  1. MarshaMiller says:

Robert Zimmerman, Jr. is tweeting away about this, saying that Samantha has no credibility since she has been lying about being pregnant.

  2. MDH says:

The worst liar not George, IMO, is Donnelly, who shamed the honor of the armed forces by making up that cock and bull story about being able to ID voices shrieking due to his days in ‘Nam in order to get a teen killer off of the hook.

What kind of soldier would support a “man” {read coward} who needs a gun to go to a store or ask {he was too cowardly to even do that} a teen why he is walking in his neighborhood.

Donnelly ought to get a nice patriotic bumper sticker with a nide red white and blue flag that states:

These colors don’t run unless its from people of color.

  3. riisey007 says:

Where is Robert Zimmerman Sr and Jr? did Robert Jr make off with his little wad of cash for all of the interviews he did? where are the tweets of his brothers innocence? It seems Georgie was all alone without any family at his hearing. Where is he gonna live? I would give anything for those two low down pieces of crap parents of his to have to call 911 because Georgie has gone off his rocker and threatened them. They so deserve it seeing how they presented him like an angel in court. That uncle can go take a flying leap acting like Moses in court with all that crap about knowing that was Georges voice. I bet everyone of those pieces of crap were offered money to go in and testify. I hope they all catch a horrible case of Karma because none of them believed a word they said at the trial. They all were estranged from each other and those parents along with brother know exactly what George is capable of. I bet he will be proven not guilty which will inflate his ego and pychosis even more. He will kill again!!

    • Rachael says:

Supposedly, according to his attorney, they still support him – but of course, I doubt that is attorney would say otherwise. But yeah, I’m sure they are upset that he just can’t stay out of trouble, but I’m sure they have had a lot of trouble with him in the past.

    • Two sides to a story says:

George was in a jail media room and the judge was in the courthouse, so the hearing was held via computer. Families don’t attend hearings like that. And Jr has been busy with his “innocent until proven guilty tweets, though not to the extent as he was during the murder trial.

Sad that the family knows Fogen is a problem and enables him to behave this way.

  4. colin black says:

Yes he has significant ties to community Is very grounded persona off good intent.

He recently separated from his loyal tenderly treated Wife. She stood behind him took a perjury rap for him .
Lived as a recluse for a year because off him.

An this loving grounded family man took of on a Joy Ride for weeks with floozie at his side to play Bonnie to His Cyde an alleged floozie wasn’t Shelllie his ever loving still on bail Wife whom filed for Divorse from good ole foggage an also had an I Pad domestic spat with the PRAT.

Yup he has such good loyalty an obeadiance skills there no way he can survive with out his toys for thrills.

No guns foggage just lost three stone in luggage weight!

Make a run for the border foggage its your best bethink about It no one will expect that .
You could fit right In down there guns are like more common than water in Mexico plenty drugs an shit down Mexico foggage go for it .

You can become a dry homie the opposite of a wet back.

  5. ronald says:

    Thank you’ll

  6. In case you missed this point, there is a bond schedule in Florida. The judge doubled the amount for the felony assault charge. The judge increased the amount, based on that alleged, unreported choking incident involving the same victim.

  7. “He does have significant ties to the community…”

Yeah, like he kills and assaults members of the community.

    • Two sides to a story says:

That statement sort of took my breath away. Significant abuser of many people in the community, no doubt!

    • Rachael says:

What significant ties? His wife left him, his girlfriend has an order of protection on him, his friends cut him off when he left his wife alone and took off on his “victory tour” without her, he has no job and I’m sure no one would hire him, haven’t heard much from his parents or his brother (but they aren’t even the community) and that maybe leaves Osterman (or whatever his name is) who has been very quite. About the only thing that ties him to the community is that he killed one of the members of it he was supposed to be protecting. That IS significant, but not in a good way.

    • The ties he’s thinking about are the ones that the Nam guy bought him to wear to court.

    • racerrodig says:

Has to be “He has significant ties to his victims Your Honor. We expect him to be tied up with civil litigation for some time. Most assuredly he’ll be tied up just avoiding being served with divorce papers and can you really blame him? He’s also tied up with investigating who those suspicious men are in those brown trucks Your Honor”

      “How about employment ?”

“Oh, my client has no plans for employment Your Honor, why would you bring that up?”

  8. MDH says:

With 2.5M in debt, there is little hope that his suite against NBC will bail anyone out, but O’Mara. He has zero prospects of gainful employment because he is now toxic to the established media. In fact, now that he is not Mr. Sweet Ordinary Average Guy, but a whacko, I suspect the media will dig into who George really was before he met TM.

If anything, he may be more dangerous in that there is the possibility of suicide by cop. And that often takes down the innocent along with the guilty.

    • Two sides to a story says:

Fogen definitely has the propensity to use his hands as weapons, so it should be interesting to see how he handles himself in the future. I’d stay out of relationships, if I were him, but he seems to need women to put a roof over his head.

    • Malisha says:

I thought O’Mzrz said he was pro bono — so how can he be owed fees?

      • I keep wondering why on earth O’Mara would do himself and his career that way. When I think O’Mara, dirty lawyer comes to mind. Why do yourself that way? I am pretty sure he got the very same treatment that the Vietnam vet and his wife got. He should have known he’d never see a single dime. Come on, son.

      • lurker says:

He’s out all the expenses for expert witnesses.

      • towerflower says:

MOM gave a news conference once when he said he was going to charge him and during his news conference at Shellie’s house when asked about anything he had to say to George and he said “pay me.”

    • lurker says:

Yep, I don’t think even Dancing with the Stars is gonna want him now.

  9. acemayo says:

He did not ask to come in an three piece suit
so that no-one may thinks he’s a thug

  10. Two sides to a story says:

Ugh, Fogen’s enablers, specifically Annette Kelly in Canada, is already wallowing at his feet:

“George? How can I get you some bail money? [email deleted]

  11. Patricia Glennie says:

Dear professor and crane can you check my previous post in moderation didn’t post any problem at your end? Thanks for checking Patricia!

    Sent from my iPad

  12. fauxmccoy says:

ok — now taking bets….. how long until he violates bond order?

  13. colin black says:

This eeejit has just made the Darwin awards obsolete.

Only he could think it a good idea to commit to tape a 911 Tape that his alibi for events construed off him quite calmly telling a woman he had allegdlly impregnated.

That he was calling time on there relationship an she an his seeed could fend for them selfs right in the run up to the time of our Baby Jesus birth.

An he is allegedly astonished that she has just gone crazy.

  14. It’s on YouTube, we will place it into the body of the post for review.

  15. You all have thoughtful comments says:

    I transcribed Samantha Scheibe’s 911 call:

    SAMANTHA SCHIEBE’s 911 call:

    SAMANTHA: Are you serious!?

DISPATCHER: 911. Do you need police fire or medical?

SAMANTHA: I need police right now.

    DISPATCHER: Okay what’s your address?

SAMANTHA: You’re breaking something in MY house!

    DISPATCHER: Ma’am. Ma’am. What’s going on?

SAMANTHA: He’s in my house breaking all my shit because I asked him to leave. He has his freaking gun breaking all of my stuff right now.

SAMANTHA: I’m doing this again?? You just broke my glass table, you just broke my sunglasses and you put your gun in my freaking face and told me to get the fuck out!! This is not your house. No, get out of here!

DISPATCHER: Okay, Where is his weapon at?

SAMANTHA: He just put it down.

    DISPATCHER: Okay, and this is

SAMANTHA: No, get out of my house! Do not push me out of my house!! Please get out of my house. Are you serious right now? Are you kidding me!! You’re going to push me out of my house?and lock me out.

    DISPATCHER: Okay, you’re outside now?

SAMANTHA: Yeah, he locked me out of my house.

DISPATCHER: Okay. I’ve got units on the way. Is there some place safe that you can step away from?

SAMANTHA: He has everything of mine inside.

DISPATCHER: Okay. I need you…I want you to step away from the door. Okay. I don’t want you anywhere near him. I know you’re frustrated

SAMANTHA: He knows how to do this. He knows how to play this game.

DISPATCHER: I need you to calm down. Okay?

    SAMANTHA: I’m next door.

DISPATHCHER: Okay. If I was facing the house, are you in the house to the left or to the right?

SAMATHA: To the left. truck in my driveway

DISPATCHER: Okay, what happened today, what made you guys start fighting?

SAMANTHA: I asked him to leave.

DISPATCHER: Okay. Has he been drinking or anything?

SAMANTHA: mm mm {no}…….. I think he was (?) out front.

    DISPATCHER: What’s he wearing?

SAMANTHA: uh….dark jeans and a uh gray t-shirt.

DISPATCHER: Okay. What kind of gun did he have?

SAMANTHA: He has this…the gun that he just smashed on my (?) was the Kel-Tech, the shotgun.

DISPATCHER: It’s a shotgun or or is it a handgun?

    SAMANTHA: It’s a shotgun.

DISPATCHER: Does he have it with him now?

SAMANTHA: Well, he’s in my house. He has all of his guns inside (?He’s just unloaded? shotgun and it’s AR)He took that case to smash my table and smashed my sunglasses and smashed whatever the hell else he’s smashing there right now while I’m outside.

DISPATCHER: Okay. He had a shotgun…. an AR 15?

SAMANTHA: Yeah, and two handguns. I have my house key.

DISPATCHER: Okay. I want you to stay away from the house right now until we get there. We need to see the situation. Are you injured?

DISPATCHER: Did he put his hands on you or anything?

SAMANTHA: He pushed me (? something about her cellphone will die in a minute)

DISPATCHER: Okay. Your phone’s breaking up. What happened?

SAMANTHA: I said my battery’s at 10% so I know it’s dying here in a minute.

SAMANTHA: He just pushed me out the door. That’s all he did.

DISPATCHER: Okay. And, you just asked him to leave, and that’s what made him upset? How long has he been staying there with you?

SAMANTHA: Awhile, we’ve been together since August.

DISPATCHER: Okay. Is anybody else in the house.

    SAMANTHA: Nope.

DISPATCHER: And, his truck is parked outside?

SAMANTHA: mm huh. Next to my car.

DISPATCHER: And, he went back inside the house?

SAMANTHA: Yeah. The doors are locked, and he’s inside.

DISPATCHER: Okay. And, you’re still at the neighbor’s house?

SAMANTHA: No, I am sitting outside. I didn’t get the neighbors involved.

    DISPATCHER: No..I want you

SAMANTHA: But, yes. I’m staying outside her house. It’s a duplex.

DISPATCHER: Okay. Stay with me for just a moment. We’ve got 3 units on the way. Have you gotten (?) for awhile?

    SAMANTHA: No, not really

DISPATCHER: I’m not trying to mind your business.

SAMANTHA: No. I know this will just probably make public and I’d rather not.

    DISPATCHER: I’m sorry.

    SAMANTHA:No. Don’t be sorry.

DISPATCHER: And, you’re sure you’re not injured. He just pushed you out?

SAMANTHA: I’m positive. One cop’s pulling up right now.

DISPATCHER: Okay. Go ahead and talk to the officers.

SAMANTHA: No, he hasn’t stopped yet.

DISPATCHER: Okay. Let me know when he see’s you.

SAMANTHA: All right. He sees me…stopping at my house. But, I’m not walking over there yet.

DISPATCHER: Okay. Just wait until he (?)

SAMANTHA: I don’t hear anything, but I don’t think he got anything to lose at this point.

DISPATCHER: Okay. Just wait for the officer to (?) They’re probably going to talk to him first (?) as best as we can and make sure that, you know, it stays as calm as it can.

    SAMANTHA: Okay.

    DISPATCHER: Thank you.

    SAMANTHA: Thank you.

    • Malisha says:

That dispatcher was off his game.

      Should have been:

“Ma’am do you have any candy or a soft drink on you?”

      SS: uh…

Disp: Because if you do, I want you to throw them as far away as possible right now. He becomes terrified and can kill if he senses you’re carrying candy and a drink!

      SS: uh…

      Disp: Are you understanding me?

SS: Uh, well, my level of comprehension is somewhat limited you know. I mean, I AM George Zimmerman’s latest girlfriend and I HAVE been letting him stay at my house and keep guns there…

Disp: Forget it. Let’s go back to basics. Can you say “George is innocent”?

SS: George is innocent? OK, I’ll tell the officers to return to base.

    • Thank you for taking the time to do that.

      Much appreciated.

    • Thank you. This is the subject of a separate post, many thanks!

  16. fauxmccoy says:

NBC reporting that he is indigent, owes $2.5M…. so much for those ‘gold diggers’ … HAHAHAHA.

also claims he does not know where his passport is, thinks o’mara may have it. (good luck with that, non payer of legal fees!)

  19. Rachael says:

I wonder who’s going to post bond.

  20. Two sides to a story says:

Ugh. Why did the judge wish him good luck in a friendly tone? I never hear judges do that in ordinary cases.

  21. Evidently, he has a place to stay with strict orders to avoid two zones.

  22. Boyd says:

I have to thank George for doing this to himself. I feel like I’m not supposed to be happy about this. I can’t help it, I’m happy.

The suicide talk is a scam for sympathy.

  23. Next court date will be January 7th for an arraignment.

  24. Cost of the electronic monitor is waived due to indigence.

  25. Hat tip to the first person who provides the YouTube link to today’s glorious hearing. No guns, no ammo. What’s a guy to do, when he spends his whole days with his guns, apparently?

      • fauxmccoy says:

        that’s what i’m guessing

        • racerrodig says:

Sooooooo Buck up all you racist clowns…..Peter Pan is open and ready to take all your rent money, Christmas Bonus money, tax returns, car payments, and don’t forget all you Klansters, wipe out the kids college funds so you and Fogen can all say…

          “It’s all blondies fault”

After all…….you love this guy and new he needs your help more than ever because, he owes a lawyer 2.5 MILLION big ones.

Lets all look into the future and see how he “Thugifies” a blonde who we all know ain’t really playing with a full deck. Hot as she may appear, I’m betting dull she factually is.

    • Malisha says:

Doesn’t know if he has his passport?
No prob; ask wifey and check the safe deposit box — and, oh yeah, check with Mark O’Mara.

HA HA HA HA HA HA HA!!!

    • lurker says:

But, but, but . . . what about the NBC suit?

Only a third party escorted by police can retrieve his stuff.

  28. The judge took the GZ case first, to accommodate press.

  29. Rachael says:

I was hoping he’d have to stay until his next court date.

  30. The judge is not going to allow GZ to enter the residence, even with cops, to get things.

  31. The prosecutor mentioned a prior unreported choking incident.

  32. Oh. And no travel outside Florida.

Prosecutor asking that a third party, not GZ, go to the residence to get personal possessions.

  33. 9000 bond set.
no return to that address, except for one time with cops
    no contact

Thank you sir, may I please have another.

  34. State recommends $50,000 bond.

    Defense recommends $4,900 bond.

    Judge sets bond at $9,000.

    • Trained Observer says:

Bet that bond escalates big time when he gets caught with a gun in no flat during his next roadway escapade.

      • You watch. It’ll be the ‘death threats’ defense. I swear to God.

        • racerrodig says:

Maybe she threatened to kick him in the balls…..needless to say since he has none……it would be a “veiled” or “idle threat” at best.

          But that’s just me.

          • I’m glad you mentioned balls. I was wondering what is his obsession with guns anyway, and I assumed it must have something to do with an extension of his hoo ha.

Well, I can’t help it, it crossed my mind!

  35. Rachael says:

Shit! They are letting him off on bond?

  36. Rachael says:

And he also has significant history of trouble!!!

  37. Defense attorney talking, agrees w/no guns, no contact. Asking for 4900 bond.

  38. Judge finds probable cause to support all three charges.

  39. Prosecutor wants no contact, no guns, no passport, no travel outside Florida. Reports an additional incident. 50,000 bond requested.

  40. Rachael says:

  41. Rachael says:

Did they just give the addresses where he could stay?!!

  42. BOOM, probable cause found. January 2014 hearing. Conditions now to be covered.

  43. Rachael says:

    Judge explaining court appearances.

    Bond, and conditions.

  46. Standard reading of constitutional rights.

  48. Rachael says:

    Imagine GZ remaining silent. LOL

  49. fauxmccoy says:

still detest the 6 member jury … ugggggggg

  50. Rachael says:

    Thank you sir – right.

  51. Well, the judge initially started to talk about “probable cause for the arrest.”

  52. fauxmccoy says:

attorney’s name is ‘dowdy’ … hoping first name is ‘howdy’

  53. First, the judge is going to examine the paperwork for probable cause to support the charges while we wait for Zimmerman to be brought by jail staff.

  54. I am watching a blank screen, Lala lalalaaaaaa…

  55. Rachael says:

Awww, is he going to be in a separate room so we don’t get to see how he looks in orange?

  56. And it’s off with a bang. Zimmerman is ‘in route.’ Judge talking to himself!

  57. You all have thoughtful comments says:
