Great fun, especially Taaffe, hilarious. Can “send in the clowns” be far behind?

      🙂

The other day, there were about 460 YTube views total, last evening, that climbed to over 500, and now….

793 views! It makes a great header!! Thanks again Papa!

(Mashed potato, the Jerk, etc but most importantly for the glitter balloons used of late, there’s the ‘Balloon Pump-Up’ at around 40 seconds)

Jrs tweet today at 11:50 am

Has any1 else noticed @attorneycrump is back on TV..? Not a word abt “puppy love”/16-now-19 yr old/never-hospitalized “star” witness. Hmm.

    • Xena says:

Junior has deep-seated anger that goes beyond his brother being arrested and charged. Maybe he was rejected by a Black lover. Who knows?

      • ay2z says:

He is hateful, and I don’t believe that Mark O’Mara has lack of control over anyone of his client’s family, they should be listening and helping their brother and that’s probably just what they are doing. O’Mara either hasn’t done enough to reason with him, shut him up, or he realizes he can use junior no matter what the ethical and moral costs, so long as it helps pay the bills and hype his case in the media.

        • Xena says:

@ay2z. IMO, O’Mara has taken no stance to shut Junior up because the Zimmerman agenda is to taint the jury pool. It’s not about money, because Junior’s racial rants have not increased GZ’s financial supporters. They are still begging. Heck, he couldn’t even muster 2,000 signatures on Piercy’s “wrongful prosecution” petition.

      • ChrisNY~Laurie says:

I think cousin Christina told how MaMa Z felt about black people. Mama raised her kids to be closet racists. Hate them, but keep it in the family. Jr is just having a hard time keeping his mouth shit and likes the spotlight too much. He is a selfish loser and I am so glad that his true colors are finally showing for all to see.

Has it ever been confirmed that he had a dwi? I wonder what else he has done in his lifetime. He wants to Keep bringing up Trayvon’s past and accuse w8 of stuff…. What about him? I really wish someone would dig into his past and expose all of his dirty little secrets.

        • Xena says:

          @ChrisNY

I really wish someone would dig into his past and expose all of his dirty little secrets.

IMO, there’s no need to. Junior has already unzipped and exposed himself all the way. While Randy Hahn came out and said it, Junior was thinking it and says the same through dog whistles. Junior has yet to publicly denounce what Hahn said.

Sometimes I think that Junior’s motivation is to provoke threats and attacks on him so he will feel justified in his racist rants.

Has any1 else noticed @attorneycrump is back on TV..? Not a word abt “puppy love”/16-now-19 yr old/never-hospitalized “star” witness. Hmm..

Junior’s tweet implies that Benjamin Crump was on tv and something was bad about that, but he does the Z-technique (leaves out facts or blames others).

BOTH Crump and O’Mara were on the same TV program this morning. CNN’s Starting Point.

O’Brien also asked Crump if he thought Robert Zimmerman’s tweets could be used in court to support the testimony of George Zimmerman’s cousin, who told prosecutors that Zimmerman and his family “don’t like black people if they don’t act like white people. They like black people if they act white.”
Crump responded that he was concerned with Robert Zimmerman’s tweets ” not to prove or disprove somebody is racist because being a racist isn’t illegal,” but because “his tweets bolster the testimony of potential witness number 9, which, in fact, is his cousin, Soledad, his family member, who within 72 hours after Trayvon was murdered, called the Sanford Police Department and says she knows George Zimmerman, she knows he’s confrontational, she knows he doesn’t like black people. She said his father, mother, sister, doesn’t like black people.” ”
“So if you look at these tweets of Robert Zimmerman which says verbatim, liberal media should ask if what these two people did to a woman and a baby is reason people think blacks might be risky, he didn’t say Trayvon Martin, he said blacks. Meaning that entire black race. That tweet tends to be very consistent with, and support what his cousin said when she first called the Sanford Police Department.”

    • Malisha says:

Remember at the second discovery hearing, BDLR said there was NO EVIDENCE that Witness 8 was under 18 years of age, and both O’Mara and West jumped up and insisted she was?

      Member?

    • Jun says:

      LMAo

Fogen was never hospitalized either. hmmmm

  3. type1juve says:

Judge Nelson is sending a message that she is not having their bs in her courtroom. Draft all the silly motions you want Omara, June 10th is coming and there will be justice for Trayvon Martin!

    • Rachael says:

You know, I was kind of pissed off at first when the got rid of Judge Lester, just because of the audacity with which they thought they could/should but now I’m really rather glad!!

    • Professor, could we have another thread with links to all the recent motions and responses? Please. You don’t have to write an article about it at this time. We could have sort of an open forum concerning all the goings on.

      • Tzar says:

        go to axiomamnesia
and you should find all the docs (as they post them up)

      • ay2z says:

Wondering if there is a lot to say about the current motions that Prof didn’t already suggest are ‘specious’ an all out attack out of desperation in this article dated yesterday.

Already one has bit the dus today, we haven’t yet got a response from prosecutors about the alleged ‘misconduct’ but is that going anywhere? The defense had the means to learn what details a witness would say by questioning her just as the state did, way back in August. They chose to use this as a media soapbox instead. The prosecutors may not even respond, the judge has already ruled that they need to get the information from another source, the witness herself, and they did not.

        http://frederickleatherman.com/2013/03/27/zimmerman-defense-teams-latest-actions-show-fear-and-desperation/

This is the desperate strategy that Mark O’Mara appears to be using with his latest flurry of specious motions that have no chance of being granted. He is personalizing the battle hoping to evoke anger sufficient to overwhelm reason and provoke an emotional retaliation that introduces reversible error into the record. He also has an eye on the rate of financial contributions to the internet fund. He needs to keep making news to loosen the purse strings of the dwindling number of racists still willing to contribute money to the defendant’s losing cause.

        Why do I say losing?

Because he has, in effect, waived the immunity hearing without formally doing so on the record, and he is trying his case everywhere except a courtroom, which is the only place that it should be tried.

Hell, he is so desperate and scattered that he cannot even get it together to note up his specious motions for a hearing.

      • type1juve says:

        @SouthernGirl

That just made my day when I read that their motion had been denied. I’m sick of the defense trying to drag this case out and it irks me that the racist media gives the defense and Fogen’s family a platform to spew their bs.

      • ay2z says:

There’s always the possibility, given this week’s junior media idea that he’s a budding classical singer with a career on hold while he helps his family, that juniors attention to Piers Morgan is for his connections to the entertainment world, like America’s Got Talent.

Could junior be hoping for a spot on some newly inspired ‘Racists Have Talent Too’ show?

Seriously, will anyone who sees a classical performer singing ‘A Mes Amis’ be on the road to stardom without this ugly baggage he will be carrying with him for a long, long time?

      • Malisha says:

OH Ay2z, you got me: “Racists Have Talent”! I love it!

I can just see it now: Playlist, “Racists Have Talent”:

        1. The Thrill is Gone (now that lynching is illegal)
        2. Light my fire (so I can burn some Blacks)
        3. Please release me, let me go (All I did was kill a Black kid)
        4. Unforgettable (Some Black did something wrong once)
        5. There will never be another you (I hope)
        6. Hey Soul Sister (You’re a liar)
        7. What’s hate got to do with it (we’re just into self-defense)
        8. I’m dreaming of a white Christmas (except for the help)
        9. Cry me a river (you liberal media)
        10. Dixie

    • Xena says:

@Rachael. I don’t want to get sick. Yesterday, someone sent me the title of an article on Diwat’s blog; “Crump’s White Lawyer Responds.” They said he put a racial stereotyping, denigrating picture along with it. What kept me from getting sick is knowing that the federal investigation is ongoing. With GZ’s supporters and brother demonstrating racist bigotry, they are helping to put the needle in GZ’s arm.

    • Tzar says:

not clicking that site, even with your fingers
      lol
they (and the FBI) can keep their madness

    • looneydoone says:

      Rachael,
The very same group that O’Mara and West listen to for legal advice/direction & solicit donations from.

The very same website that papi z corresponds with, and pens letters of appreciation to, thanking them for their support

      These “decent ‘mericans” ??
      These “we aren’t racists ?
They make my blood boil !

      • Rachael says:

Well WTF is WRONG with these people??!!! Okay, so they don’t believe or admit they are a bunch of racist outhouse refuse, but don’t they know by now they are most likely being watched and that they, along with Jr., are not helping GZ to look like anything other than what he is – an angry racist killer? For people who are trying so hard to show just the opposite, they sure are messing it up.

  4. JUDGE NELSON’S ORDER DENYING DEFENSE MOTION FOR RECONSIDERATION OF ORDER DENYING DEPOSITION OF BENJAMIN CRUMP, ESQ.

  5. Breaking

    Via Natalie Jackson on Twitter

Judge Nelson just DENIED the Defense’s Motion for rehearing (to depose @attorneycrump). No hearing, no discussion, just denied.

    • Tzar says:

      Bwah aha ha hahah a

    • Rachael says:

Yep in capital letters (like you have above) DENIED!!!! Ha Ha!

    • type1juve says:

BOOM! Now put your racist spin on THAT Rene Stutzman!

      • I tweeted this to her.

DENIED in big captial letters! bwa ha ha ha ha! Where is your insulting snarky headline today @renestutzman?

      • Xena says:

Judge Nelson knew exactly how to handle that to prevent wrongful accusations like O’Mara did with Judge Lester. She didn’t give reasons– no Memorandum Opinion necessary — nothing needed to be argued beyond the pleadings. DENIED. ’nuff said.

    • ay2z says:

      Thanks, SouthernGirl.

Glittering balloon popped by the good Judge. She wasn’t wasting anything on an fourth repeated same explanation. Blackwell said it so well in the first page and a half of his last response.

Have to quote Prof here for a second, it’s from the ‘glittering balloon’ article. He warned us.

… Mark O’Mara and Don West know this and …they have repackaged their war against Dee Dee as unethical prosecutorial misconduct.

When Judge Nelson inevitably denies the defense motion, can we expect the defense to follow-up with a motion to recuse herself from the case?

(someone with really really obnoxious racist tendencies, is going to blame Natalie Jackson and her Tweet for this one too. Isn’t that what racism or other focussed human rights bias is about afterall, someone to blame for all their problems?)

    • Malisha says:

      Not wasting time.
      Judicial economy.
      Good on her.

  6. rnewton32 says:

I wonder what type of Peruvian is he claiming to be now, since the “Afro” (Black) Peruvians are too risky right now. So sad, he seemed to be sooooo proud to be Afro-Peruvian. I’m sure if we all look back at his prior applications, he would check “other” and write in Afro-Peruvian, not “white.”

  7. jo says:

what still shits me is these people now know that Trayvon Martin was a completely innocent person walking home from the shops. Have a bit of remorse ffs. Sticking ones finger up for a photo does not mean one deserves to die.

Jnr. needs to remember who fucking died here. Perhaps putting it into context might help. Doesn’t matter if Trayvon gave the finger, who hasn’t? What would happen if the Martins did the media round about GZ’s behaviour with his cousin, racist rants about mexicans, on date sites while he was with his wife? How about some explanations of his obvious lies. Waaah the liberal media killed trayvon, Waaaaah the liberal media published a photo of the dead kid without trolling through his facebook page to find the only one where he is flipping the bird, Waaaaah the liberal media refuse to pay GZ’s bills and accomodation for an interview and Waaaaah …the liberal media don’t think Trayvon is a thug because he’s black.

Jnr doesn’t give a shit about his brother, he has his own agenda and he just shot himself in the foot and his brother in the ass.Of course the conservative nuthouse blame omara. Not Jnr. As long as he is expelling hot air out of his ass and backing gz he will remain a hero to those who cry about being called racist only to jump up in arms every single time a black person commits a crime….oh but don’t call us racist….just like jnr. isn’t.

    fuck fuck fuck

so many dumb people own guns, no wonder innocent kids get shot.

    • Rachael says:

“what still shits me is” Jr. compares Trayvon to two young men who allegedly killed a baby when Trayvon was the one who was killed, it was his brother George who had the guy, George admitted he killed Trayvon. Why compare Trayvon to an alleged “baby killer” when George is the one who was the “baby killer?”

Oh yeah. I forgot. It has nothing to do with that. It is all about racism against black youth.

    • Xena says:

The photo of Trayvon flipping the bird looks photoshopped. The arms are too long and the hands too large.

  8. ladystclaire says:

These racist imbeciles know Fogen is guilty as sin, but they are only supporting him because of his victims skin color. It’s really sad to see how some can support one who has killed a child, only because of his race. People such as these, will not amount to anything.

  9. Kim says:

I’m new to this Blog and just stumbled upon it. I want to tell you, that I love everyone of you, guys!! I wish the world consistently reflected all of your hearts, intentions and justice! Great minds live in this Blog!

  10. ay2z says:

Meanwhile back at the Z compound kitchen table, away from CNN studios, the other half of the racist equation, is STILL trying to figure this one out.

    • truthseeker66 says:

      Weird!

    • There is a part of me(like 1%) that believes GZ wishes this never happened. That he is filled with regret and he thinks it will go away if he’s found not guilty. But that 1% wishes he was totally honest about everything that happened and would confess before God and Sybrina. She was ready to forgive early on but they insisted on condemning and villifying her son in an effort to get away with cold blooded murder.

      But…

That encounter wasn’t an accident, nor was it an accident waiting to happen. This guy pulled out his gun on his own neighbor and shot him. Now we’re all being played like we’re stupid. Like common sense left us and the excuses you’ve put in place is total fact even though they don’t match the facts.

You say TM was beating you, but his hands don’t have offensive or defensive wounds nor were there any DNA evidence to support your claims but we’re supposed to dismiss those facts. You say you were screaming for help, but experts tell us something that our own ears already know, that wasn’t you. GZ, if this message can get to you and Mark O’Mara, just stop what you are doing and clear your mind, listen to the NEN and the 911 tapes and just simply tell me why do you think we’re dumb enough to believe this bullstuff?

      • Malisha says:

They think we’re dumb enough to believe this bullshit for the following top ten reasons:

        10. They think we will be embarrassed to say otherwise because then they will call us racists;

        9. They think we will be worried that perhaps we “jumped to conclusions before all the evidence was in” if we don’t believe their bullshit;

        8. They think we will be thought of as gullible and easily fooled, like President Obama (according to Gladys Zimmerman) if we don’t believe their bullshit;

        7. They think we’re worried that Fogen will be acquitted and then the whole South will rise up and say, “See, all those people who were misled by the liberal media were WROOOOOOOOOOOONG!” and we’ll just be humiliated;

        6. They think that their facial expressions of mock sincerity are enough to make us totally abandon common sense and logic and attention to detail;

        5. They think that getting some co-idiots to tell us that they are not racist, have “Black friends,” some miscellaneous Afro-Peruvian alleged ancestor (never checked for his DNA did we?) or even are “complete non-racists,” will convince us that everything we see, hear and understand is wrong;

        4. They think that people like Jeralyn Merritt and Alan Dershowitz are so prestigious that none of the rest of us have any confidence in our own intelligence;

        3. They think throwing a bunch of meaningless blah-blah-blah around on TV makes them celebrities and then we are not allowed to disagree with anything they said;

        2. They think that Fogen’s ability to make his co-worker, whom he bullied and insulted, “almost believe him” is a family trait and that any one of the Zimmermans, when they say something that is inherently unbelievable and non-credible, automatically has absolute authority as a “decent American”; and

THE NUMBER ONE REASON WHY THEY THINK WE ARE GOING TO BELIEVE THEIR BULLSHIT:

        1. The Sanford Police Department, led by Billy Lee, and the Seminole County Prosecutor, led by dishonest and corrupt Norman Wolfinger, pretended to believe that bullshit when they were arranging the cover-up of a murder; and they imagine that we hold Lee and Wolfinger and THEIR ILK as our role models and therefore we wouldn’t ever disagree with them.

“And he had one hand on my mouth and one hand on my nose and he was trying to smother me–”

No rational person with an I.Q. in the double digits could believe their outrageous bullshit.

      • Tzar says:

This guy pulled out his gun on his own neighbor and shot him.

        correction: on his “neighbor’s kid”
this is the gist of it all
and he had been getting aggressive with his neighbor’s children fir a while.
I suspect George knew Trayvon was visiting and knew that this fact gave him some wiggle room to harass this kid with impunity. Remember George says he knew everyone in the neighborhood yet he found himself comfortable at odds or harassing these people he KNEW, imagine his perspective on a kid he knows is just visiting. He’d call the police on people he knew lived there, imagine his haste to dial NEN on someone he knew was just visiting. This guy is a nut job, I suspect that when his medical records are featured during the trial, we may get to confirm just how much of a nut job.

      • truthseeker66 says:

I think he wishes his dad could have made it all go away, like he has done in the past. He is sorry that he a pariah and soon to b a convicted child killer.

      • Rachael says:

Didn’t his daddy try? He had a meeting with someone, can’t remember who, and at the end they asked if there was anything more they could do for him and he said (wink wink) not unless you can make this all go away.

      • looneydoone says:

        Rachael,
Papi z waltzed into the State Atty’s office on 19 March. Wanted to know how the investigation was proceeding. That’s when he made the “make it go away” remark
page 68 of 284 discovery dump

*Wolfinger stepped aside on 22 March (3 days later) citing an unspecified “conflict of interest”
*Billy Lee out the same day ??

      • ay2z says:

yeah, but then he comes up with this side smile-smirk, that can be a sign of ‘duping delight’, getting away with something. Hannity interview showed that well.

        • Lonnie Starr says:

My take is that he isn’t capable of remorse. He’s simply in denial and doesn’t believe he’s actually facing a life sentence. It’s incredibly easy to delude yourself if you get enough practice. GZ has told many many lies, but most are too small and/or inconsequential for anyone to put in the effort to call him out on it. Thus, he gets to delude himself that he’s smarter than other people and able to manipulate them.

His trouble is, he never looks around himself at the bigger picture. If he did that, he’d quickly understand that something is very, very wrong, with the idea that he’s fooling anyone. Since his station never seems to improve, while others keep getting ahead. That should have told him something, but it doesn’t, because he never looks. Ignorance is bliss as they say.

    • What the actual fuck is he trying to do?

      • Rachael says:

        Origami?

      • Rachael says:

LOL – yes, it was some but like you ask, what the actual fuck is he trying to do anyway? It was a blank (as far as I could tell) sheet of paper and he didn’t do anything to it but it seemed to puzzle him. The looping is wonderful though I think LOL

      • Two sides to a story says:

I think he wanted a double fold to make the paper letter/ enveloped sized but couldn’t quite figure it out.

      • Trained Observer says:

You gotta know when to hold ’em, and know when to fold ’em. Fogen know neither. Wonder if he wears clip-on ties …

      • Malisha says:

He is actually IMHO trying to fold the paper in the perfect way, OCD-style. He wants the paper to be folded just right because then everything is done right and he is all right and he will not be accused any more because he was right and everyone against him is wrong. You can’t even decipher this shit unless you’ve seen it in action. He’s not “a complete non-racist,” he’s a complete mess.

      • ay2z says:

Besides Papa’s creative looping… neat fold obsessions?

  11. ay2z says:

Just thought, there was a recent thread to keep the rzjr media tour and twitter tirades in their own compartment.

    http://frederickleatherman.com/2013/03/26/robert-zimmerman-proves-he-is-a-racist/

It was a fun Easter dance in here all day, then junior took over the fun with his racism. I got caught in it too, sorry I did. We need a party and pure fun, people were actually dancing along to the hop!

  12. ay2z says:

Qyestion, was this rant aimed at the MSNBC so called right wing media to goad NBC or it’s staff, into reacting to the accusations in the midst of this racist extreme tweet hype?

Was this as much for the NBCcivil suit as anything else?

And if NBC did not comment, does this mean that the Zimmerman’s have effectively silenced their critics in the national media?

What of freedom of the press? Are the Z’s really that powerful?

  13. jo says:

    Jr is on cnn tonight

    • Trained Observer says:

      Thanks for link …

Has RZ Jr. been dipping into the Grecian Formula? Tresses seem longer and darker.

Maybe the junior-grade fool is grooming himself for the bright “industry” future so regrettably alluded to by Jon Stewart.

When RZ Jr. makes remarks like “… pictures you see generally when I’m on your show …” , he leaves an impression that he actually thinks he’ll have shelf-life as a go-to frequent guest long after Fogen is locked up. When doing his financial plannin, he better not count on that.

    • Rachael says:

Thanks. I almost wish I hadn’t watched it. He makes me sick.

      • ay2z says:

me too, not going there again, even to clarify a comment thought.

      • Rachael says:

I’m having chest pain and nsusea. I have to go lie down. Jr just made me more upset than I have been in a long time, maybe ever. He’s just damned lucky it wasn’t me he was sitting across from.

      • ay2z says:

Rachel, before you head off, an antidote, or would that be an anti’dope’….

        Give ihis another whirl 😉

    • Trained Observer says:

Whoops … my error, … it was Bill Maher, not Jon Stewart who treated RZ Jr. so kindly on his show … even though previously he had stood up for TM by calling Fogen a fat fucking liar, or maybe a fucking fat liar.

The same can be applied to RZ Jr, with the exception of obesity, at least for now.

  14. tonydphotog says:

I kinda think that Piers Morgan pissed off Junior. He He!

    • rnewton32 says:

Finally, a decent interview of this POS! Jr. makes me ill. He thinks if he can throw around enough SAT words, it will sound as if he knows what he is talking about. He contradicted himself so much in this interview. PIers sure did piss him off. Did you see the redness and tearing in his eyes. That was great. I pray he will be questioned just as hard if he testifies. There is no doubt in my mind the Fogen would react the same way. That family is not wired right. Looks like Piers has grown some kahunas!

      • truthseeker66 says:

        Contradicted himself ? Ya thinks?

      • abbyj says:

You called it, rnewton. Jr. really thought he had his chops down, that little POS. He thought he could take on Piers and seize the interview. Much to Jr.’s dismay, Piers kept coming back to the actual text of what Jr. had written and would not let him off the hook. Jr. did contradict himself over and over, trying to isolate single words and phrases, e.g., “the liberal media” in an attempt to extricate himself. Didn’t work. Dug himself in deeper. Jr. did look shook up at the end when he tried to get aggressive with Piers, but that was a fail, too. Piers stepped up tonight like I’ve never seen him. Kahunas!

      • Two sides to a story says:

        Two words. Dunning-Kruger.

      • vickie s. votaw says:

Piers can’t grow kahunas, he work for CNN, they deserve each other, unfortunately.

    • Mike says:

Piers had his number, glad he hammered him on the “blacks might be risky” tweet and how it doesn’t help his brothers case. He left Jr dumbfounded.

      • Rachael says:

I was working and I don’t have cable anyway (I assume it is on cable – I don’t watch much television). Do you think it will be on YouTube or something? I want to see it!!!!!

      • truthseeker66 says:

Jr is a POS. He is a sociopathic liar. He wrote what he meant. If the zidiot kkklan would just admit to b racist asswipes they could all b millionaires by rallying their base.

      • Malisha says:

If Blacks might be risky because some other unknown (to Trayvon Martin and to Fogen too) Black killed a white baby, then how risky might whites be since Fogen killed a Black teen? I think right about now we all should admit that Junior is among the riskiest of whites. Look out for him, folks, he’s very risky! And remember: If you’re scared of him, Stand Your Ground!

      • Two sides to a story says:

Piers took the wind out of the defense’s sails – even the defense had to separate themselves from Jr. I’d say again that Piers did a great public service and to the Martin family.

        • Xena says:

Did you see O’Mara’s interview this morning on CNN? He talks about how Black males are treated by the system. That does not apply to Trayvon. GZ killed Trayvon. So it seems that O’Mara projects that GZ represents the system that wrongfully profiled Trayvon and violated his rights.

Essentially, O’Mara and Junior are neither qualified to discuss anything about race relations. They have taken a position of talking AT Blacks, rather than listening to Blacks.

      • Jun says:

FFS, another, we are not racist tour

        LMAO

God this douchebag is an idiot and Piers is an even bigger idiot for having that idiot on his show

      • ay2z says:

Jun, agreed. Piers, no matter if he won or not, he hosted this racist garbage for ratings.

Winning an argument with this stupid stupid man, is no achievement and only served to give him and his excuses audience.

      • ladystclaire says:

@Jun, I can sure tell you this, the attorney for the family of Jordan Davis is none to pleased with Piers Morgan. Piers will not give the parents of Jordan any air time on his show but, he has had this *IMBECILE* Jr on several times. the man has got a point but, maybe after tonight Jr will not want to be on the show any more. I think these people should refrain from giving him any air time to spew his racist BS.

      • ay2z says:

CNN’s Piers Morgan blog headline tonight:

        11:09 PM ET

Robert Zimmerman Jr. on his recent controversial tweeting: “I apologize for it and I’m sincere about that”

Sincere but didn’t stop at that and back off arguing about it still.

      • Rachael says:

Yeah you MF – who was the one with a gun? YOUR BROTHER!!!!! ASSHATT

        Hoodies and middle fingers up!

        Justice for Trayvon!

      • Rachael says:

Did he just say “if I were an attorney?” I thought he supposedly was one.

      • Rachael says:

        OMG. I am totally disgusted.

      • Two sides to a story says:

@Jun ” . . . and Piers is an even bigger idiot for having that idiot on his show”

I think Piers is doing a great public service by calling out the “real Zimmermans” on his show. He did a magnificent job tonight.

      • Malisha says:

Rachael, JUnior is not an attorney. I checked the Bar Associations all around the country and the databases of attorney admissions etc. etc. etc. ad nauseam back at the beginning of his tour of blah-blah-blah and he is not an attorney anywhere in this country. Perhaps in a country that he made up in his fantasy (like Fogen is a cop in a country HE made up in his fantasy) he is not only an attorney but THE top justice of the Supreme Court AND an expert on how we should speak about racism.

Notice that we shouldn’t come to conclusions from 140-digit tweets? Well who the schmuck was TWEETING? I thought it was HIM!

      • Tzar says:

        @jun

Piers is an even bigger idiot for having that idiot on his show

        completely agree

  21. Erica says:

add Piharrh or Patrica whatever u call yourself now include urself: Are you serious…….. heartless? I asked a simply and logical question and now Im a troll. I have always supported Trayvon. You are non objective people. Your emotions have caught you and given you a black eye. I support Trayvon. It is despicable to be called a troll by this unbiased site, that supports Trayvon but in a non biased matter and to be a child by a not so trained observer. I’m not a troll nor am I a child to you three idiots. You don’t know me at all. I’m a realist. I have to prove nothing to you 2 fools. I suspect my comments after this will be moderated but F@@K TRAINED OBSERVER, LADY NOT A ST. Claire Rachael and all you others who have called me a name because I asked a question you may as well be a Zimbot because they don’t use common sense just as you have not so you are a Traybot. It will not be a non-issue to the jury if the defense brings it up. They will at least think about it…just as I have done and I have read all the professors articles but the jury wont read them. I’m a Trayvon Martin supporter not a Traybot! Its ok to disagree but to disagree and disparge one for a question? I guess but to be called a name…no not ok! If someone calls you a name or try to detain you…you fight back!

But lets us continue to find Justice for Trayvon and not be a Traybot for Trayvon. Trayvon deserves Justice not loyality!

    • bettykath says:

Erica, I don’t know where this comes from, but I don’t see any accusations about you being a troll. Let it go.

    • ay2z says:

My apologies if my comment was ‘off colour’.

    • “I suspect my comments after this will be moderated”

I am only sitting in for a short while because Fred is on an errand. I agreed to watch the blog, but I cannot moderate. Could this be a simple misunderstanding? I am not seeing the problem, in the few posts I have scrolled through.

      • gbrbsb says:

It was several posts back (they’ve gone so quick the last few days I can’t remember which). It was the day we heard DD lied and Erica asked if BDLR would be in trouble because of this and a few posters started on her as if she was a troll, and one I would never have expected it of, unless I mixed them up, went very ugly with toileting insults, etc.

      • ay2z says:

gbrbsb, thanks, that wasn’t the thread I commented on, it was on the ‘true colors’ thread. (that’s why I said hoped my comment wasn’t ‘off colour’, play on words, but not literally)

      • gbrbsb says:

        @ay2z
Ay2z, I wasn’t alluding to any comment you made as I don’t recall ever seeing one from you that I considered “off colour” less still “ugly” and I try to read most of yours. In any case, after reading down thread, 4 or 5 comments below I realised exactly who the what I call “toileting” commentator was as they posted an almost identical retort to Erica on this thread. Of course I realise everyone has a right to I suppose to say everything and anything, but I personally see comments as these as personal attacks and unmerited on a blog where we are all looking for the same.

    • parrot says:

      Erica:

“I have read all the professors articles but the jury wont read them.”

The jury won’t have to read them. They will have the benefit of something much more powerful: seeing and hearing the testimony of this wounded girl.

BDLR will preempt the defense’s attack on her credibility.

The Professor laid out the script for her direct examination in “Trayvon Martin: The prosecution is not crumbling” and wrote:

“Any experienced prosecutor, and BDLR is experienced, would elect to reveal her lie in the least damaging manner possible rather than allow the defense to bring it out on cross in the most damaging manner possible.”

Let’s have some faith that BDLR’s direct examination is as skilled as the professor’s.

    • Rachael says:

Erica, please show me where I called you a name? I did NO such thing. You asked a question, I answered it saying that DeeDee’s “lie” (as you stated) was in fact NOT a problem for the prosecution because what she (as you stated) “lied” about had nothing to do with what happened that night.

You are correct that a jury may think about it and that is always good for us to think about, but I did not call you a name. I only told you why what she said about not going to the funeral or going to the hospital or whatever it was did not matter as it was not material to the case – that regardless of what she may or may not have done as far as going or not going, had no effect on whether or not GZ shot Trayvon.

Show me where I called you a name.

      • Trained Observer says:

Nor did I, Erica. But I would ask you this: Can you spell disingenuous???

As in oh, golly, gee, to quote you, “Is BDLR in trouble?”

So once again, get yourself to the potty before your nap and don’t forget to wipe. Then attend to your nose, but not with the same tissue.

And don’t presume to lecture anyone on the professor’s blog with inane comments about, again to quote you, “loyality.” .

    • Erica says:

Rachael my apologizes, you are not to be included and never called me a name. But this “trained observer” really pissed me off. He/she is an arrogant being who probably has few friends. This trained observer joker seems to think they know everything and they are probably friendless. The “TRAINED OBSERVER” is a cyberbully who will not bully me. This is how it went:

Me: Will she be impeached? I can’t figure out why she would lie about going to the hospital and what did she really do? This lie seems to be favorable to the defense so is BDLR in trouble?

PiranhaMom: You heartless _________. “Erica,” what is your heart made of? Lead?
“Erica,” what is your brain made of?
      Styrofoam?

Trained Observer: But I suspect you are staying up way past curfew. Be sure to wash your mouth out with soap and go to the potty before you really get in trouble with mommy

Trained Observer with all your education, you lack common sense. You are not a ” people person” but your position in society and your work place puts you in a position where you have some minor authority. You are probably a lonely soul. Get off your high horse and be kinder to people. You may get some friends. I am not a child! and its never ok to speak to me as one.

PiranhaMom, no Im not heartless just objective and logical. No my brain is not made of “styrofoam? because I asked a fair and logical question. You are a non objection person and you comments should be seen that way,

Jun, LonnieStar, Prof, Xena, Malisha, LLMPAPA, you are all good people and all of your comments has made this site very informative. Thank you all!

Now lets get back to justice for Trayvon!

      • Xena says:

@Erica, I want to say this very carefully, not defending anyone neither intending to offend. This blog is very active and it can be difficult keeping up with article posts, reading them fully. This is not to sound condescending, but many if not most of us know rules for impeachment of witnesses. You could have answered your own questions had you become informed by reading first. In the alternative, you could have worded your question differently such as asking about rules for impeachment.

Because of your questions, they were or could be construed as intending to inflame. It’s like the Zidiot argument that asks, “Is there a law you can’t get out of your vehicle?” It avoids the basic premise of many laws which is intent; motivation.

I do hope that I’m being clear and that all hard feelings can be put aside. There is a trial coming up. Don’t let the Zidiots behind the curtain distract you with the ugliness they portray while blowing smoke.

      • bettykath says:

Erica, My apologies for my earlier remark. You asked a simple question that should have gotten an immediate and reasonable response. The kinds of responses you got suggest that those who did respond knew the answer but were more interested in not answering your question. Instead, they suggested, not that you just didn’t know, but that you were too stupid to know or that you were trolling. Yes, you were called a troll and I don’t see any justification for it. I’ve also been called a troll for asking questions that didn’t fit with the “party” line. I no longer come here on a regular basis because of some of the bs and bullying. That’s why I missed the abuse you had to take. Guess it’s back to just reading the professor’s posts which I get by email. If those who went after you are offended by remarks, well, that’s just too bad. They were the ones misbehaving.

      • kllypyn says:

WHETHER SHE LIED OR NOT IS IRRELEVANT THE ONLY THING RELEVANT IS WHAT HAPPENED A FEW DAYS BEFORE. SHE NEVER STATED SPECIFICALLY THAT SHE WENT TO A HOSPITAL.SHE WAS ASKED IF SHE WENT TO A HOSPITAL OR SOMEWHERE SHE SIMPLY SAID YEAH.SHE WASN’T SPECIFIC I THINK IT’S A NON ISSUE.GOING TO TRAYVON’S WAKE OR NOT HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH WHY HE WAS KILLED. I’M STARTING TO GET IRRITATED ABOUT THIS WHOLE LINE OF DEBATE.

    • Jun says:

      Erica

      1) We do not know all the details yet because everything came out the mouth of the defense, who have shown time and time again, they twist everything to fit their biased agenda. Nothing the defense has shown is objective.

      2) You can’t blame other people for the actions of others. Fogen lied numerous times to police and the court. Can we hold Omara accountable for Fogen’s actions? No. Omara can only be held accountable for things he does. Of course Bernie can’t be held accountable, if Deedee did indeed lie (its an allegation IMO)

      3) According to what we have seen thus far, the defense seeked information on w8. The state and the court repeatedly told them to go straight to the source for the information they seek. The state and the court can not represent another’s statements, nor can anyone else, as that is hearsay. The defense refusing to investigate and find out information themselves straight from the source, is no one’s fault but the defense’s.

Here is an anology… if you ask for information about a pdf file, and I tell you it is in your email, which is dated and timed, and then you refuse to check it for 6 months to get the pdf, can you blame me for not giving you the information you wanted? Of course you cant, because you had every opportunity to get the pdf file, so, why should I be held responsible because you refused to go get the information readily available to you, in your email? (hypothetical btw)

Their argument is damn stupid and will not win over any reasonable objective people. The defense have had since April 11, 2012 to depose w8 and find out the information they seeked. The state and court replied numerous times to their requests for w8 information, to ask w8 themselves. Not really difficult. The state is not the messengers. Why should anyone else take the blame because the defense are too damn lazy to go to the source of the information

      4) The w8 allegations are circumstantial character evidence, and at most a singular instance of misconduct. I do not feel allegedly lying, to try to spare the feelings of a victim’s mother misconduct. I am sure people will understand and even if they question her credibility, her testimony is supported by forensics and witness evidence. Its a game of chess, not checkers. It is the totality of the picture. IMO, her credibility is bolstered because she is being human and her testimony is supported.

      5) It does not take away the defendant’s crookeds and lies

I think she will do well.

      • Malisha says:

If you investigate all the witnesses under a microscope, you will find a lie somewhere in every one and NO WITNESSES’ testimony will be worth anything — so we’ll have to go on the physical and forensic evidence alone (which is what Serino did, before he ever heard DeeDee’s “witness name”) and say GUILTY MURDER-2.

Well, LLMPapa, now we know that your taste in bourbon is as impeccable as your social conscience and videoing skills. Cheers from a great admirer. You’ve been an inspiration.

    • abbyj says:

Did anyone else happen to catch RbtJr. lying through his teeth again tonight on PiersMorgan? There he was, verbally running over every comment Morgan attempted to make, lying his ass off. Morgan took him on pretty seriously, glad to say, but RbtJr. is getting slicker and slicker at shouting down any opposing comments. He thinks he’s going to be The Next Big Thing on air. Never gonna happen. He was trying to apologize for his hideous analogy about black males while simultaneously attempting to justify every word he said.

      • Xena says:

Trent Sawyer to the rescue. I’m watching it now.

      • Wow did he ever get owned by Piers Morgan. What a fool. What a pathetic, racist fool.

      • Xena says:

Each time Junior thugifies Trayvon Martin, he impugns GZ’s credibility. When GZ killed Trayvon, he knew nothing about him other than his physical appearance.

Junior’s mantras and rants add to one thing — he thinks that Trayvon deserved to be killed because he wasn’t living White, in whatever manner Junior wants to define it.

      • He did not come off slick at all. So today it’s the ‘librul’ media’s fault that his brother faces a murder 2 charge? Give me an effing break. I am not criticizing you at all, abbyj. The only way he could have cut slick would be if he said, “What I did was indefensible and I shouldn’t have done it. I regret it, I removed it, and I beg everyone to accept my deepest apology. This will never happen again.”

That didn’t happen. He tried to use air time to blame other people for his disgusting, unacceptable behavior in the social media.

        I saw a #FAIL.

This man has so far only achieved one thing: adding more drama and complication to the brother’s legal case. He should not be the spokesperson for this family.

      • abbyj says:

Thank you, Xena! It’s great that you posted the video of that fool for all to see. What a contentious little booger he is, so full of himself. I never got so angry as when he stated vehemently, with every reference to Trayvon Martin, “The one who tried to murder my brother!”

Crane, what I meant by “slick,” was that he has been practicing the obnoxious art of “talking over” his interviewer so that HIS opinion is the only one heard. Pointing his finger accusingly at Morgan. What I wanted to express is that RbtJr shows that he has been practicing aggressive techniques for dominating and seizing an interview. He came across terribly. Credit to Morgan for staying on him. YES! Jr. was a FAIL! Agreed.

      • Two sides to a story says:

Woo-hoo! Excellent job, Piers! Jr. seemed to be shimmying just as Trent said, both apologizing and simultaneously trying to support what he tweeted. :[

      • Jun says:

IMO Fogen Jr came off as a hypocrite

      • leander22 says:

So today it’s the ‘librul’ media’s fault that his brother faces a murder 2 charge? Give me an effing break.

Exactly, so he tries to slip out of racism while using another collective stereotype. How very interesting.
