Robert Zimmerman proves he is a racist

Here’s LLMPapa with another excellent post.

I was going to comment on RZ, Jr., but I cannot match Papa.

Let ‘er roll.

  1. Lonnie Starr says:

I just came across this post here:

This talk of communications that night reminded me of something. As far as we know, it was picture-taking cellphone Jon (witness 13?) who called Shellie that night right? Now I know Osterman doesn’t have the most reliable facts, but in his book, the following was what Shellie told him when she first called him after the shooting: “A neighbor called to let me know that George was involved in a shooting, but she said that George is okay. He is sitting in the back of a police car, but she could see George and it looks like he is okay.”

It’s possible that he mixed up the gender, but it sounds like some other female witness who was close enough called Shellie.

None of the witnesses that we know of admitted to knowing the Zimmermans or knowing them that well. So who would have known GZ and known Shellie well enough to have HER cell phone number (because she was supposedly at her dad’s house and not at home when it happened, excluding the possibility that someone could have just reached her by calling the number on the neighborhood watch flyer).

    To which I replied:

“It sounds to me like Shelly and Osterman are right there in the crime scene. You see, at the time GZ says “Call my wife”, he wasn’t in the squad car as yet. Nor is he in the squad car when he cuts off the talker with “Just tell her I shot someone else”. Thus this initial contact would have ended long before GZ was put in the back of the squad car.

Yet, here’s Osterman relating to Shelly telling him something that the initial caller would not yet have seen??? Since the initial caller’s call is to early, for him to tell Shelly about GZ sitting in the police car,, Shelly has to be there to observe this herself. Obviously if Shelly is there to observe GZ being put in the squad car, then Osterman could not have “drafted” in behind her, when she came in through the back gate.

Anyone with a copy of Osterman’s book needs to take a closer look to see if they can tease some sort of a timeline for these events.”

“Anyone with a copy of Osterman’s book needs to take a closer look to see if they can tease some sort of a timeline for these events.”

Perhaps one should leave room in that timeline for

“Osterman realizes there may be some money to be made writing a book about the case”

As for whether there should be an entry that says “While writing book Osterman refers back to copious notes he took that very night to be sure he had an accurate record of exactly what happened that night exactly where and exactly when and in exactly what order”, I leave that as an exercise for the reader, as they say.

of course there are details he may be confused with, but a phone call where you first find out your best bud just shot someone and the only info given is that he’s ok and sitting in the back of a police car is not something you forget. So i totally get what lonnie is saying because as i was reading it i thought to myself shit, they must have been close by if he was already in the back of the car.

        • Lonnie Starr says:

Yep, so here’s how the story tends to line up:

          1. GZ tells John to call his wife, while he’s standing in the scene.
          2. John makes the call and starts talking up a storm.
          3. GZ get’s impatient [as he would if he needs to get this cover up work done quickly] “Just tell her I shot someone!”
          4. John cuts his long story short and tells her GZ shot someone.
          5. Presumably John then hangs up, while GZ is still standing there at the scene and will be standing there for at least a few minutes more.
          6. Now Shelly, who is supposedly not at the scene, cannot have been told that GZ is in the back of a police car, because he hasn’t been put there yet. But, she’s now calling MO and telling him that GZ is alright and he’s in the back of the police car. At least this is MO’s story.

This puts Shelly there at the scene, because there is no other way that she would know, that GZ hasn’t been put in an ambulance, or at least taken to the fire rescue vehicle for clean up there. That information won’t be available until some time after John gets off the phone.

This, in turn would mean that Shelly is already on the scene, then Osterman has to be there too, because Shelly did not arrive at the back gate, and so Osterman could not have “drafted” in behind her when she entered her code. Osterman is telling us that the early phone call contained information that would not be available until later.

Work it the other way and; if Shelly gets the call while GZ is already sitting in the squad car, there really isn’t much time for her to travel to the scene, because GZ is only in this position for 10 minutes or less. Remember these are long distances and the roads would be blocked by emergency vehicles and police cars, so, after they parked, they’d still have quite a few minutes to walk, as well as quite a few places to look to find which vehicle GZ was placed in.

Thus, if Shelly received the call while GZ was already in the squad car, she still has to call MO, and talk with him, before she could even begin making her way to RATL. So if it she gets the call perhaps a minute or two after GZ is already in the squad car. Then spends another minute or two calling MO, then 3 to 4 minutes travel to RATL. Then another 3 to 4 minutes walking around trying to locate GZ, that’s almost 15 minutes after GZ’s been placed in the squad car. Is there really that much time available?

Before you get too excited, go to the dailybeast site and read the article by Winston Ross and note that where Ross says

But there are more important questions than that, O’Mara said, and they’re not asked or answered by his client’s case, which he insisted is about what happened after Zimmerman first approached Martin, not before it.

and notice that he uses no quotation marks for that part, meaning that we do not yet know if those are O’Mara’s exact words or Ross’s paraphrasing of them.

    • Jun says:

Well, the fact is, Fogen first approached Trayvon at night time in his car, and then called the police on him and called him all sorts of names. Fogen began his approach and stalking then and there. Trayvon scared and curious as to who is stalking him in a car, tells his friend on the phone and looks over at Fogen. At night time to anyone, a stranger in a car stalking and watching you, would have you a bit paranoid, so like anyone else, Trayvon tried to avoid the situation and ran. Fogen saw Trayvon running and became agitated that Trayvon tried to run away from him while Fogen was stalking him (SHIT HE’s RUNNING). Fogen gets out of his car and begins chasing Trayvon down and calls Trayvon a “fucking coon/punk”. Fogen then admitted to police he was following Trayvon and the cops told him that it was not needed. This started by the clubhouse.

Well, that was when Fogen first approached Trayvon…

The second approach happened after he got off the phone with police and started catching up to Trayvon to which Trayvon kept trying to get away

The third approach is when he caught Trayvon and then confronted Trayvon, and attacked Trayvon

I hope I answered Omara’s question for him LMAO

  3. Malisha says:

    Two things about Robert-Junior’s Twit-Twat:

    1. The outrage in the media was not because a white man killed a Black kid and there should not be white-on-black crime; the outrage was because the police and prosecutor chose to cover-up the murder of a Black kid by a white guy who had connections to the police department and probably to the prosecutor’s office as well. So the analog is NOT a Black-on-white crime, the analog is a Black man who murders a white child and IS NOT ARRESTED OR CHARGED WITH A CRIME! Junior is not just racist; he’s dumb.

    2. Look at O’Mara’s comments:

O’Mara …insisted George Zimmerman’s trial is not the place for [a discussion about race]. “The guy’s a complete non-racist,” O’Mara said.

    * * *

O’Mara also acknowledged that Sanford police angered the community when officers tested Martin’s blood for drugs the night he was killed and not Zimmerman’s—“from the Martin family’s perspective, it was, ‘Here’s a cup of coffee, buddy, you just killed a black kid, don’t worry about it.’”

But there are more important questions than that, O’Mara said, and they’re not asked or answered by his client’s case, which he insisted is about what happened after Zimmerman first approached Martin, not before it.

What I take away from this is two very significant things. The first is just hilarious. O’Mara calls Fogen “a complete non-racist.” What, pray tell, IS a “complete non-racist”? What, for that matter, is a “non-racist”? How does it get complete? What, since we’re on the subject, would be an “incomplete non-racist”? Semantic much?

The other thing: It’s, according to O’Mara, about what happened “after Zimmerman first approached Martin, not before it.”

Repeat: after Zimmerman first approached Martin

    Repeat: Zimmerman first approached Martin

Repeat in pertinent part: Zimmerman … approached Martin

    HEY O’MARA: UH-the-F-OH!

    • PYorck says:

They quietly dropped the ambush narrative some time ago, but I don’t think they have ever acknowledged it. Very interesting.

I wonder if there is anything hard-and-fast (and not just general ridiculousness) that forced them to make that change.

    • Jun says:

using forensics, its obvious that Fogen did all the attacking, because there is no dna transfer whatsoever on Trayvon’s hands, sleeves, and cuffs…

its fairly safe to say, Fogen instigated the altercation also began the actual attacking

It’s already fishy with Fogen’s staged injuries and all

  8. George Zimmerman Lawyer Calls Brother’s Racist Tirade ‘Inappropriate’

    http://www.thedailybeast.com/articles/2013/03/27/george-zimmerman-lawyer-calls-brother-s-racist-tirade-inappropriate.html

A stream of racist tweets comparing Trayvon Martin to alleged baby killer De’Marquise Elkins? Robert Zimmerman Jr. is doing his brother no favors, George’s lawyer tells Winston Ross.

If there’s one takeaway from the racist tirade Robert Zimmerman Jr. launched on Twitter over the past few days, it’s this: he and his younger brother are not sharing the same public-relations playbook.

The elder Zimmerman kicked things off by tweeting an “uncanny” image of Trayvon Martin—the 17-year-old unarmed black teenager George Zimmerman shot and killed last year in Sanford, Fla.—next to a picture of another 17-year-old black teenager, De’Marquise Elkins, who stands accused of a horrific crime: shooting a 13-month-old baby in the face last week in Georgia.

Robert Zimmerman Jr.’s caption: “A picture speaks a thousand words. Any questions?”

Then came this tweet, for clarification: “Teen to West (the baby’s mother): ‘Do you want me to shoot your baby?’ #TrayvonMartin to #GeorgeZimmerman: You’re gonna die tonight Motherf**ker.”

The backlash that ensued was swift, and fierce. User @Tisha Starr tweeted: “@rzimmermanjr I just saw 20 pics of teens of all colors flipping the bird, I wondered which one of them will kill tonight!”

“C’mon,” Zimmerman tweeted back. “That’s not the point.”

So what is? In more tweets, Zimmerman walked from one position to the next, from “the way people choose 2publicly portray themselves (with middle fingers) speaks volumes about their character” to “Lib media shld ask if what these2 black teens did 2 a woman&baby is the reason ppl think blacks mightB risky” to the same media’s so-called hypocrisy in highlighting the race issue in the Martin case and supposedly ignoring it with Elkins.

After several requests, Zimmerman replied to an inquiry from The Daily Beast on Tuesday with a direct message: “It’s my birthday, will do the best I can 2 reach U… Thanx4 writing.” His followers had plenty to add. @GreatThee: “17 year old De Marquise Elkins shot a 2 year old baby in his carriage last week. Where is the liberal/black outrage?” And this, which Zimmerman retweeted, from @Talkmaster: “Trayvon Martin story exploded in media. White baby shot in face by black teenager—not so much. We all understand why.”

Zimmerman’s brother ‘has his own opinions about things. He does not represent the defense, and he does not represent George,’ O’Mara said. ‘It’s unfortunate.’

    • Rachael says:

“Zimmerman’s brother ‘has his own opinions about things. He does not represent the defense, and he does not represent George,’ O’Mara said. ‘It’s unfortunate.’”

But the grew up in the same racist household – the very same one which brother, father and mother have been insisting are NOT racist. So if this is their idea of not racist….

      • Rachael says:

I mean HE grew up in that “non-racist” (my ass) household. Not that there ever was a reason to believe he wasn’t racist, but when his whole family goes out of their way to prove THEY are while saying they aren’t, why shouldn’t I believe he is too – not that I ever doubted it.

      • @Rachel…check this out from a Zimmerman supporter… IF you can stomach it. Sheer ignorance on display!

The only people who think his tweets are racist are those who can’t accept the fact that there is a culture that consists largely of black youth and they are without empathy or morals. This culture has no problem committing heinous acts without provocation. It is interesting that the friends and family of those people who are caught always say that these poor children would never do anything like this.

      • looneydoone says:

    • ay2z says:

      Thanks, SouthernGirl.

‘Unfortunate’ is such a lame description for the rants, isn’t it. Almost as if he’s bordering on ‘no comment’.

  9. annahkonda says:

Junior has had a meltdown as evidenced by his continuous drunken rants. Has he no sense of shame, no sense of pride, no sense of decency?

    • Rachael says:

Either he is totally stupid or he really really hates his brother (it is my understanding that he and GZ were basically estranged for years – in fact, GZ was estranged pretty much from his entire family before this) and wants him to go to prison.

      Or both.

    • Well, he’s a drunk intellectually-challenged racist lout who, like his brother, cannot shut his mouth.

I don’t expect anything else from him.

I do expect the media to stop giving him a soapbox to continue to prove what a jerk he is.

      • ay2z says:

MOM might have to beg the media for that, doesn’t seem juniors got many smarts. He hasn’t figured yet that it was his brother who targeted Trayvon and continued to follow with a fully loaded gun.

      • Lonnie Starr says:

Today’s media houses are bordellos, nothing more, filled with a stable of audience chasing whores masquerading as reporters, pundits and analysts. When the story moves on, RZjr will have nothing to sell, the lights will go out on him so fast it will make his head swim. But, the vultures and con men will move in, with offers to restore his fame, while they pick over the bones of his fortune. He’ll probably turn up in a homeless shelter somewhere as an answer to a trivia question. I’ll take “What ever happened to GZ’s brother”, for 200 Alex.

        • I couldn’t agree with you more Lonnie….

I can’t think of any TRUE reporters the likes of Walter Cronkite anymore…….They’re all in it for money and ratings…..Just a bunch of talking heads…..

  10. jo says:

maybe i’m a bit slow….but does Jr. realise that his brother was the killer and not the other way around…the only side by side photo’s that would make sense would be those of the 2 child killers. Trayvon Martin killed no one,

and i guess GZ will now have to sue his brother for insinuating gz found trayvon suspicious because of his skin colour….

Jr is believing too much of the hot air the nra and fox news blow up his ass….

and i’m sick of the usual complaint “the media only show photo’s of young Trayvon”. TRAYVON WAS 17, THE ONLY PICTURES IN EXISTENCE ARE OF A YOUNG TRAYVON, HE DIDN’T GET THE CHANCE TO BECOME AN ADULT. The photo’s of him at 14 and at 17 are not much different. Why so much concern over looks anyway Jr…so what if Trayvon didn’t look so small on the night he was shot. His looks shouldn’t matter. He wasn’t doing anything wrong or suspicious, the only reason Jr is hung up on what Trayvon looked like is because that’s the only reason he was followed and shot. GZ found him suspicious because of the way he looked which is why the zimmermans are so preoccupied with which photo’s were released, not what he was doing, that’s racial fu*king profiling my friend.

    • Rachael says:

Thank you, thank you. Some relative of a friend I know did the same thing the other day – and that is exactly what I said – that it was GZ who had the gun and the only connect to that killer and Trayvon was that they were black and she was a f***ing racist.

    • texad says:

@Jo Good points. GZ, Jr., and that whole sorry bunch are nothing but parasites. Everything Jr. states about Trayvon and people who look like Trayvon applies to his sorry a**. And it bothers me that he continues to attempt to portray Trayvon as the incredible hulk. Trayvon was a teenager who had just turned 17 only two weeks before he was murdered. At that age they have growth spurts that occur very fast-weekly, it seems. Teenage boys get tall real fast-they are nothing but gangly legs. I understand the picture of Trayvon in the Hollister shirt that Jr. continues to be so upset about was actually taken only six months before he was murdered. The picture of Trayvon on the horse was taken 2 weeks before he was murdered and it shows he was tall, but not muscular at all.

And I agree with you, there are few “older” pictures of Trayvon because GZ did not allow him to get older. And he will pay a heavy, heavy price for that. Either in this life-or the hereafter.

    • ay2z says:

New theory by some idiot in support, thinks they have the weapon to save Tray’s hands, the iced tea.

      Pour it on!

haha now it’s the tea that beat george to a bloody pulp, they aren’t too bright are they? See even they don’t believe anything GZ says, because he never mentioned ever being hit with a weapon of not very much destruction. Judging by his injuries i’d say it was more likely the pack of skittles that did the damage.

        • Xena says:

Last year after the medical examiner’s report found no bruising or injuries on Trayvon’s knuckles, Zidiots said that Trayvon pulled his hoodie sleeves over his hands.

After the lab report was released that found none of GZ’s blood or DNA on Trayvon’s shirt sleeves, neither his fingernail clippings, Zidiots respond by regurgitating their thugification of Trayvon.

      • jo says:

ha that’s hilarious…why don’t they just claim that trayvon whipped out his burglary gloves from his burglary kit to do the job? lol

      Dave,
I’m seeing that phrase all too often lately, along with “molon labe” (“come and get it”), Peacekeepers, and various far right anti government groups.

They are using it to defiantly declare “no wannabe elitist, utopian pol attempting a socialist Sherman’s march through our national heritage is ever going to change that attitude in these millions of americans” (taken from the american thinker website article on molon labe)

I still believe “Si vis pacem, para bellum” carries the anti-government message of the “Sovereign Citizen” movement and not 9mm ammunition.

This confirms both the ex-girlfriend and cousin Christina’s (witness #9) saying the family is racist to the core. But most of us knew that before jr’s latest twit rant.

      • racerrodig says:

You got it….that “..we’re not racists because…” I mentored balack kids, Osterman is his only white friend (that must piss Taaffe off) we’re Afro – Peruvian, we’re Afro – Hispanic, I said so, my brother tweets this all the time, my mom said it on TV, my dad says it all the time, I lived in VA and we know there are NO RACISTS allowed there, and God only knows what other reasons they spewed, is really preposterous.

    • Countless times during the day, my mind wanders to just how STUPID this guy is. It is just unbelievable. Nobody in my life is this incredibly stupid. I take that as a good thing and I don’t want to sound arrogant but geez, I would just never let someone like that enter into my sphere of influence, regardless of the framing of the stupidity!

      • racerrodig says:

In my line of work I have customers, almost exclusively males, and the liars…..Oh man, the stories, but Fogen takes the cake.

Back in 85 i managed a speed shop with about 35 stores and 1 of the small store managers was a bold faced liar. One Sunday I won PRO ET at Cecil County Dragway and this lying store mgr. called in the morning for help with some issue. Trying to be nice I asked if he had gone racing anywhere that weekend and to my amusement he stated he won PRO ET at Cecil the previous day…..!!!!!

When I told him that about 1 PM that morning, my opponent was NOT his Camaro the phone went dead. Now I thought I’d seen it all with that one, but Fogen and Co. are far worse.

One thing I was taught early in life is that when you lie, it will catch up, no matter what, don’t make stuff up. You have to make up new stuff to cover the old stuff and then there is conflict with the middle stuff.

As I’ve stated a thousand times here “The truth never changes but the lie…..always morphs”

        • That is a funny story. I completely agree. My mom always told me that when you lie you have to remember and it is so true.

          • racerrodig says:

Nothing like winning a race and some lout says he did. Maybe next time he should actually go……and see who did win. Actually, maybe you need to win to make that claim…..but that’s just me.

I have all the magazine and local track paper articles about it to this day. Nothing like a bold faced liar.

    • Jun says:

      Oh God

We will have to go through another

RZ Jr, We Are Not Racist Media Tour

I guess I will be avoiding watching Piers Morgan for a while LMAO

      • Mike says:

Wow you called that, Jr is appearing on Piers Morgan once again tomorrow.

      • Jun says:

        LMAO seriously?

I was kidding about the “We are not racist tour” LOL

      • Xena says:

Maybe Junior will show up drunk.

        • SpecialladyT says:

I honesty believe he is an addict. But the more fogen’s family talks the more gifts for the prosecution and the FBI!!!

      • Jun says:

I will summarize it for everyone, so no one has to watch it

        1) He’s going to claim to be an Afro-Peruvian-Japanese non-racist

        2) He will talk about his volunteer work at the black shelter

        3) Mark Osterman is his only white friend

        4) White people should stop being blamed for everything

        5) Fogen is a product of white hate. Fogen is also Afro Peruvian

        6) Blacks are risky but he’s not racist

        7) Undisputed broken nose

        8) You were not there

        9) You see when your head is being bashed (then Fogen Jr will make masturbation motions)

        10) 10 minutes of attacking and talking crap about every black person that spoke up against Fogen

        11) That he’s not racist, it is just all blacks are dangerous and risky

        12) He’s gonna ask for donations

        13) Bill Maher will guest star and make smart alec remarks that go over Fogen Jr’s head and then Bill Maher will give Fogen Jr a softball interview

    • cielo62 says:

Following tho I’m laughing so hard my whiskers are twisted! What.A.Moron!

    • jo says:

i love it when he says “the truth shall come out”, pfffft, not if your brother’s the one telling it.

      • racerrodig says:

Nothing Jr’s said so far is true and as far as FogenPhoole, he only said these few things we know are true.

        1) “….George..” & “…Zimmerman…” in response to the dispatcher.
        2) “….then I got out of my truck…”
        3) “…he’s a black male…late teens…”
        4) “….I aimed and fired one shot…”

Pretty much everything else is a lie.

      • jo says:

since jr likes comparisons so much, how about his brother and this one http://www.huffingtonpost.com/2012/11/27/loud-music-leads-to-murder_n_2200708.html It’s much more accurate than the comparison jr tweeted.

gee, is it any wonder black teenagers feel threatened by nosy, self righteous white men.

Looks like it didn’t take the first time, so

      follow, follow

(and now I’m thinking about pizza and Robert Goulet singing “Try To Remember” in The Fantasticks)

      • Rachael says:

I loved the Fantasticks!! We did that back when I was in high school, like a million years ago.

        • onlyiamunitron says:

I auditioned for a local theater production of it some years ago, but was basically too old for the young parts and too young for the older parts.

Also at the time I knew nothing about it except the song “Try To Remember”, so singing a duet of “Soon It’s Gonna Rain” after only a couple of minutes with the sheet music trying to pick out my part on a piano (on which I only knew which note was where from learning just enough to tune a guitar to them) probably didn’t exactly knock them dead, either.
