Robert Zimmerman needs to shut up

Friday, September 20, 2013

Good afternoon:

The Daily Caller reports today that Robert Zimmerman, Jr., is demanding the police chief for the city of Lake Mary recuse himself from investigating Shellie Zimmerman’s claim that George Zimmerman threatened to shoot her and her father. RZ, Jr., says Chief Bracknell is prejudiced because he said GZ is a Sandy Hook waiting to happen.

I agree with Chief Bracknell.

I think RZ, Jr., is a punch-out waiting to happen and he should STFU.

He is an unapologetic racist and nobody gives a damn what he thinks.

  1. MDH says:

George patronizes anybody he feels he needs to get something from. If George had been accused by the man subjected to the “Achmed the terrorist” of ethnic harassment, then it would be in his interest to patronize Oliver to play the “I have a black friend ” BS line.

How anybody could not see through George is beyond my comprehension.

    • Malisha says:

They see through him. His fakery is their own fakery, that’s all.

I have had recent experience with a fraud. He didn’t get money off me but he got about $40K off a friend of mine. The friend keeps being nice to him and doing him favors even though he claims to agree with me that the guy is a fraud and that I have been “more right about [the fraud] than [he has been]. The fraud puts on airs and calls my friend “demi-frere” which means “half-brother” in French. They are not related by blood or even national origin. Yet my friend does not want to let the fraud know that HE KNOWS of the fraud. It is not something that any intelligent person could pretend was unknown, either, because one of the things the fraud did was to charge his own phone bill to my friend’s bank (he bribed a hotel employee to give him my friend’s bankcard # etc. after my friend paid the fraud’s hotel bill). That was a felony but my friend did not prosecute.

I asked myself over and over, “WHY DOESN’T HE SEE THROUGH THIS GUY?”

And then I realized, HE DOES.

But he wants to not have been defrauded. The only way he can not have been defrauded (retroactively) is if he is now made whole by this fraud, which he persists in pretending to believe may happen so long as he remains “nice.”

This is the process, and it is an evil one:

For people to continue to fool themselves into thinking that the thing that has happened is not as evil and horrible as it is, they have to trick their own minds. They want to feel in control.

“I want to think that our country is not so horrible and so racist and so disgusting and shameful as to encourage a white punk-coward-racist-misogynist-asshole-criminal to murder an innocent unarmed African American kid in cold blood.

Therefore I will have to make myself believe that what Fogen did was not murder. Therefore I believe that what Fogen did was not murder. Therefore whatever evidence shows me murder must be considered either non-credible or non-existent. Therefore I do that. Now I feel better. I’m an American!”

“I want to think that I was not played, cheated, and robbed of my hard-earned $40,000. Therefore I will have to make myself believe that what demi-fraud did was not fraud. Therefore whatever evidence shows me fraud must be subjected to artful suspension of reality-testing belief. Therefore I accomplish that. Now I feel better. I’m wise and civilized.”

This is how Fogen gets away with murder and this is also how many people get away with various kinds of fraud.
Murder, of course, is much worse.

      • MDH says:

        That is an interesting analysis.

This could also explain why the fogen apologists who also claim they are neutral, and that race is not a problem, are very hostile to any person who brings up the issue of racism.

They are addicted to the concept of denial and, like an alcoholic, they lash out at anyone who says they have a problem.

And the 100% racists play the above like a fiddle.

I saw a lot of that while lurking at Daily Kos.

Another layer is white hubris as latent racism. A lot of self-proclaimed liberal white non-racists think they are smarter than people of color. So it is they who can define what is racist.

Chauncey Vega pushes that button well.

That’s why I avoid that site.

As a scientist trained in rational thinking, the first thing one must do in order to objectively disseminate data is to identify bias on one’s self. Otherwise, one is left with crap data going into the best computer producing crap results.

  2. sparger says:

I’ve been thinking about this case so much. I honestly believe that Fogen conspired before the fact to catch a no good thug and there was the cover up after the fact with those pathetic losers in his neighborhood. Hopefully the feds can arrest all his co cospirators. I bet George will be the first one to roll over and give evidence against his friends.

    • Trained Observer says:

Pig that he is, Fogen was born to squeal on friends, family, whoever it might be convenient to rat out for whatever reason. I think there’s merit to your theory, Sparger.

Hence the “he shot someone ELSE” remark made the night of Trayvon’s murder. While the divorce is of interim perifpheral interest, we have not heard the last on the core of this case.

    • God is there says:

@sparger: what ever happened to GZ ‘good ole boy’ joe oliver?
and my question is why didn’t the CAC ever mention his buddy, joe? what a shame for that piece of dung to say he and georgie were ‘best buds and that he left his job, blah, blah, blah;’ and for what? GZ never even once mentioned joe oliver that I know or heard of.

      • fauxmccoy says:

        @god is there who asks

@sparger: what ever happened to GZ ‘good ole boy’ joe oliver?

joe olliver is a discredited former news man. (google ‘joe oliver’ sacramento, ca and slander). i recognized his mug when he first arrived on the GZ scene because of his former profession and my proximity to sacramento. he did manage to move up sightly and worked for CNN briefly, he disappeared in short time.

it is my belief that olliver took his nebulous relationship to GZ as an attempt to resurrect a more lucrative career in the media. one would have to question his motives for going public and based on his background, he likely would have sought out the spotlight with or without gz’s approval.

        • Trained Observer says:

@Faux … I agree on Ol’ Joe. Then RZJr. and Taaffe picked up where Joe left off chasing the “media personality” spotlight.

    • Malisha says:

      sparger I’m w/you 100%.
This was not a case of “oh oops.”
Not on 3/26/2012 when rent was due three days later and Fogen faced eviction.

  3. PYorck says:

Is there even any serious expectation that the police is really impartial? Of course you don’t want prejudiced police or officers that neglect their duties because of their prejudice, but officers form opinions about people based on their interactions with them all day long.

  4. elcymoo says:

In my book, “The Daily Caller’ is almost as bad as Breitbart’s ghost crew or Glenn Beck’s ‘The Blaze’ and ‘Word Nut Daily’. I try to avoid clicking on any links to such sites, because if you don’t wind up with nasty bugs, you’ll be plagued with spamming ads throughout eternity.

      Happy reading!!

Or, the promise of a Cooked Turkey for Thanksgiving.

    • God is there says:

      @Tzar: AMEN AND AMEN AGAIN!!!

      • God is there says:

Is there really a good chance that the DOJ will actually do anything, or can do anything to get this walking nut case off the streets? I hope someone can tell me: “Yes, It is very possible and very likely that the DOJ will throw his butt in prison for LIFE.”

        • Malisha says:

I would rather see DOJ investigate (not the murderer but) the cover-up criminals and the enablers:

          Billy Lee
          Norm WOlfinger
The 8-10 other cops who worked on that
Kevin from the HOA management company
          Osterman et ux. et ugh
          The “juror-watcher-sheriff’s guys”
          etc. etc. etc.
As we say “John Doe’s 1 through 100”

  6. Romaine says:

The uncle who testified of hearing CAC on the TV is in the law enforcement field…. does he work for Lake Mary’s Sheriff’s department??

    • Patricia says:

No , Orange co. Believe he is relative to Fogens mama “sister glad de olah!

    • Drew says:

I don’t know if I would recognize my own nephews SPEAKING VOICE from a compresed 911 call being replayed during a TV newscast in the background of my house, let alone his supposed scream.

Not only that but this guy claimed to simply “hear it” in the background and THEN shockingly realize it was GZ, not that he was watching TV and saw the story and during the course of the broadcast say, when he heard the tape, “oh ok yeah that sounds like George.”

It’s literally the most unbelievable story in history and if I were on the prosecution I would have just mocked the guy’s stupidity (for concocting something so stupid) and hammered him endlessly for his brazen, despicable dishonesty.

      • Trained Observer says:

It takes stupid to relate to stupid. Uncle Jorge apparently knew how to connect with moronns on the jury. I hope back at the Orange County Sheriff’s department this guy is being laughed out of the coffee room and shunned by all who understand how he lied in the box..

    • Trained Observer says:

Lake Mary has a police department with a chief. Nearby Orlando is in Orange County, which has the Orange County Sheriff’s Department. Gladasses bro, Fogen’s Uncle Jorge is a lying employee there.

  7. ay2z says:

Remember way back when, sr. Zim went to see the FDLE investigators, and rumour had him contacting Wolfinger, and who knows what else the ex-not-really-a-judge ‘magistrate tried.

Could Bracknell have had his fill of he Z clan for some additional reason? Visits from the Sr. Z on behalf of his not so little, little boy?

  8. ay2z says:

I just found this. Thanks LLMPapa

    Spot on……

    • groans says:

Yes. It’s clear to everyone now: The Zimmermans are liars.

Thanks for laying it out there, LLMPapa.

      • ay2z says:

Listen to the “mmm!’ in reaction to the ‘… and he was going to the store…”

        9-10 second mark.

Now what we know about this big lie told by Robert Zimmerman Sr, or like so many other supporters, reteling of GZ’s lies in public and sworn statements and in court, to ‘effectively ‘launder’ his story from lie to sparkling cleaner than clean.

The FDLE investigators would have known what Shellie had to say about her husband’s whereabouts.

Why, if this is such a lie or a spreading of the lie they were told to believe, wasn’t this exposed in court?

      • acemayo says:

Why didn’t the police check GZ story he was at home with his
wife and the two black kids get a meal ready, he didn’t have
the money on him to but something but TM did

        • MDH says:

I think Bao has the answer to that.

The Sanford PD, by and large, had already made up its mind that George was the “good guy” and Trayvon got what he deserved.

          May they rot in Hell.

  9. Xena says:

A University of Kansas journalism professor was placed on indefinite administrative leave Friday for a tweet he wrote about the Navy Yard shootings which said, “blood is on the hands of the #NRA. Next time, let it be YOUR sons and daughters.”

    • Drew says:

The NRA and its members are the only truly protected “minority” in this country – yet all those guys do is moan about political correctness and reverse racism.

  10. kllypyn says:

If he lying murdering brother hadn’t killed a screaming teenager. and used lies and innuendo to influence jurors who were apparently mental light weights. He wouldn’t have to worry about people bad mouthing his brother. He’s not racist yet he posted on a racist website. He ought to be glad no one has wacked his brother yet.

    • Drew says:

Some of the jurors might have been mental lightweights, but I think more were moral lightweights and hypocrites.

    • Malisha says:

He’ll be glad when someone does whack his brother; then he can get real fame and blab forever without ceding any stage-room to his despised sibling. He can martyr it up and get dates and rule the roost, and ALL the chickenshit will be HIS ALONE.

  11. sparger says:

I don’t think Jr even likes George. His dumbass brother was his ticket to his15 minutes of fame. George has been in the news in a few days so Jr had to say something to get back in the spotlight. Hopefully the feds will do something so Jr can once again bask in all the negative attention.

    • racerrodig says:

Both admitted they had not talked to each other for 10 years ! Then Robbie the Racist did glom onto this. He had all these “facts” in the 1st interview he did on Anderson Cooper as I recall and when he was asked about how he knew all this and when did he talk to Fogen last, he backtracked and evaded.

In Fogens recorded jail talks with SheLie, he used words that are not compliments regarding Robbie the Racist and called him useless.

Is it possible that they could be any more stupid than we know them to be??? Is it at all possible ?

      • MDH says:

The Washington Post did an expose on the Zimmerman’s. They were overprotected. The parents did not even allow them on the Metro, lest they run into the wrong people.

Their only “real” experience with black folk was probably watching gang band flicks while they did a circle jerk,

How else could George have come up with that contrived line:

“you got a problem with me, homie?”

What get’s me is that a lot of people think that was the truth. I guess there are a lot isolated idiots out there.

        • Rachael says:

they werent even allowed to play with the other neighborhood kids.

          • racerrodig says:

Not only that, they couldn’t go to family functions and holiday gatherings.

          • Malisha says:

It’s my educated guess that the Fogenboys were not allowed out much because they were young enough and dumb enough that they might have divulged family secrets.

It is also my educated guess that one of the major family secrets they were protecting was incest.

These are just educated guesses. But the education IS THERE.

          • jm says:

Malisha says: “It’s my educated guess that the Fogenboys were not allowed out much because they were young enough and dumb enough that they might have divulged family secrets.”

Osterman claimed GZ’s mother beat GZ. GZ’s father looks like he was beat down too. She does look like a person filled with pride/arrogance who could make life miserable for family members.

I would love to know what she thinks of GZ’s latest escapades and run-ins with the law and how she feels about ShelLIE now.

      • ay2z says:

        “You cain’t fix stupid!”

(reasons to share llmpapa’s videos are popping up everywhere tonight!)

There was a saying about things that are infinite, and stupidity was one of them. Now who said that? Einstein comes to mind.

      • Trained Observer says:

  12. bettykath says:

While I agree with the chief, I don’t think it’s a good idea to make public statements that suggest he is less than impartial.

Met a bi-racial man (white mom, black dad) yesterday that bought the Trayvon-is-thug-and-fogen-is-a-good-guy story. The trial was all about race, Sharpton and Jackson should just stay home and stop playing the race card. He doesn’t see racism as a societal problem. The problem as he sees it is that too many people just don’t take care of business. He also listens to Glenn Beck and other talk radio. It was a very weird experience for an old white lady to talk racism with a young Black man who denied it. It was a good exchange, just ….. weird.

    • dianetrotter says:

Beth, I tried to watch Fox. I couldn’t stomach Glenn Beck but I listened to others. Judge Pirro was entertaining on her judge show. She makes my stomach turn on Fox talking about the GZ case. My last hold out was for Mike Huckabee. Then he talked about Trayvon Martin using bad judgement and that was IT for me. These people are hardwired to make every problem the black person’s fault.

    • MDH says:

Big deal, if he is bi-racial. My wife is African and my kids are whatever. In my family, the white guy (me) lived in the Brightmoor section of Detroit and has a lot of experience dealing with real thugs. Any clown who thinks Trayvon was a thug needs to pull their head out of their ass. Trayvon was just an ordinary teen from the city. Sort of like I was, back in the day.

      Glen Beck.

One thing the streets make you is hard. That said, any man who cries like a baby over nothing is a chuckie. I would slap him just because.

That’s what pisses a lot of people off.

There are many who have seen beat downs and thugs. And to have ass clowns like Beck, Ted Nugent, O’reilly the Zimmermans, and Taffe pontificate about something they no nothing about insults our intelligence.

  14. Trained Observer says:

Since when does a police chief feel obligated to withdraw from an investigation because he’s doing his job? … or when he’s stated what makes sense to anyone with a keen sense of the obvious?

RZJr. needs to keep his lips zipped. No one cares what he thinks about Fogen’s latest domestic screw-up or the pending divorce. Or. Anything. Else.

  15. colin black says:

The lead singer above is my mate brother b t y

  16. MDH says:

    Truth as we believe it:

George was a thug liar who preyed on racist views of the Sanford community to get away with murder.

    “Truth” that set George free.

George was a wimpy, weak 207 pound coward who had to take a gun everywhere he went who was downed by a 158 pound teen in the blink of an eye and had to use his gun because those minor cuts had him one second away from permanent brain damage.

Are there any men in the Zimmerman clan?

I mean George had to bring his guns and a 350 pound body guard to a confrontation with a women and an old man.

C-O-W-A-R-D-S is how to spell Zimmerman.

    BTW, Robbie.

    Do the Martin’s complain?

C-L-A-S-S is how you spell Martin

    • kllypyn says:

If Trayvon touched him at all. Most likely he pushed him in an effort to get away.

      • Dan Q. Smith says:

Yes! To hell with the idea T punched Z. There is no evidence. I’m not talking about the he doubled back crap. We know Z confronted T. The punch was a total lie Z told. BTW, Robert? STFU, you ignorant POS.

    • MDH says:

The George pattern is well established. Start a confrontation wherein in the deck is totally stacked in your favor and, if the confronted resists, pull out the trump card and blame its use on the confronted.

It is the essence of a bully coward with authoritarian complex.

“I am or represent authority and you must obey me”

“resist and there will be consequences”

George just apes what a lot of police do.

A tell about what really happened is when George told the lady cop that she did not have to shoot anyone because she looked like a person who could make people obey.

Standing up for one’s individual rights is/should be a hallmark of true Americans. That is what Trayvon died for. He is a hero, in my book.

“Equal protection ” my ass. I have no doubt that the Lake Mary PD has been spending a major share of its resources protecting the Z’s for the past year. If you think GZ was making a lot of nuisance 911 calls before he murdered Trayvon imagine how many more he made while he apparently believed that there were thousands of “really suspicious guys” out to get him. Chief Bracknell had ample opportunity to get to know him really well and had a good basis for his opinions.

Nobody wants him, they just turn their heads
Nobody helps him, now he wants his revenge

Heavy rounds of lead, fills his victims full of dread
Running as fast as they can FogenPhoole lives again!

    Ummmm, yeah. From the article:

Robert Zimmerman Jr. told TheDCNF those statements worry him.

“Public officials, particularly those in command of law enforcement agencies, should be mindful of whose delusions they might be encouraging,” he said. “It appears a person’s surname is now the means by which a law enforcement agency determines if a family will or will not be afforded equal protection under law.”

Like, did Robert miss out on the fact that nobody body-slammed him against the side of the cruiser to search him. Nobody kept him hand-cuffed and then drove him away based on the evidence at the scene. Nobody kept him locked up overnight until he could appear before a judge in the morning.

This stuff happens every day of the week in some places and to some people.

No kidding. Would you believe they are trying to make a rule that Seattle Police can’t use force once someone is restrained? Like that needs to be a rule? Aside from the fact that I thought it already was, isn’t that kind of common sense?

And the fact is, he IS a Sandy Hook – waiting to happen, unless Jr. is trying to say he already was a Sandy Hook that already happened, because again, it seemed pretty obvious to me it was only a matter of time – and now no reason it cannot be again.

They should be grateful he was treated with as much respect as he got.

The Zimmermans need to stop assaulting America’s ears and eyes.

    • Malisha says:

“It appears a person’s surname is now the means by which a law enforcement agency determines if a family will or will not be afforded equal protection under law.”

Whereas in the past, in Florida, a person’s “race” would be the means by which a law enforcement agency determines if a family will or will not be afforded equal protection under law.

Sooooooo…change dint do you no good, huh?

  30. lurker says:

Just add Junior to the list of Zimmermans that Bracknell desires no contact with.

  31. Xena says:

Junior, like the rest of GZ’s supporters, want GZ to be cuddled. I don’t think that anyone other than his fans take him seriously.

Just picture him yanking the iPad from Shellies hands, breaking it into pieces and throwing it on the ground……..’nuff said.

Do they actually think this turd of a farce of a person is anything but trash ?? What are we in the real world missing.

Then to listen to Robbie the Racist and Taaffe telling TV show hosts to keep it real. The walk through the hood with Taaffe where he made a big deal about Trayvon dealing drugs, then telling Dave to “keep it real” was so despicable I was contemplating a trip to Sanford just to show those ass wipes what “real” is.

I can’t imagine what would happen if Fogen actually got the shit kicked out of him and he couldn’t open fire……

Does Kokopelli’s Gym allow its members to bring in guns? Or, if they do, to conceal carry on the gym floor? (Read between the lines.) 🙂

        • MDH says:

Upon seeing George for the first time, Mr. Kokopelli exclaimed: “is that a gun in your pants, or are you glad to see me?”

Or Shellie’s lament about George always being out popping off guns.

          • ay2z says:

MDH, so THAT explains why gz was off to the Kel-tec factory tour to advertise his new, bigger, better piece with duo load capabilities.

        • racerrodig says:

Hmmmmmmmmmmm ?? So Fogen gets a match to show what Mr. Softee learned and…….

          A) Calls 911
          B) Grabs his opponents cell phone, breaks it and throws it aside
          C) Whines and has his brother do an interview
          D) Grabs the guy by the shirt and whips out the old Kel-Tek

          • Xena says:

            @racerrodig. How about a variation of C?

            C) Whines and has his brother do an interview

Gets beat up. Threatens to kill his opponent who returns the threat, Goes home and wife wants to know why he was beat-up. Gets into argument. Wife is afraid that opponent is coming to kill them, leaves home and goes to her dad’s. Next evening, Osterman opens the doors to his home and wife and hubby are back together under the same roof, with hubby blaming the kid he killed for beating him up, thereby hoping that the opponent won’t come looking for him.
