Shellie Zimmerman’s Press Conference

Wednesday, September 11, 2013

Good evening:

I started this new thread for discussion about Shellie’s press conference. Actually, her lawyer, Kelly Sims, did all the talking.

Comment here about the divorce, yesterday’s encounter and the information disclosed at the presser.

Continue on Dr. Bao’s threaf for other comments about the case.

Santiago (@NotSure9) showed me the emails with Chief Bracknell a couple of days ago, but I wondered if they were genuine. The jury is still out, but it is getting press:

    • jm says:

“In many ways, the disturbing 911 call from his wife is all too predictable. Shellie tells the operator: “I don’t know what he’s capable of. I’m really, really scared.”

Did ShelLIE think GZ was capable of murdering a black teen and did she think Trayvon may have been “really, really, scared” when GZ approached him with a gun?

I have no sympathy for her, NONE.

ShelLIE tried to hide money from the court system so she and GZ could live a “good life”, money made by support from those who endorsed GZ’s killing a black teen.

Did ShelLIE believe GZ was innocent when she stood by her man daily in court and tried to have Trayvon’s father thrown out of court? Or was this designed for financial gain from the racist and gunnutz supporters who paid her and GZ’s bills.

ShelLIE is an ugly disingenuous person who helped free her lying murdering husband.

Karma is coming to kick her fat lying azz.

      • I understand your view of Shellie, but does her character or the lack of it make it less likely that GZ is a time bomb waiting to explode?

If he is a danger to her, might he also be a danger to others?

He was certainly a danger to Trayvon.

        • jm says:

ShelLIE was part of the reason GZ can inflict further terror and danger to others including herself.

ShelLIE is a selfish lazy weasel who enabled GZ.and if he is a danger to others, ShelLIE enabled him, just as his parents, brother, sister and prosecution and defense team did.

So if anyone else is terrorized by GZ, I hold the prosecution purposefully blowing the case, the defense who went beyond normal defense parameters to defile Trayvon’s character in order to win the case which was being handed to them by Angela Corey and the prosecution, GZs parents, brother and sister and perhaps the stealth jury members.

I have no pity for any of them and hope that karma catches up with each and every person who enabled GZ to be what he is today including but not limited to those who contribute to those who contribute to his living defense and living expenses.

Jm with the same sh*t but different day.

Wish there was an ignore feature on here : )

          • fauxmccoy says:

apparently jm will be satisfied somehow when george actually does kill shellie. i fail to understand it.

there is a pretty simple way to install an ‘ignore poster’ feature. if you want the info, let me know.

          • cielo62 says:

Faux McCoy- I understand jm as I feel somewhat the same way. Gz killed a completely innocent Trayvon. And there was no justice that he got away with it. Shellie is NOT innocent, not by a long shot. If anyone else gets shot, it SHOULD be someone with culpability. I wouldn’t shed a tear if Shellie is sent to meet her maker at gzs hands.

          • fauxmccoy says:

no woman deserves to be met with violence while attempting to extricate herself from a marriage. none.

          • cielo62 says:

Even an enabler? A grifter? Shellie had no problems getting money from a murder. I’m not saying she deserves death for leaving gz. But if anybody is going to get shot, it’s best it be someone culpable for evil. She has and had free will. An abuser can hinder it but not remove it. She approved of the murder thus making her as guilty as her soon to be ex hubby. This is where th world gets grey. At what point does the abuser negate free will? I’m not very forgiving in this area. Free will is what can free one from abuse or enable it. I don’t have much sympathy for Shellie. She had opportunity to leave gz while he was in jail and she was free. Nope. She wanted the money.

          • jm says:

cielo62: “….. She had opportunity to leave gz while he was in jail and she was free. Nope. She wanted the money.”

Thank you for being the voice of reason cielo62. ShelLIE also had the opportunity to see to it GZ stayed in jail for the murder of Trayvon IF he was a “abuser” by saying he had a violent nature and expose the lies GZ told about the couple “mentoring” children the day he killed Trayvon. There is so much ShelLIE could have done to protect herself from alleged abuse by a guy on trial for murder facing a prison term.

ShelLIE wanted the “good” life with the money GZ was receiving for murdering a black teen. She had no qualms about living off that money and showing up every day in court supporting GZ’s lies.

          • cielo62 says:

Jm- not a voice of reason, but I feel emotionally about her enabling a killer and living high on the hog from blood money. Doesn’t make me right, just cynical about Shellie. And unsympathetic.

            Sent from my iPad

          • jm says:

cielo62says: ……. enabling a killer and living high on the hog from blood money. Doesn’t make me right, just cynical about Shellie. And unsympathetic.”

Well given it’s wrong to enable a killer as ShelLIE obviously did and seeing that blood money caused her to perjure herself because of greed, it kind of does make you right. Looking at her dishonest history, I can’t see how anyone can be sympathetic.

Remember how ShelLIE held hands with GZ’s mother in court? Wonder how the parents are feeling about ShelLIE (and GZ) right about now.

          • jm says:

Cielo62 says: “Shellie is NOT innocent, not by a long shot. If anyone else gets shot, it SHOULD be someone with culpability. I wouldn’t shed a tear if Shellie is sent to meet her maker at gzs hands.”

            Thank you cielo62.

And for the record, I am not hoping ShelLIE is killed by GZ but I hold her responsible for her actions, particularly the lies she told under oath to protect racist/gunnut donations for her and GZ to live the “good” life while he was in jail and the trouble she caused for Trayvon’s father while court was in session.

It is very telling that ShelLIE is afraid of GZ, in that she knew he murdered Trayvon and she could be his next “self-defense/SYG” victim.

You reap what you sow ShelLIE.

          • looolooo says:

Your comments are often met with scorn. But not from me. I TOTALLY agree with your statements about Shellie. It’s nice to see that someone else sees what I see about her.

          • jm says:

            Thanks looolooo.

It’s because I hold people, including ShelLIE, responsible for their actions and make no excuses for them. Some have created a fantasy about ShelLIE that she is somehow a “victim” and can’t be held responsible for her lies and her actions.

The whole Zimmerman Klan and “friends” who testified on his behalf are accountable for him being free to terrorize whoever he chooses.

  2. ay2z says:

Look at the photo of the broken iPad. That rectangular piece at the bottom left, is the motherboard. He got the guts out and it’s gone.

When the TVGuy’s article headlines the Orlando SEntinel website and stays there, what does that say?

Is Simms any choice of lawyer for a serious situation in which his client’s life may be at risk from an acting out narcisist rage or full blown psychopath?

Clint Eastwood, the lawyer drives his ‘Batmobile’ to the scene, Tower of Terror, apologizes to his client on camera for not advising her to ask the PD to go with her.

Something doesn’t sit right. Are they playing a game for more media attention?

Reporters might have got a glimpse of SZ’s role at trial by asking her about her role in the attempt to get Tracy Martin removed from the courtroom. If she was involved in that, it’s telling as to how transparent her role is now, in what is going on.

The question still nags, why did lawyers seemingly shut down any protective order for SZ and did MOM recognize this as a publicity stunt?

If I were in SZ’s position and the threat was real, I’d find a new lawyer without a batmobile or reference tree leading back to NeJame/O’Mom who’s not as flippant with the situation.

There’s something in this that’s nagging and it has to do with stoic and lack of emotion. And something about the 911 call.

These clients and lawyers need to pull a tent over their heads and stay out of the spotlight from now on. There will be no recovery from the iPad.

    • jm says:

So you think the public is being played by the Zimmerman Klan? Are they addicted to fame or do they have a book in the works?

If they don’t intend to want to stay in the public eye, why do they keep doing stupid things that draw attention to them.

I can’t stand any of them, including the lawyers, yet I am drawn to see how low and stupid they will go to keep their names in the news.

      • ay2z says:

There’s something not sitting right. Take MON’s comment from ‘the day’, about he’s learned not to get between the two of them.

Sounds more equality between the two than one dominant, not saying it’s so, but why make that comment except to help his client, there’s always that.

And, why didn’t SZ grab to return the iPad, or scream for her helpers standing right there, to retrieve it? Even ask Wes to help, afterall if it’s as GZ said, why destroy?

This morning, I took a quic look for iPad parts, exploded view, and the motherboard and simms car seem to have been targetted by GZ, now guess what……

GZ knew what he was up to, not a tantrum tossing and breaking of an iPad with a Lexan case and a plastic protective added cover, he evicerated it and got to it’s heart.

        • willisnewton says:

disagree. Flash drives are hard to destroy esp if you don;t know which module they are. He may have hit the SIMM card and the CPU and missed the flash drive.

The question is, do the prosecutors WANT to charge him with a crime? If so they could start with destruction of mutual property that is under court protection as stated in the divorce papers already filed.

        • Mojo says:

iPads use SSD (solid state disk) technology in place of HDD (hard disk drive). HDD’s have mechanical parts – heads and platters – that can wreak havoc to the data on the platters if the platters are sufficiently damaged (generally by a head crash that can occur with too much movement/vibration or impact). Even then, I’ve seen information retrieved from disk drives that looked liked they were retrieved from a roaring fireplace. Conversely, SSD’s have no mechanical parts. They are non-volatile flash memory. There’s nothing to break other than the SSD component itself. Short of completely destroying the component or erasing/corrupting the data it’s likely the data is very retrievable. Sounds to me like LMPD is preparing excuses for not charging FatAss.

  3. crazy1946 says:

All these posts, and not one of you realize that there is/was another video of the events that took place between Shel-lie and the Fogdoit… The LMPD did not bother to ask for it, nor do they want it, for it would cause them to take action against a home town hero… The people who supported the Fogdoit, with money and moral support are from Lake Mary, as are his real (if they still claim him) parents. Nothing will happen to him as long as he stays in his safe zone within Seminole County… Justice will not come to him until he does something that places him in the justice system in a location that his supporters can not control… Do you still wonder why he has not left the area? If you were in a safe zone, would you leave it?

    • jm says:

crazy1946 says: “Do you still wonder why he has not left the area? If you were in a safe zone, would you leave it?”

The Zimmerman family, including ShelLIE, never cease to amaze me. They are disgusting brazen arrogant idiots tempting fate.

Wonder what GZ was doing in Texas where he brazenly decided to break the law by speeding, drawing more attention to himself?

      • crazy1946 says:

jm, Actually in that part of Texas he would have drawn more attention if he had been going the speed limit. He just happened to be an out of state vehicle that was probably going the same speed as the rest of the traffic and was targeted due to the out of state tag. I think after the police officer realized who he had stopped he did not give a citation because of the drama that he would have to deal with after the ticket had been issued. I still think the Fogdoit was out of state on as an invited (paid) guest at one of the gun shows in the area, but only he knows what he was doing there. For all we know he might have had a woman stashed in a motel in the area when he was stopped… But as I say only he knows what he was doing there…. But you notice he did return to his safety zone….

  4. groans says:

I finally found a video of Shellie’s (Sims’) 9/11/13 press conference. Here’s a link, in case others haven’t seen it, either:

  5. jm says:

So what’s the latest ShelLIE story regarding the gun she said GZ had, the police said he did not have, but MOM said he did have?

    • Two sides to a story says:

Watch the presser below. Sims talks about how guns get hidden at the scenes of disturbances, and how Fogen is always known to carry and likely his firearm was hidden or passed to a friend in the time it took the police to arrive.

  6. Drew says:

I love the TV Scream ID story. Love it. So awesomely obscene and disgusting.

I wonder if all of GZ’s mentees were as shocked when they first heard his screams on TV, totally identifying the screams immediately as George’s without any outside provocation or prompting from graphics / text on the broadcast.

  7. Kate says:

Clearly in the video you can see that he had something in his hands and was doing something to the iPad and whatever it was he put it back in his pocket. After he broke the iPad he walked back to the vehicle. like the coward he is, and he probably hide it or had the female hold it.

  8. ay2z says:

And the Donnolly’s, proud pseudo-parents of Georgie, showing off the mother’s day card he sent. Scroll down the page. This was the ‘medical doctor’ watching tv and hearing GZ scream and id’ing him– Juror 37 not only got the doctor part wrong, she got the watching tv thing wrong, wasn’t that Uncle Jorge, typing away at his computer, tv on in the other room? One confused Juror.

    • Rachael says:

“On hearing the news of yesterday’s altercation, Leanne described Zimmerman as ‘a powder keg ready to blow.’

She and her husband expressed ‘relief’ that nobody had been hurt. Both had been living in fear that, in his post-acquittal ‘recklessness’ Zimmerman would ‘get himself into a situation’ and end up hurt or dead.”

      Effing idiots!!!!

GZ has been a powder keg ready to blow for a long, long time. Why didn’t they see this the night Shellie left him to stay with her dad? You know, the night he killed a kid?

Expressed relief that nobody had been hurt? Asshats – A KID WAS KILLED.

“‘recklessness’ Zimmerman would ‘get himself into a situation and end up hurt or dead.” That already happened PRE-ACQUITTAL – except it was someone else who ended up dead. Too bad it WASN’T him because then Trayvon would have been able to tell us the truth that we already know, the truth that has played out before and is playing out again – that GZ is a violent, vengeful powder keg. He blew that night, but there is more to blow. He’s not done yet.

  9. ay2z says:

Reports that fogen took up with Zuazu again after his trial, surfaced with a picture of this ex.

Scroll down. She’s the one who had mutual restraining orders with fogen, and whose dog he kicked.

  10. kllypyn says:

He will continue to escalate just like he escalated the situation With Trayvon. He’s going to ho off and kill again.

  11. ay2z says:

Now who does this remind you of? 😉 If not you know who, he’s now been replaced by someone getting more media credit than he ever did.

Good Samaritan helps Lake Mary PD take down Home Depot thieves, police say

EMINOLE COUNTY, Fla. — During a theft from a Lake Mary Home Depot, police said an alert citizen realized something was going on and sprang into action.

Little did they know they were being watched by a good Samaritan.

“We’re talking about someone who was very alert and very aware of what was going on, and he did everything he could do to make sure this crime didn’t go unpunished.” Lake Mary police Public information officer Zach Hudson said.

Police said the good Samaritan saw the suspects walking out of those doors and thought something didn’t seem quite right.

So he hopped into his car and tried to block them in, but the suspects were able to go around him.

The good Samaritan grabbed his phone and followed them and gave police a play by play of what was going on.

The man continued following the suspects until the Sheriff’s Office was able to catch up with them using their chopper.

Deputies pulled over the white van the suspects were riding in and arrested them.

Police say without the witness, the suspect might have gotten away.

  12. boyd says:

He’s crazy. He’s in a Gangland fight stance against the guy who gave him shelter for a year, at his house. It’s Insane.

  13. ay2z says:

    LOL! !!! Mongo move over!

  14. Kate says:

The fact that he was the agressor and intentionally killed Trayvon Martin is becoming believable more and more each day.

In the video of this altercation between he and his wife, I want people to focus in on his stance. After he takes the iPad and is standing in front of the garage he takes a defensive stance with his feet apart, daring them to come take it from him. Then like the coward he is he trots off after breaking the iPad in half and throwing it to the ground. He is a punk bully and punk bullies need to be taught a lesson. But once again Shellie says she and her father are not going to do much about it. My father used to say “Hard head makes for a soft ass”. Well she will learn sooner or later.

The other thing is, I heard or read somewhere, his version of events is that she hit him with the iPad. I didn’t see her hit him. In fact, most of the video she is just basically following him around at a safe distance, filming or whatever she is doing. So I think is story is a lie once again. The agressor claiming to be the victim once again like the narcissitic, coward that he is running amok in society. The raving narcissist strikes again! Puting fear, or as he was hoping for, a bullet into the hearts of some innocent citizen.

And then everytime he starts his bs with someone he is quick to call OMara’s pompous self. Well looks like OMara is done babysitting, for now. I suppose if the money were rolling in like a waterfall, OMara would still be holding onto his killer client’s ankles.
I don’t feel sorry for any of them.

    • Trained Observer says:

As if anybodywith sense ever doubted Fogen intensionally killed Trayvon! But, yes, I know what you mean. There’s a pattern to his behavior … over the years he’s become adept creating situations, taunting other parties, and positioning himself to look like a victim not the perpetrator. He’s a con.

  15. ay2z says:

Xena, unsettling catch you made in this video. Would explain why Shellie did not have ‘her’ gun with her, if he had both.

Scarey. Shot someone else………btw, where is Osterman in all of this?

  16. ay2z says:

bottomless stack of get out of jail free cards–

  17. Trained Observer says:

OS: “We just want to get through this divorce,” Sims said. “It shouldn’t take that long. They don’t have anything.”

Fat, flabby, and full of himself, Fogen will do everything he can to string things out just to make SZ miserable.

  18. ay2z says:

Everyone focuses on ‘video’, but the iPad should have some terrific audio as well.

  19. ay2z says:

    Quote from tonight’s OS article.

None of the other witnesses saw Shellie hit George, according to the report, and police officers who had George Zimmerman pull off his shirt wrote that they found no marks.

Did George Zimmerman threaten anyone with a gun?

He said no, but Sims said he thinks Zimmerman ditched it in his truck before police arrived “five, 10, 15 minutes” later.

Eugene Johnson III, a man helping Shellie Zimmerman move, told police that after being told by Dean to leave, Zimmerman reached for what Johnson thought to be a gun and said, “Come towards me. You’re threatening me,” according to the report.

Dean said, “‘What are you going to do, shoot me?'”

  20. boyd says:

The shooters stance reminds me of the photo MOM has of him and George. each are shaking the others hand. George left hand is in inside his jacket. being from the NorthEast my first thought was a mobster pose. anyone see that photo?

“He’s the guy” as Monk would say

  21. ay2z says:

Here’s a 10+ minute video of the press conference. (doesn’t appear on youtube in full version yet)

  22. Girlp says:

George is lying again, Dean knocked him to the ground as he was locking the garage, Shelli hit him with the iPad she was using to film him? He sucker punched me from behind, he asked whats your problem homie….George knows how to create a SYG situation hopefully he won’t get away with this I hope they find something his hero status needs to be debunked and soon. I’m afraid he will hurt someone else regardless Shellie is right George feels invinceable.

  23. ay2z says:

Simms compliments to GZ, (if a narcissist) about his superior wit, intelligence, charm, etc, … won’t work to break a narcissist in litigation.

This author says narcissists detest direct attacks, the opposite of Simms compliments that feed the narcissist’s needs.

  24. boyd says:

what happpened to the pillsbury dough boy image from the fight club. In that video he looked like a blood or a crip. Got in the stance and said come here I got something for ya. That’s hood stuff.

    • ay2z says:

He brought a bigger dough-boy, not to protect himself from others, but to protect himself from getting himself into trouble, all the while threatening without being caught going too far. In Xena’s video clip, that is exactly what his 400 lb dough boy does, stops his boss as he has a hand in his shirt and has the other hand pointing, with his aggressive forward foot stance.

The woman was along for a reason, had Shellie not been there, she’d not have been there.

“The guy just can’t stay out of the news,” he told TMZ. “You’d think he’d get the heck out of Dodge.”

According to him, there was not enough evidence to arrest George Zimmerman for threatening his estranged wife and father-in-law after she changed details of her initial story.

“There was not enough to affect an arrest, unfortunately.”

Still, he seems to think Zimemrman is a danger.

Arguably Lumberjack George should pay for it out of that legal defense fund. I assume that is how he pays for his bodyguard under the guise that people are out to get him. Well, some of those same people probably our out to get Shellie. 🙂

    • Trained Observer says:

I disagree. Sims steered her away from a trial where she ran a good risk of becoming a convicted felon and cut her a great plea deal for a misdemeanor. 100 hours of community service is equivalent to 2.5 weeks of work, which shouldn’t be difficult to work into her busy schedule since she doesn’t have a job. Now that O’Mara (who I believe got him the gig) is out of the picture on Fogen’s side, Sims can tighten down and get this done.

    • fauxmccoy says:

@boyd — allred would be the right thing in my book. people can say whatever they want about her, but she’s been one of the biggest advocates for battered women long before anyone ever heard of her. it is her life’s work and would be giving the best damn advice with no desire for compensation. i started saying this a few days ago.

  31. elle says:

On Xena’s Blackbutterfly7 blog, she has a short video up, and you see Fogen actually put his hand inside of his shirt better. The Ipad is in his right hand. He steps away from Shellie, takes a shooters stance, transfers the Ipad to his left hand, puts his right hand inside his shirt on the gun. He starts waving the Ipad in his left hand, indicating step closer, step closer. The bodyguard steps between them. He proceeds to cut up the Ipad and smash it on the concrete.

    • ay2z says:

      Thanks, elle,

Here’s the link. Thanks Xena 🙂

      • ay2z says:

Wow, he puts his hand in his shirt, doesn’t retrieve a gun, but that seems to be where he gets the knife from.

        • elle says:

But, Shellie made sure we know that he bought a shoulder holster. He must have a pocket on the holster for the knife. And, he shoots right handed. That is where the gun is, and he is doing exactly what she described. He put his hand on the gun and kept saying, “Take a step, take a step”. It is right there, we are seeing it happen. The shooter’s stance is what caught my attention, that is an odd way the stand for no apparent reason.

        • PYorck says:

I don’t think I can see clearly enough if he got the knife from there, but if he did, then that supports the theory that he was carrying his gun at that point. Who carries a knife under their shirt? Either a movie assassin or someone who is wearing a holster anyway and strapped some accessories to that.

          • elle says:

I am not sure that he gets the knife from there either. I think he may already have it in his hand when he steps into camera view. I will try to watch again.

        • MDH says:

Good catch. I remember reading that clause about not doing anything with property till the divorce is settled.

There is also a question about the funds used for George’s legal defense. That may or may not also be considered assets acquired during the marriage.

George sure is spending a lot of it on a big bodyguard and what appears to be a GF.

He could be looking at trouble from another angle here.

Money donated for a legal defense is for just that – his defense. It is not for living the life of Reilly. Parties he has already stiffed can use this against him.

He is going to be sucked dry by legal actions taken against him.

      • Two sides to a story says:

Xena, you rock. You’re up to LLM Papa speed and beyond!

  32. Hi Fred – linked the wrong way. Perhaps delete my previous attempt sir.

    [Will do, sir]

  33. Kate says:

For a man, who claimed to be in fear for his life, this killer surely doesn’t seems to have a problem doing things that garner him much attention.

    • ay2z says:

Oh yeah. Simms said he was smart, very smart, smarter than he thought he would be. Quick witted and charming.

      • Trained Observer says:

Just buttering up the murdering schmuck piece of toast, IMO.

Now that O’Mara has resigned from the divorce action. (and I’m of the opinion that Sims got She-Lie as client via way of O’Mara’s referrel), I’m betting Sim will attempt to leave Fogen with as much of the debt load as humanly possible. No need to play nice with Fogen’s next attorney (who he’ll likely stiff).

  34. ay2z says:

Pants on the ground, pants on the ground, lookin’ like a fool with your pants on the ground’ (doesn’t seem he could get his uncle mikes junior G man off quickly enough before police came, unless there was something else going on in his truck. Coincidence I’m sure, that Simm’s freudian slip included the word prostitute! 😉

Oh my, Georgie. Pull your pants up next time and get a belt!

  35. Kate says:

The only reason to destroy an iPad is because there is something he did not want people to see. If what he says is true then there would be no need to twist the iPad in half and throw it down because it would corroborate his story. These two are a piece of work and then she and her father are not filing charges?

  36. a2nite says:

Even of it’s misdemeanor; she’s still guilty, NO?

    • ay2z says:

Yes, that’s what she plead to. But if someone is manipulated and abused, what better way to control them than to set them up for a fall. It was someone else who ran that show. Could she even stand up and say no, I won’t lie for you? We don’t know, but he has played so many people, the Ostermans, got the Donnolly’s to openly break court order for him, fot someone else to try to lie to the judge to try to keep Trayvon’s father, Tracy, out of the courtroom. He’s a snake and he played O’Mara to the point where O’Mara dumped him re this divorce situation, as far as we know, there’s no replacement yet.

  37. ay2z says:

I suspect Simms knows exactly what this male spouse is about. He revealed a couple things today, in a most ‘complimentary’ fashion, though they are often atribues of a psychopath, intelligent, a very nice person, But he revealed the malice about the AC (cops felt that heat when they were in there, so they couldn’t be happy about him playing those games on anyone especially them).

Good think he took a stand and went public. He also made the point that Shelly is not ‘convicted’, it was a misdemenour plea, not conviction. (Frank the tank doesn’t know the difference and neither does Nancy Grace or her other lawyer guests to correct him)

  38. The mental picture of GZ reaching into his shirt and inviting Shellie to step toward him was chilling.

I picture him taunting Trayvon before he killed him in much the same manner.

He’s a murderous psychopath and it’s only a matter of time before he kills again.

    • fauxmccoy says:

prof — can you think of any valid reason why her attorney would tell her not to get a restraining order? i’m wondering if she needs better representation at this point.

      • Two sides to a story says:

That seems really weird, doesn’t it? Perhaps because he’ll just go get one too.

      • ay2z says:

Could a restraining order be the tipping point for him to go off after her, not caring about charges (he doesn’t anyway)? The attorneys have agreed they both will stay far away, obviously GZ did not hold up his end of the bargain and knew when she was to arrive and that he should not be there.

        • I believe Shellie and her lawyer fear that a restraining order may provoke him to kill her.

          • fauxmccoy says:

            fred says

I believe Shellie and her lawyer fear that a restraining order may provoke him to kill her.

wow — in all my years as an advocate, working with abused women and the lawyers we worked with, i have never heard a lawyer actually suggest that. if that’s the case, it speaks volumes. she needs to be on the other side of the country.

        • fauxmccoy says:

well that is what the typically abused spouse would think, generally a lawyer would counsel otherwise.

i’m looking for a specific, strategically legal reason. such as, if he files one also, how does this impact her probation status?

he’s got her in a real bind.

          • Yes, he would probably seek a restraining order against her, but I doubt that her PO would be impressed by divorce games.

I would have sought a restraining order. If one were in place, GW would be in jail now.

Or to give Sims his due, Shellie would be dead.

I agree with your assessment that Shellie is an abused spouse.

    • Two sides to a story says:

You know he absolutely did taunt Trayvon and that he is recorded doing so. Too bad there was no acceptable way to get that into court. Perhaps the feds can do something with it.

    • ay2z says:

Yes. She had good reason to believe that he had a gun and her fear was real. He was taunting her.

The blonde in the long black dress should take care too. Strange way for her to be dressed considering how her male ‘date’ was dressed.

    • a2nite says:

X2 but he has to kill a white man, otherwise he’ll get away with it again. He may be dumb, but he isn’t stupid.

    • elle says:

Professor, if you go to 9 minutes on the surveillance tape, you see him put his right hand on the shoulder holster (his left shoulder) and yell at her while waving his left hand, indicating “come closer”. The bodyguard steps between them, and he proceeds to cut apart the Ipad, and then throw it. I do not understand why the police have not arrested him. It is very obvious on the tape. We know absolutely, for certain, he shoots right handed. I do not get why he is not sitting in jail.

      • Two sides to a story says:

Seems like LMPD has enough evidence on the house tape to see what Fogen was doing. They seem more like they’re gunning for Shellie and hoping she tried to hit Fogen with the iPad like he claimed.

        More political posturing, probably

      • fauxmccoy says:

@elle — do you have a link for that tape that you can share? i’ve searched youtube, but cannot seem to find that.

      • They made no arrest because no one wanted to press charges and both claimed that the other assaulted them, but neither suffered an injury and he did not have a gun on him.

Without the iPad to confirm one version or the other, they are unwilling to act.

Of course, they are ignoring the glaring fact that GZ deliberately destroyed the iPad that she was using to photograph what he was doing.

And ignoring that he’s a freakin’ psychopath who shouldn’t have even been there.

        • elle says:

Even with the video sowing him put his hand inside his shirt and grab the gun? He has his right hand on the gun. And, before he puts his hand into the shirt he takes and obvious shooter’s stance? I thought in Florida if you threatened someone with a gun you automatically went to jail? There is no way the police do not know what he is doing.

        • bettykath says:

He was in his truck after mutilating the ipad and when the cops arrived, so just searching him wouldn’t prove that he didn’t have the gun before they arrived. He could have left the gun in his truck where the cops didn’t look. Or he could have given it to someone else. Even so, someone who always carries and then threatens to use it, it would be scary whether or not he has the weapon on him at the moment.

          • groans says:

@bettykath – Exactly. That’s why the LMPD sound so silly (or worse) when they declare so definitively that CAC did not have a gun.

And they sound downright stupid (or worse) when they say the iPad content is such critical evidence for their decision, and yet remain inexplicably silent about the videotaped and admitted fact that CAC destroyed the device and quite possibly (though I doubt it) the content – i.e., he destroyed evidence which is critical to their investigation!

If CAC supposedly snatched the iPad because it was being used as a physical “weapon” against him (riiiiiight….), there was no physical “safety” purpose served by proceeding to destroy it. Furthermore, CAC wouldn’t have thrown the broken iPad on the ground, for Shellie to retrieve, if he was concerned about it being used as a physical weapon against him.

And, as elle has pointed out, CAC’s taunting and threatening behavior right before he destroyed the iPad/evidence is recorded rather clearly on the home security videos.

Are these LMPD cops really as stupid as they sound?!

Or are they WORSE than stupid … like the SPD cops?

        • ay2z says:

If he is a bonefide psychopath, and if Mark Osterman’s slip (Xena’s video) that he shot ‘someone else’, could that ‘someone else (Trayvon) have been instead of a threat to shoot SZ before she left? And explains why he used her gun, if he took it from her.

That would confirm SZ’s submission to her husband and no doubt she would be as he described… ‘a mess’ after ‘someone else’ was killed by her husband.

Would also explain how isolated SZ would be, with her husband being seen as the most wonderful friend ever, for the couple they lived with after the shooting. And why she would lie for him and sweet talk him on the jailhouse calls. She would have no choice but to keep everything to herself.

If he is a psychopath, evil for evil’s sake.

      • groans says:

Professor, if you go to 9 minutes on the surveillance tape, you see him put his right hand on the shoulder holster (his left shoulder) and yell at her while waving his left hand, indicating “come closer”.

        Great catch, elle!

If CAC were black, he’d have been hauled in by LMPD on some kind of charge by now. Gotta establish “a record” on the brothers so it can be used against them later, if so desired.

Not the case for this psychopathic ne’er-do-well who’s already gotten away with murder and assaulting cops and girlfriends.

    • Drew says:

Wait, that wasn’t a quote from the Onion-esque piece?

  39. ay2z says:

Crane, it’s time for a little you know who.

  40. a2nite says:

    Spilling what beans?

    He want to control her.

    He a monster.

    • Drew says:

I wasn’t saying anything negative against her necessarily. I was speaking from his perspective. Relax!

    • Drew says:

He’s nervous that she’s going to come out with the truth. Or, at least, a less “truthy” version than what the media portrayed.

So, threaten her so it never comes out.

  41. Drew says:

Do you think he’s going nuts on her because of things she’s revealed to attorneys or journalists in the aftermath of the “trial”?

Like literally wants to threaten / kill her because she’s spilling the beans?

  42. Even Mark O’Mara dumped the guy. And that’s saying something. I think fogen’s been abusing her for years. I’ll have to rewatch, but was there something about him messing with the air conditioning? Who the hell does that shit?

    • Drew says:

      What did he do now?

If it is what I think it is, then he is clearly a malignant narcissist, and not suffering from bi-polar disorder.

    • Thrace says:

I mentioned that on the previous entry. Just like the time he turned off his parent’s utilities because he was angry with them.

    • Sophia33 says:

Yes he has been abusing her for years in my opinion. I agree with your Crane.

    • ay2z says:

Crane, the same type of person who cuts the electricity off and locks it out, and leaves his mother without. That type of person.

    • a2nite says:

      @ CS

      He didn’t pay MoM.

Why stick with a pain in the ass stupid client? There is only so much white supremacist biz you can get from that “trial”.

    • Two sides to a story says:

I think her father jimmied the a/c to get Fogen out faster, was what Sims was hinting at.

    • Trained Observer says:

Fogen does. Just like when he locked the power box at Gladass’s house way back when. He’s a vindictive T U R D.

Despite what Kelly Sims optimiatically projected at the presser, I don’t think this divorce will be over quickly or with a whimper. Fogen’s the type who likes a big bang on those he’s out to get nerve of shelLie to leave him. He’ll show her.

      • He seems to be a ticking bomb, after that freebie murder he got. You’d think he’d lay low, but he’s doing just the opposite.

        • Trained Observer says:

Exactly. She needs to stop texting him. Any future communication should be lawyer to lawyer, and by now I hope she has all her stuff out of Daddeo’s house. Hopefully Fogen’s rent is up at the end of the month, and his access ends.

          • Girlp says:

I agree Trained, he texted her to see if she was at the house his intentions were not good. He intended to cause problems.

  44. Kate says:

I hope her version of events is proved to shut her murdering husband’s supporters up. I do not feel sorry for her. You lay down with sick dogs and you get mange. She should have done herself a favor back then and told him she would not lie for him or cover up the money, but hindsight is 20/20.

  45. Two sides to a story says:

Shellie, you’re being far too nice and too polite. But I’ve been in a similar situation and you probably feel safer to keep things quiet. Live and learn – you should have gotten all your stuff out over the weekend even if it’s your father’s place. Live and learn, girl.

    • ay2z says:

He’s proven by his actions in the past against his own mother, locking out her electricity before leaving, and cuttong off the AC when she was to arrive to get things, and destroying her iPad used to document what she was taking etc.

He has proven himself malicious, and she needs to stay as far away as possible from him if he is a psychopath. He was not to arrive, yet arrived when he knew she would be there, not alone, but with a 400 lb body guard and a woman in a long black dress.

Malicious or what? Is he likely to go away quietly and not do other things?

I would be very afraid of this person, especially at this point in the divorce proceeding.

An injunction might cause him to act out again. (the woman he brought said she didn’t know what was going on, police officer said she appeared shaken, so was she brought along to be used for her presence to agitate the situation, if he’s got malice on his mind, could be.)

  46. Sophia33 says:

So can someone recap the presser for me? The connection kept going in and out. Did I hear her lawyer say that Shellie was an example of what not to do to protect your husband? Was there implication that he did indeed MURDER Trayvon. Of course, we all know he did. But is she finally saying he did it?

    • Two sides to a story says:

No, she’s not saying that at all. But she’s standing by what she said in her phone call – that she believed Fogen was armed – he left a new box for a new shoulder holster in the house – and that he made threatening gestures and told her to come closer.

    • Rachael says:

You might be thinking of when her lawyer said something like she may not be a shining example of what to be but a hideous warning of what not to be or something.

  47. abbyj1 says:

Shellie, I believe you. Bring charges against GZ. He is a psychopath. We’ve all known it since he took Trayvon’s life.

    • Brandy says:

Hi abbyj1, I agree. Shellie needs to get a restraining order against georgie to at least have some type of protection in case he confronts her again. Her lawyer should be the first to tell Shelli that imo

  48. Brandy says:

Did the news marathon conference finally end? LOL
