zimmerman, Scheibe said she went to her mother’s house to get away from him.

While there, Mason said Scheibe’s daughter received a text message from George Zimmerman. Mason said that message was a still image from an intimate home video of Scheibe and Zimmerman.

“He’s now threatened her in writing and even sent a portion of the video to her baby girl,” Mason wrote in a text message.

But still Scheibe stayed with Zimmerman and the couple reunited.

If the incident occurred as described, Zimmerman used blackmail and extortion to punish and “persuade” Scheibe to return to him.

Zimmerman was served in jail with a copy of Shellie’s divorce petition after his arrest on Monday.

Does anyone continue to doubt that Zimmerman nailed the target from the shooting range with 17 bullet holes in it to the wall in Shellie’s parent’s house?

George Zimmerman, Mr. I-was-just-minding-my-own-business, hearing today at 1:30 pm

November 19, 2013

Tuesday, November 19, 2013

Good morning:

You would pretty much have to be dead to not know that George Zimmerman was booked into the Seminole County Jail yesterday afternoon for aggravated assault with a weapon, a felony, in addition to a misdemeanor battery-domestic violence and criminal mischief. The alleged victim is Samantha Scheibe, 27, his girlfriend who apparently precipitated the incident when she ordered him to pack up his things and move out. She was not injured.

USA Today has a quick summary of the situation:

He is being held without bail pending an initial court appearance at 1:30 p.m. Tuesday, which is customary in domestic violence arrests. [Chief Deputy Dennis] Lemma said the sheriff will ask the judge to impose electronic monitoring if bail is granted, which is also standard in such cases.

The argument between Zimmerman and Scheibe, 27, involved “some kind of separation in their relationship,” Lemma said.

According to the arrest report, after Scheibe told Zimmerman to pack his things, he “cocked the shotgun” before putting the two guns in one case. She told deputies he then became upset as she carried his belongings out and he took out the shotgun. Scheibe said she was going to call police, and Zimmerman pointed the weapon at her for a minute and “asked her if she really wanted to do that.”

Zimmerman then smashed a glass-top coffee table with the gun butt and ordered Sheibe out, she told deputies. He pushed her out and locked the door.

He also barricaded himself behind the front door and called 911 to report his side off the story, precipitating this classic line from the 911 operator:

Why would you call 911 when the police are standing outside the house?

He answers,

They’re pretty upset I think.

The officers are upset?

Yeah, they’re banging on the door and the window.

Are you going to go speak with them?

Uhm, I don’t have anything to say.

Except he did have something to say.

I just wanted to leave.

She told me it was better if I leave. She is pregnant with our child. It was better if we co-parented and she raised the child on her own.

I said, that’s fine, if that’s what you want to do.

She said, “yes.”

So, I started packing up my stuff getting ready to leave and she went nuts.

She started smashing stuff, taking stuff that belonged to me and throwing it outside, throwing it out of her room, throwing it all over the place.

She broke the glass table with something. I don’t know what.

I don’t know if it was mine or hers, whatever it was.

She got mad, I guess, because I told her I was willing to leave.

I guess she thought I was going to argue with her, but she’s pregnant, and I’m not going to put her through that kind of stress.

He neglected to mention that he was not going to put himself through the kind of stress that happens when you talk to cops.

Turns out Samantha Scheibe not pregnant.

The hearing this afternoon is not an arraignment. It’s an Initial Appearance. The judge will read him his rights, review the arrest report for probable cause, and consider setting bail and conditions of release.

According to Chief Deputy Dennis Lemma, the Sheriff will ask for electronic monitoring, if the judge sets conditions of release.

No contact with the alleged victim also is a standard condition of release.

The aggravated assault charge is for pointing the shotgun at Scheibe. If convicted, he faces a 20-year minimum mandatory sentence.

As you can see, Mr. I-was-just-minding-my-own-business is going to deny handling any weapon and breaking the glass table with the shotgun.

This is going to be the I-was-just-minding-my-own-business-when-my-pregnant-girlfriend-went-all-crazy-on-me defense.

Too bad for him that she isn’t pregnant.

(Not that it would make a difference in any event)
