Good morning:

Here’s feauxmccoy’s juror information spreadsheet to use in jury selection.

Awesome, and she did this after being in an accident.

Thank you,

oh, i am just seeing this article — i got a late start this morning.

y’all are making me cry, but happy tears. thank you for all of your kind words, well wishes, etc.

fred, you are a dear and i would do this for you any time. i have a feeling this sheet was being by more than just us, based on the number of users i saw on it during trial. i

it is absolutely my honor and pleasure to be able to give back to this cause in what i do best. y’all are fabulous to work with!

  2. amsterdam1234 says:

I am not really happy with this jury. Not so much individually, but as a group I think it is unbalanced.

  3. smokeegyrl says:

It’s really sad, that now O’Mara is making it racial.

  5. smokeegyrl says:

I have a funny feeling in my gut that K95 is Sue P from Facebook.

  6. smokeegyrl says:

JN was peevedddddddddddddddd at West and stormed out of the courtroom. wow.. She is not a happy camper with the Defense today.

    • Deborah Moore says:

I ran out to buy a few things…making lasagna this morning…so I missed it. What did West do This time? I imagine he’s very frustrated or Fusstrated with having to have sit for so long without having the floor to speak, to get that squinty eye-d What’s going on look, or, basically playing a Different Sort of Drama Queen.
(That doesn’t sound like I’m biased, right?)
There are so many small moments that build and add to this whole trial, and I’ll forgive myself for not catching everything.)
Brilliant strategy – piss of Her Honor, Judge Nelson.

  7. Sleuth says:

Great job on the spreadsheet! Thank you for all you done to simplify this phase. We all appreciate you so very much.

    Hope you’re feeling much better.

  8. Sleuth says:

This is a very baaaaad example O’Dirty is showing. How in the world was Trayvon suppose to know the confessed had a gun or permit?

What a pathetic strategy……..just pure dee pathetic.

    • smokeegyrl says:

I am so glad that some of the PJ’s stood their ground on how they felt.

      • Deborah Moore says:

        I keep hearing Tom Petty…
And, I love Petty, but I’ll never hear that song that way I used to hear it. Fuck Florida, just for that.

      • Sleuth says:

        @Deborah Moore

Very apropos. Thing is, I don’t believe Trayvon ever had a chance to “Stand His Ground” before he was murdered.

        Keep the faith my sista.

    • Deborah Moore says:

I am there, but am struggling a little. But, thanks, Smokee.
And, btw, how are the fires today? I live in Fire country too, so I feel for ya.

      • smokeegyrl says:

More Evacuations today… Multiple wildfires, in addition to the Lime Gulch and Black Forest fires, are burning in Colorado, including the Scout Ranch fire, Wild Rose fire, Bull Gulch fire and West Fork fire complex.

      • Deborah Moore says:

So sorry to hear that. There were fires here, Northwest end of San Fernando Valley, CA, several years ago. We were evacuated twice within three months.
It’s a real life lesson to have to decide in ten minutes what is important in your house, what to take, what to Let Go Of.

  9. Deborah Moore says:

I’m having a hard time hearing what the pj’s are saying. Anyone else having that trouble. Might be another reason for the low amount of comments. Maybe?

  10. Sophia33 says:

I guess they are saying because GZ was not mirandized when he made the statements that the interviews and reenactment should not be admissible. Does anyone think that this is going to fly?

  11. Sophia33 says:

Hey last night on HLN, one of the talking heads said that GZ’s interviews and reenactment may not be seen by the jury. How is this possible?

  12. Deborah Moore says:

Was that just a regular break, or I probably missed something.
Judge Nelson does not appear very happy coming back from the break.

    • smokeegyrl says:

She probably had to remind O’M that this is her courtroom!

      • Deborah Moore says:

He made a point earlier that pj’s should not use first names, Mr. Martin or Mr. Zimmerman, but he keeps referring to the judge as the judge or “her” or “she”, and not Judge Nelson. So much for politeness, Sir!

    • Sophia33 says:

Deborah, I have never heard MOM refer to Trayvon Martin as Mr. Martin. I have only heard him refer to him as Trayvon.

    • Sleuth says:

      @Deborah Moore

Seems like BDLR does not use “Mr.” when referring to Trayvon. I think he wants to constantly remind the courts/jurors that Trayvon was a minor.

Whereas O’Dirty often refers to the victim as “Mr.” because he wants to give the impression that this is a trial about 2 men. He has tried very hard to make this point from day one.

      • Deborah Moore says:

Then, the correct term would be Master Martin, no?
I’m not sure what age a male goes from Master to Mister, but, we all know, and anyone who has had or does have a HS aged child knows that children are children. And, Trayvon Martin was still a child when that man shot him.
Uh, oh, I’m pulling a Smokee and gritting my teeth.
Maybe I need to spend a little time in the garden. Water and Weed.

      • Sleuth says:

I know some people who refer to children under adult age as “Miss” or “Master” when they die. So yes, you are absolutely correct, it would be “Master Trayvon Martin”.

YOU SAID: “Uh, oh, I’m pulling a Smokee and gritting my teeth.
Maybe I need to spend a little time in the garden. Water and Weed.”

Hold up, wait for me. I’m coming with you! πŸ™‚

  13. smokeegyrl says:

    Hey where everybody at?

  14. smokeegyrl says:

This is not a NRA case, this is a 2nd Degree Murder case! He didn’t want the SYG hearing. He defaulted. grrrr

  15. smokeegyrl says:

O’Mara is not calling out PJ’s # and is very irritating to me… so unlike BLDR who called out every time he spoke to a PJ.

  16. Deborah Moore says:

I guess it’s really challenging to come up with responses to today’s live feed.
(Or, is there a group shower/party at Fred and Rachael’s?)

  17. Sophia33 says:

You know, when I watch HLN After Dark, I get disappointed every night. For example, last night, they played Witness #6 initial statement that Trayvon Martin was on top of George Zimmerman hitting him MMA style. That witness has now recanted that AND clarified what he meant. In fact, if you listen to the initial statement, he didn’t even say that Trayvon was raining down blows MMA style. He said that he was talking about how he viewed Trayvon Martin over top of Zimmerman. HLN After Dark seems to be in Zimmerman’s corner. Every night, they are a part of disseminating misinformation or excluding information. I have yet to see them ask why Trayvon Martin’s body was so far from the “T” when Zimmerman said Trayvon hit him and straddled him at the “T”. They never ask about the inconsistencies in Zimmerman’s statement. They seem to take as fact that Trayvon Martin was circling GZ’s car. They never ask why he didn’t tell dispatch when this was happening. They had a body language expert, but she didn’t get to the part of the GZ “reenactment” where he clearly looks to be trying to explain why they were so far from the “T”. To her credit, she did imply he was lying in the little bit that they showed. Then there are W1, W2, W18 who they never talk about. Again, I think they are in GZ’s corner.

Night before last there was a guy who said that racial profiling is justified in some instances, especially when someone appears to be out of place. Considering that the ancestors of most black people in this country have been here longer than the ancestors of many Europeans in this country, how can any black person look out of place? You have at least 3 black talking heads on HLN After Dark every night and NONE of them challenged this?

    • smokeegyrl says:

That is why I’m not watching HLN… I didn’t watch it for the Jodie A either… They make the justice system into a comical theatrics instead of something so serious. I’m a victim of crime and can’t look at such things. It’s a mockery to those who suffer from the hands of criminals.

      • Sophia33 says:

I only watch them because they give a synopsis of the days events. But I agree the “game show” aspect of HLN is ridiculous. I too have been a victim of a crime, so I understand your perspective.

    • Malisha says:

MMA-Boy “clarified” because he realized that he might get his a55 in a wringer if he tried to stick by his obviously false narrative; he saw that (a) forensic evidence DISPROVED his lies; and (b) the prosecution was gonna start and really get serious. MMA-Boy was smarter than Shellie, who walked herself right into a perjury charge by not wising up in time.

      • Sophia33 says:

Very true. I just wish the media would stop playing him up. He was wrong. He admitted it. Why does the media talk about it as if he hadn’t admitted what he had done?

  18. smokeegyrl says:

It seems O’M is pleading Fogen’s case this morning instead of instructing them. grrrr…

    • Sophia33 says:

I can’t listen to that man talk. I’m sorry. I will settle for the Clift Notes of what he said.

  19. smokeegyrl says:

If you missed it last night.

  20. IMback says:

    Frye hearing today at 2pm?

  21. Deborah Moore says:

True confession, I’m really not looking forward to having to face M O M today. If I take off from time to time, I’ll be in the back yard, hurling.

  22. disappointed says:

Thank you this is absolutely amazing! You have made all of our lives a little easier Faux.

  23. Deborah Moore says:

Every day that I’ve been here, I’m more and more impressed with the devotion to justice the folks here are. And, I’m wowed by the creativity too.
Thanks, Fred, Rachael, FauxMcCoy…and LLMPapa. I’m just getting to know most of you, but I also appreciate the kindness shown towards each other.
    Very awesome.

    • Sophia33 says:

The kindness shown by people on this site is truly amazing. I have only been here for a few days and I have noticed it.

      • Deborah Moore says:

I just started on Thursday, so Sophia, I guess you and I are the Newbies. (Should we sit together, or should we mingle with the others?)

      • You all have thoughtful comments says:

Oh, you are so funny, Deborah!

    • We are equally thankful for the readers and the group as well; while there is joviality, many have come here because they have experienced some sort of pain/loss/life challenges. In many ways, I am reminded of The Butterfly Circus, which I highly recommend to readers, during the lunch break today.

Have tissues handy for this inspirational film:

    • Sophia33 says:

LOL! Deborah I think we should mingle, but still meet up occasionally πŸ˜‰

  24. Sophia33 says:

Wow feaux! Great work. Thank you.

  25. GirlP says:

I can’t view the spreadsheet it takes me to a blank page, I will see if I can view it when I get home today. Hope you are feeling better… πŸ™‚

  26. @fauxmccoy: You are absolutely amazing, thank you for your hard work, and stay well.

  27. Trained Observer says:

Good morning, all … and, Faux, thank you for the handy-dandy spreadsheet. A big help for today’s slog-along with MOM.

  28. smokeegyrl says:

Good Morning All… love the spreadsheet… thank you so much…

    • Sophia33 says:

Great work. I had dismissed those who said that they heard the gun. But you provide very convincing evidence.

  29. chi1224 says:

Thank you Fauxmccoy!! And speedy recovery!!

  30. LeaNder says:

Great fauxy, enormously helpful. Thanks a lot for doing that.

  31. To the arrogant sanctimonious stuck up know-it-all defense lawyer in Arizona who swings by my husband’s Tweet deck with your creative insults:

Get an interlock device for your keyboard, unfollow my husband and shove that Thesaurus up your ass.

  32. amsterdam1234 says:

    Thanks again Faux, excellent work.
I hope you are feeling better.

  33. IMback says:

This is great! Easy to understand. Im going to print this and use as a guide and take defense notes with it today. Maybe we can highlight the ones that the prosecution may strike yellow and the ones the defense may strike blue. Would you mind if I copied and added that?

    • You all have thoughtful comments says:

How do you print out the right side of the spread sheet?

I can only print out what shows on my screen.

  34. Soulcatcher says:

    Thanks Fauxy!!!

  35. Hereslookingatyou says:

@faux thank you kindly, for your hard work.

  36. diary73 says:

    Oh my! Excellent job!

  37. Tee says:

Good morning thanks for spreadsheet. A bit off topic, I watched some of my recordings last night and caught Frank Taaffe on HLN, I was shaking my head. When The host asked him would GZ would have called NEN and followed Trayvon that night if he weren’t black, you guys should have seen how long it took for Taaffe to open his mouth to answer, and when he did the fool put his foot right in it. ” in my opinion black are committing most of the crimes around here, so he had a good reason.” Gz friends and family show their true colors every time they open their mouth, how in the hell do they all say GZ is not a racist,he was not profiling Trayvon, it’s not about race. Smh, between the brother, the mother, father and Taaffe they show us yes it is about race. ” We are the company we keep.”

    • Rachael says:

OMG, I am so glad I didn’t see that. He is so gross.

    • Rob says:

@Tee i noticed that too with taffe, but i also saw the 6 panel jury all voted Trayvon had no blame in the incident. At least some people see through the BS.

    • BLISS says:

I saw that clip as well.If its not about race Tagged should not have honestly believe Taffe had his hands in the murder of Trayvon Martin.

  38. LLMPapa says:

    Great work, Feaux!

  39. Nellie Nell says:

    Good Morning All!

    I love the spreadsheet, thanks.

So this morning I awoke in a bit of a panic and think I am obsessed with this case.

In my nightmare, Fogen was sitting in the courtroom with water sitting on the back of his light colored suit jacket and all this dark colored dirt piled on his collar. I woke up in a WTF state!!! Because he and his family are a bunch of manipulating lying fools, I could actually see this fool vividly. This was his attempt to make the jury think that he was on his back the night he murdered an unarmed teen.

I need this case to hurry up so that he can be cuffed once and for all so that I can have pleasant dreams of Trayvon and his family.

    God help me!

    • You all have thoughtful comments says:

Maybe your dream simply means that BLDR will “collar” gz with all the “dirt” he has on gz from the incriminating evidence.

      • Nellie Nell says:

I like this better and will be optimistic about last night! Thanks so much. That is exactly why I love this blog. You all sure know how to makes things positive when some are feeling down!

    • BLISS says:

I’m with you 100%.I hope the trial with hurry up.Everytime i see Zimmerman laughs and smiles in court,I want to throw up.

      • Nellie Nell says:

I know Bliss, he makes me sick at sight! He is about as low as one can get. The evidence will ensure that he does not kill another kid again. Everyday that he wakes up in prison, I want him to feel the fear and terror that he inflicted on Trayvon!

      • Sophia33 says:

I can’t imagine how that makes Trayvon Martin’s parents feel.

  40. cielo62 says:

    >^..^< Fauxy is truly awesome! Thanks for the spreadsheet.

  41. type1juve says:

Thanks Feauxmccoy! I hope you are feeling better.

  42. Momma says:

All I can say is, “WOW!!” Thank you, so much! This is wonderful!

  43. Tzar says:

Like I said, the car can be replaced…

  44. ZCBest says:

    Thanks Fauxy!

  45. Rachael says:

That is awesome! Thank you so much.

  46. Hi Fauxmccoy – thank you so much! this is great.
