I love humor, especially dark humor, because it helps to keep me sane in troubled times and we are in troubled times. George Zimmerman’s incomprehensible and indefensible murder of Trayvon Martin is but one of many examples of the insanity in which we find ourselves. We cannot pretend that it isn’t there because pretending will not banish it from our lives. Fear, hatred and blaming the other only adds to our problems.

Like it or not, we are being inexorably forced by the growing disorder in our lives to acknowledge that we, collectively speaking, are the problem and the solution. We have a lot of bad ideas that manifest daily in senseless acts of violence on an individual and global scale.

We have run out of room to hide from each other here in the fabled and symbolic Garden of Eden that we call Earth.

Each of us is a part of the problems and the problems we face are bigger than any one person can solve. Yet, there are solutions apparent to anyone with eyes to see.

We are going to have to work together on a global scale to create peace and harmony, but the path begins at home, which is our very own self.

Until you see yourself in the other, you cannot see yourself.

Pain is pain, but humor softens it and Malisha is quite accomplished at seeing humor in tragedy. Here, she recreates George Zimmerman’s pathetic tale of searching for an address to conceal that the real address he is searching for has materialized into a person whom he is hunting.

He will find him, but he will not find the answer he seeks.

George, to NEN:

Um, Hello, this is George again. I have some addresses for you now.

Sean: Are these addresses where the guy is?

George: No, he ran. These assholes always get away. These are addresses where he is NOT.

Sean: OK, so what is your address George?

George: To be honest with you, I have a bad memory. Could we just skip to the addresses where the suspect is NOT? Because I remember THEM, now, and I don’t want to go back to my truck because then I’ll forget again.

Sean: OK, shoot.

George: Firssssst, one one, one oh, uh, Retreat View Circle, uh, tell them to go left, and…

Sean: That’s the club house?

George: Yeah, and he’s not there.

Sean: OK, where else isn’t he?

George: He’s… [slap slap, slap slap] shit… one two one one, uh…

Sean: George? Are you there?

George: Where?

Sean: Wherever you are now?

George: Just tell them to call me, OK?

Sean: Call you?

George: Yeah, call me maybe.

Sean: That’s a song, George.

George: Uh…well numbers all around, flying by, up and down,
Some as slow as Christmas coming, Some like the speed of sound, And we all wonder, what they mean, The highs, the lows, the in betweens, Most of them mean absolutely nothing But some of them mean everything…

Sean: George, do you see the suspicious guy?

George: Negative. Lost visual on the suspect. Sing a song of sixpence, pocket full of rye, four and twenty blackbirds baked into a pie,…

Sean: George, do you still want the officers to meet you there?

George: Rescue me, Come on and rescue me, Come on baby and rescue me, Come on baby and rescue me, ‘Coz I need you by my side, Can’t you see that I’m lonely, Rescue meeeeee…

It wouldn’t matter that the first call was NEN; there were many 911 calls between that initial NEN and the arrival of the police on the scene; they have radios. Smith knew it was a 911 by the time he pulled into the neighborhood; nobody could presume otherwise.

    • groans says:

IIRC, he stated in a report that he received updates as he was headed there, and he knew about reports of a shooting before he arrived at the “T”.

      • Malisha says:

SIRENS should have been at full blast. He should have high-tailed it into that neighborhood with the lights, the sirens, and a screeching halt when he rushed out of the squad car with his gun drawn yelling, “POLICE: FREEZE!”

  2. racerrodig says:

It’s all part of the Zidiot Nation Charter.

  3. Malisha says:

I never heard sirens on the 911 calls even though the police arrived while the later calls were still connected.

    • jm says:

Would the police run sirens on an investigation of suspicious person in response to NEN call. What call was T. Smith responding to, 911 or NEN?

  4. Malisha says:

Does anybody know whether the squad cars coming into RTL that night had their sirens blaring? To me this is an important question, especially for Tim Smith.

  5. whonoze says:

Just a few factual points about Ofc. Tim Smith’s involvement.

    1. TM was shot at 7:16:56. Smith arrived at the ‘T’ at around 7:19:30. There is a lot of misinformation about Smith arriving “at the scene” earlier, having to do with his arrival time at RATL in general, rather than finally making his way to the actual site of the shooting.

    2. In his reports, Smith claims he did not discuss the events of evening with GZ at all. He may be lying, of course, but he recounts the “I was shouting for help” comment Z supposedly made to the paramedic in the context of being the only info he heard from GZ about the incident. (Though, of course, he latter had to append his report to note he witnessed GZ’s entire interview with Singleton.) So, according to Smith anyway, his ride to SPD with GZ was silent.
(The fact that Smith knew GZ, at least from the previous incidents where he responded to Z’s calls if not also other NW type cop-citizen sessions, does make this seem a bit counter-intuitive, IMHO.)

    3. T. Smith was not in charge of the crime scene, not responsible for securing GZ’s truck, and was not the officer who reported the plate numbers. He was long gone from the crime scene by then, having escorted GZ back to the SPD.

    • FactsFirst says:

“So, according to Smith anyway, his ride to SPD with GZ was silent”

Yeah right, but he let Zimmerman “clean up” before his interview.. SMDH… I guess that’s what friends are for… Anywho, By the way the other officers were feeding Serino information and how they let GZ wash up, it’s starting to look like the powers that be were setting Serino up to be the fall guy if their coverup plan didn’t work…. I HOPE HE BLOW THE WHISTLE!

    • grahase says:

      http://www.propublica.org/documents/item/327370-trayvon-martin-police-report

1 Officer Smith arrived at the scene at approximately 1717 hrs..According to GZ, during the Hannity interview, the arrival was about 15 to 30 seconds after the shot was fired. He was the first at the scene. Officer Ayala arrived shortly thereafter.

      3. Officer Mead recorded the vehicle tags.

      • Malisha says:

Grahase, THAT was actually Timothy Smith’s report after it had been edited once. BEFORE it was edited, it read like this:

I responded to a call from George Zimmerman, a/k/a Cheorge Zsssimmerman, at 19 hundred hours and some several minutes and seconds on 2/26/2012 as he had spotted a very suspicious guy who was up to no good, and thereupon, he did not know what his thing was. There had been a lot of break-ins in that neighborhood and Cheorge was trying to protect the residents, most of whom were holed up in their bunkers with rusty scissors, watching re-runs of the Hitler rants. Cheorge had just finished mentoring youngsters who had nobody else to care about them because he is not yet a judge and he then set out to purchase the week’s provisions for himself and his legal dependent whom he declares on his 1040EZ forms. As Cheorge pulled around the corner over there past the kalubb house to the left, with his Associates Degree, he as previously described therebefore got a visual on the suspect who thereafter behaved in a leasurely manner, failed to collect the mail, circled the vehicle, and emerged thereafter from the darkness on at least one occasion while Cheorge was unable to maintain a visual on him. Whereupon darkness bushes homie shut the fuck up fists MMA head explode blood eyes smother nose broke mouth shimmy jacket chest hand gun one shot got me kinda. And Cheorge called out Help me 14 times in a minute but nobody would help. They were Caucasians but they did not respond upon that occasion. He didn’t know what their things were. And he thereupon looked mugged. Even shmugged. Shagged too. It was sad. He became a victim right here. He’s innocent. Over and out. Ten Four. And like that. Yeah.”

Then it was edited. It had to be edited because not everybody can talk cop talk.

      • whonoze says:

Don’t believe everything you read, especially any official accounts of the ‘timeline’: as LLMPapa will also attest.

Smith puled his car into RATL at 1917 (1717 is 5:17 PM).

        GZ is lying, as usual.

We (bcclist) figured out Smith’s arrival time at the ‘T’ from the physical evidence: We know when the 911 calls start, and we know the point in the 911 calls where the witnesses note Smith’s arrival at the ‘T’. It’s 7:19:30 give or take a couple seconds.

I do not post bullshit guesses as if they were facts. If I post speculation, I label it as such.

  6. Malisha says:

” If they think they will win over a judge and jury by being condescending and forcing their story on people by getting them to disregard all logic and science, they will insult the jury and the judge.”
    ==================
But that is exactly what they think, IMO. Their sole technique with people who do not think as they do, accept their “superior” position and then fall in line with their “dominant” positions, is to bully, insult, mock, threaten, demean, derogate and make up lies. They don’t have any alternate technique to fall back on. They have never tried logical arguments, joint analysis, considering the other guy’s position, or compromise. So they present like Cheorge. Think of the Hannity interview. It was Cheorge’s perfect time to say, “Oh of course. Not only do I regret getting out of my car that night, because I wouldn’t have exposed myself to danger and then this would not have happened, but I regret I ever left home that night. I wish I had just put off my grocery trip until the next night and then none of this would have happened. I wish I could turn back the clock.” Instead he said it was God’s plan to put him into contact with Trayvon Martin that night so Martin could be killed and Cheorge could be facing murder charges. HE HAS NO OTHER SETTING to his BRAIN! There’s only, “Whatever I did it was absolutely right so everybody else was absolutely wrong.” He was condescending to Serino and Singleton; he thought he could get everyone to go along with him by forcing his story on them. Let him try that at trial.

    • Jun says:

You ever noticed all the sighs George was giving? They have a condescending tone to them and I feel he does them whenever he is preparing a big lie, combined with his weird eye widening and eyebrow expressions. I find that he also tries to play dumb, although he is pretty damn dumb.

Having actually looked at the evidence, I found most insulting is Omara’s constant repetition of Cheorge hearsay and lies of the nose and sidewalk head bounces and smashes. Lord have mercy, I aint saying there was nothing there, but there was practically nothing there. I looked at the back of his head so many times, and its 2 scratches that were healing the same night. It is not from a head smash onto a sidewalk, not even one.

The next one is the following to skipping to running. That is fine if Cheorge doesnt want to use the term following, but he was damn sure pursuing and stalking as well as chasing the kid, while the kid ran away from him. I dont see how he is selling the jury when Cheorge says that the kid was running away from him 3 times in his phone call. Cheorge would just do better to just say he was following the kid, and in actuality ran after the kid too. A judge and jury will see he is acting fishy with all his contradicting and inconsistent statements, especially, when it is not just one, it is like cocaine in columbia amount.

I say the same to too and agree. If the Zimmernuts want to argue and debate their points so bad, then do it properly at a trial and courtroom with that nonsense. My personal opinion is reasonable doubt can work both ways, even though the load is on the prosecution’s shoulders because if there is reasonable doubt in a defendants claims, he has lost credibility and will lose.

  7. Malisha says:

Years ago, an extremely religious person was trying to convince me to believe the literal description, in the Bible, of the origin of the world, some 6,000 years ago, by so-called Intelligent Design. His method was to describe the alternate theories (“Big Bang” cosmology, evolution, etc.) in demeaning, disdainful terms, while laughing at the suggestions made by the scientists. He said, for instance, “I mean, think of it, first there’s nothing, then there’s a ‘big bang’! Wow, how convenient and how cute. Let’s just get all the school kids together and tell them, ‘there was a bang’ — they’ll go for that!” He opened his eyes very wide and made gestures with his hands that looked deliberately foolish and stupid, to emphasize how foolish and stupid the “Big Bang” was. Then he went on to mock the idea that humans could evolve from monkeys. Imitating a monkey, he leaped around on the furniture, saying intermittently, “EH EH EH let’s get really clever and shorten our arms and then we can be real people EH EH EH here’s a banana!” and etc.

Those ridiculous antics remind me of the rants they go on over at those pro-Cheorge websites. All they have in their arsenal is:

    1. Cheorge said he was attacked and had to kill so we believe it;

    2. Trayvon Martin was a thug and so are Crump, Jackson, Sharpton, and everyone who agrees with them, and DeeDee is a little criminal in training;

    3. Anyone who doesn’t believe Cheorge absolutely is stupid and bad and laughable and EH EH EH EH EH let’s be really clever over here on OUR blog and here’s a banana.

Howerver, as far as “Couldn’t this get him in trouble or am I reading to much into this ~~~~>” I don’t know. IMO whether it can get him in trouble or not, it isn’t smart. He should not be talking about the case in public, especially with anonymous posters who could be part of the jury pool. Nor does it make any sense to me why he would. Oh, I can understand reading their blog to see how people feel – likewise, I can understand him reading this blog to see how people feel. It makes sense from a strategic standpoint in order for him to figure out how to approach things – kind of like market research.

It all seems a little weird to me.

RZ Jr is an unbelievably good BS artist who tells them what they want to hear. My question is what is RZ Jr’s IQ if he believes the story after seeing the multiple stories, the timeline and the rest of the evidence dumps.

Does anyone really believe RZ jr actually believes his own BS? I tend to think he is just acting and auditioning for some spot in show biz and by appearing to defend GZ, he gets his day in the spotlight.

    • Jun says:

LMAO that is a good summation of their points

also add that anything to do with Cheorge, science and physics dont work on around him like other people, hence the forensic evidence and witnesses are wrong LOL

  8. Malisha says:

I was dreaming of a jury trial. It stays serious through the prosecution’s case, presenting the evidence they have, and all the witnesses getting up and talking about the forensics. Serious. Serious. A few little lighter parts here and there such as when BDLR says “Officer Schmidt” by mistake instead of “Smith” and when O’Mara refers to an Osterman Blender. Other than that it moves forward. Then Defense presents. They call Cheorge to the stand. He starts to tell his sad tale, waving his glossy crew-cut head around a millimeter this way, a millimeter that way, and talking about the vicious unwarranted attack upon him that dark night. He sticks out his little tongue just before he pronounces words that start with “M” and his eyes are piercingly dull. Then he says “and he punched me in the nose and I saw stars,” and the jury has that look the kids get in third grade when the teacher farted and they could hear it and they’re trying not to laugh. And he says, “I fell down on my butt and somehow he mounted me,” and the look intensifies and three of the six jurors drop their heads and their hands find their way up to their faces, but not in a kind of obvious motion, just like somebody at a lecture where they just remembered where their keys were and want to check. And he says, “and every time he hit my head on the concrete I felt like my head was gonna explode,” and a sound like a whimpering “irm, irm, irmmmmphhh” comes from the woman with the shoulder-length grey hair on the far right of the jury and she tries to make it sound like a cough…and that feeling happens when you just know the rest of them are not gonna be able to hold it in any longer…and the judge is studiously ignoring it, her lips a thin tight line and her attention totally on Cheorge, who says: “and I kinda shimmied…” and they’re gone.

The jurors are gone. The lady with the shoulder-length grey hair is in full-out giggle and cannot be stopped and the guy next to her is pounding the armrest of his chair and someone in the spectators seats yells, “shimmy!” and everyone’s hysterical with laughter. One of the jurors has that kind of laugh they pay for on TV to be the “canned laughter” and by now the lady who started it all is going snort, snort, snort, because she has that kind of honking laugh that cracks me up and they’re just gooooooooooooonnnnnnnnnnnne…..

Wow, great dream. I’ll have to see if it can get pasted into a movie.
Oh yeah — that could be the sound effects for the final scene of “The Innocence of Cheorge Zzzzimmerman.” I can just record my own laugh six times and accumulate the tape…there’s got to be a way. “SHIMMY!”

  9. Malisha says:

Xena, the cyberstalking and bullying you’re describing is a sign of a personality disorder very much like Cheorge’s. People who display this kind of disorder cannot tolerate that someone expresses a different idea or opposes their “authority.” They actually try to find ways to hurt people who are saying something they don’t like. They become the Nazis of the world, the “Sharia law enforcers” of the world, the wackos who run around in businesses and communities trying to force everybody else into line, the tyrants, the deranged snipers, and the holed up paranoids armed to the teeth and talking about their rights and everybody else’s wrongs. In times of social stress they proliferate. Some of them have immense charisma and they especially appeal to folks who feel disinherited, disrespected and marginalized. You want to look out for them but not give them too much attention. Most of them are ultimately harmless unless you run into them alone on a dark night in a drizzly alley and they’re carrying. So naturally they identify with folks like Cheorge, as well they should. They would also like a freebie card to kill somebody they don’t like.

Malisha,it’s so sick that it’s sad. Hurting people hurt others. I cannot fathom the type of hurt that people like that have suffered. Their behavior is learned, so they were no doubt parented by a hurting parent who was hurt by their parents, etc. It’s normal life for them.

      You know Jun, this comes down to a matter of confidence. Why do participants on the treeslum find it necessary to compete with Leatherman’s blog? Hmmm. Some of my observations;

      1. When we have a question about law or legal procedure, we have someone with education and experience to answer it.

      2. When we have an opinion about law or legal procedure that is incorrect, and without asking, Leatherman explains it to us correctly.

      3. Participants here have shown, by a majority, of being good researchers.

      4. Discovery material is discussed extensively.

      5. Theories discussed are mostly based on George Zimmerman’s statements. Participants refer to discovery material, transcripts, videos, etc.to support their position.

      6. There are participants here who have invested hours into getting and staying informed about the George Zimmerman case.

      7. Other than an occasional typo or spelling error, participants here write in comprehensive sentences and post more than drive-by one-liners that are commonly posted on pro-Zimmerman blogs.

      8. Here, blog participant numbers are growing and I do not suspect that any are using multiple handles to give the appearance that the blog has more than 3 or 4 regular and active participants.

      9. None of the participants here have to concern themselves with being placed on an FBI list as potential White Supremacists.

OTOH, pro-Zimmerman sites generally have one-line, drive-by comments. None of the participants seem familiar with anything about the case other than “George Zimmerman said.” Of the times I’ve read comments, for example on the CTH, none of the participants address their experience neither education. To the contrary, they mock the experience and education of those on this blog.

Yes, they are apprehensive, so apprehensive that they have started a petition hoping that GZ does not have to answer for his alleged crime, because they know there are no merits to his self-defense claim. How did they come upon that revelation? By reading here.

      • racerrodig says:

Omara’s best bet is to tread lightly, so he doesnt open too many doors, and at least try to talk his way down on the conviction.

  11. Xena says:

Well, now that I know the Professor has a Scorpio rising, I would say to O’Mara and GZ supporters to seriously take into consideration whatever Frederick Leatherman says about this case. It means that Frederick Leatherman is intuitive by nature. He can focus in and read your mind, know your next step and your next words. He can predict your future if he wanted to.

    • Rachael says:

Why else? Because it IS a high-profile case. I wouldn’t go into a deposition without one.

      • Malisha says:

To me, Serino is one of the most fascinating parts of this case. I can actually hear in his voice the skepticism about Cheorge’s silly story. I can recognize the voice of experience. He knew the stories Cheorge was telling were bullshit. He chuckled when Cheorge said he wasn’t following Trayvon, just going in the same direction. “That’s following,” he said. He called the scratches on Cheorge’s noggin “capillary type lacerations” and said they were not consistent with a life-threatening beating. Although he kept assuring Cheorge that he was the “good guy” and that Serino was “speaking for” him, he was constructing a careful case against him. Singleton, too. And he instructed Singleton to start the interrogation before he got there. That’s significant to me; Serino trusted her.

I think it’s good he has counsel and I expect we will hear a lot of back-and-forth about him. But somehow I believe Serino was doing a very careful, intelligent and targeted interrogation in order to create a record that would, when analyzed, reveal the truth.

    • Jun says:

LMAO its cause Omara knows a large majority of George’s cult like supporters are crazy idiots. Omara knows that we are sound here, and there is no sound check at the Treebranch or whatever its called LOL

    • jm says:

Love the fact O’Mara is following the Professor. I hope he enjoys the humor and also LLMPapa videos posted here which show the GZ as the lying murdering fool he is.

      • racerrodig says:

        I didn’t see Nancy Grace’s name there, Piers Morgan….

It’s not a good sign when this much garbage is floating around and Moron O’ Mara still has provided zippity do dahh as far as discovery.

      • Jun says:

Omara’s discovery consists of George’s hearsay, which, the state provided LMAO

        • racerrodig says:

I can see the court scene now.

MOM.”….as my 1st Exhibit….mark that as “D – 1” are print out’s from Huffington Post from a moron, er, expert by the name of newbee 100. These documents prove without a doubt, my client is innocent. On this page here he states very clearly “Z was attacked” What more can the court as for??”

Judge Nelson. “Mark as D – 1” please (laughter from behind the bench)

MOM “.um….the next Exhibit, “D – 2″ please is a DVD copy of an interview of mine in which I state that is undisputed that my clients nose was broken”

          Judge Nelson “…excuse me counselor ?…..undisputed ?”

MOM “Can you please humor me your honor, the boys at the Conservative Treehouse have been pestering me for a year on this”

Judge Nelson “OK, D – 2, but I don’t think the jury will be able to use that as evidence, I’ll deny it, er, rule on it at a later date. Anything else Mr. O’ Mara?”

MOM “…..um, now that you mention it, my clients has been saying he’s innocent and he was attacked and suffered a brutal beating at the hands of a 6 armed wild thug…………..does that count for something ??”

Judge Nelson “….uhhhh, I’ll rule on that later, anything else? what about those depositions and interviews?””

MOM “…………..well, that is…………um…they were of no help your honor, they would only tell the truth, I can’t use them”

So far, that’s about what he has.

    • racerrodig says:

So actually doing legal work takes a rear row seat I assume.

  16. Malisha says:

I’m glad Serino hired counsel for the deposition and I think he hired an excellent lawyer. It is strange, however, that Baez is representing Serino and that he has in the past represented the police there, the city attorney, some combination of officials there. Serino was going against the grain in wanting Cheorge charged with a crime; other things like that. I wonder if there is not a conflict in the representation. Any ideas Professor?

  17. Xena says:

Notice what O’Mara says about Casey Anthony, but he doesn’t apply to same to his own client, GZ.

  18. grahase says:

    Trayvon Martin Twitter photo.

    • Jun says:

George picked the worst person to try his murder and self defense claim on. No one is gonna believe this kid was more of a threat than George by a football field or two.

      • racerrodig says:

Prop that along with the one with Tracy with his arm around Trayvon’s neck kissing him along with the football picture, then have the jump suit and one of the court “snicker / smirk” pictures of Zidiot on another easel. Hey, Moron O’ Mara….listen very carefully, two (2) can play the influence game.

      • Jun says:

LMAO its not even a hard decision

The jury will be thinking, kid with candy and ice tea vs grown adult crazy guy with gun running around chasing and stalking people in that neighborhood repeatedly with aggression, as the danger

I havent seen any bad pictures of Trayvon, and even the fake photos of that twitter guy from Carolina, the guy doesnt even look threatening at all

    • Xena says:

Let me get this straight. O’Mara wants to use Trayvon’s Twitter photos to prove his was a thug, uh?

      • grahase says:

        Two separate posts Xena LOL

        • racerrodig says:

Looks like none of them learned a lesson as to asking for stuuuuuff. Like a new judge. Can’t wait for those medical records !

      • Xena says:

        Two separate posts Xena LOL

Okay. I give up — Twitter and Facebook are not things I’m familiar with. LOL!

        • racerrodig says:

That’s what the entire Zidiot Nation said, that’s what Moron O’ Mara said and that’s what WE said won’t help them.

Damn !! are we good or what !

      • grahase says:

        Practise makes perfect.

        • racerrodig says:

I’ll top that and say “Perfect Practice makes Perfect” So…..what color was that jumpsuit Cheorge was wearing…..

      • racerrodig says:

One of the Zidiots on HP ripped me a few weeks ago about how
O’ Mara “is on it” with the twitter account and his social media accounts. I was also told “…it ain’t pretty..” Well, I’d say he’s a cute young man, and I still say I’d be proud if he was a friend of ours and lived next door.

What color was that prison jumpsuit again ? Orange ?

I’ll take “Bad Calls” for $5,000.00 Alex

      • grahase says:

racerodog -Jumpsuit colour – a blue-gray. The first mug shot taken years ago was a shirt – not prison garb.

    • Rachael says:

      And???

    • grahase says:

OK folks – It is going to start and get ugly. Hang on tight!

      • Xena says:

Hmmm. Interesting. I think that Serino did the right thing to hire legal counsel since the defense wants to depose him. It looks like Baez is actually working for City attorneys who represent the SPD, so he may just butt heads with O’Mara and West. Then we can see photographs of their injuries. 🙂

    • Jun says:

This is good for the state because Serino will know Omara’s tricks.

    • Rachael says:

Just got done reading that but what is this? “An FBI report released this summer showed Serino told agents that he was pressured by African-American officers to file charges.”

      Read more here: http://www.miamiherald.com/2012/11/19/3105467/detective-in-george-zimmerman.html#storylink=cpy

      • Xena says:

“An FBI report released this summer showed Serino told agents that he was pressured by African-American officers to file charges.”

IMO, that’s going to be tough for Serino to explain because it suggests that he made things up in the Capias. Serino’s prepared Capias appears that he took the position of believing GZ’s statements such as Trayvon making physical contact with him twice.

Secondly, officers have no supervisory authority over Serino’s duties as an investigator. Thirdly, since Wolfinger was not going to proceed, the Capias would be nothing more than a blank piece of paper to those officers who allegedly pressured Serino.

      • Jun says:

I dont think it will hurt Serino. I read the comment, and I believe at the time, Serino believed that there was not enough yet. It is not like Serino buys George at all, but proving it in court is a whole different ball game. Serino publicly stated that he wanted to file manslaughter charges and the officers that were pressuring him probably simply believed George was guilty and they had enough. Although Serino is not perfect, he did get some damning statements from Cheorge and played good and bad cop pretty good. There was reasonable suspicion and probable cause for their beliefs that it was a murder.

      • racerrodig says:

“It may not be a friendly deposition” Hmmmmmmmm I’d say that one quote says O’ Mara won’t have this one on his side.

  19. Malisha says:

HA HA HA HA HA Colin B, HA HA HA! I didn’t listen to all that drivel; I was afraid that it would increase the natural destruction of brain-cells that comes with age, and I thought, “I’m too old to be risking what’s left of my memory by listening to those two.”

  20. colin black says:

This I found un be liveable listening to exchange betwix George an Shellie….gz…Every time I call your numbers engaged bizzy..sz..My phone doesnt stop ..gz tells her not to answer any calls..Shellie then agrees an enquires if she is to answer when he calls though.

    • Xena says:

That was a hoot. Another was when ShelLIE tries explaining that when GZ gets out on bail, his security person can stop traffic between the jail and the hotel they are going to. I thought sure, make it look like a funeral procession because life as GZ knows it is about to end.

  21. cielo62 says:

  22. Rachael says:

Ooooh, they are up to 44 on their petition. LOL

    • Mike says:

I had a good laugh at that today also lol !!

    • Two sides to a story says:

      :}

    • Jun says:

in George Zimmerman cult math, that is actually 3.5 people because they all have at least 11 or so profiles each to vote and sign.

    • Xena says:

Know what’s funny? When it comes time for jury selection, the State can use the names and handles of those who reside in Florida to question whether they signed the petition.

    • Xena says:

As of 7:12 p.m. CST, it’s up to 47. Let them get about 2,000 or so signatures, then the State can file another motion for a gag order using the petition and its signatures to support O’Mara’s tainting of the jury pool.

      • LLMPapa says:

If 2.2M signing a petition for arrest and 47 signing one for release are indicators, the jury pool’s only running 46,808 to 1 against George.

        • Xena says:

LOL@LLMPapa. Yeah, and about half of the signatures consist of his family members.

          • racerrodig says:

@racerrodig. The Zidiots take pride in cheating. There is nothing fair or equal in any of their life concepts.

          • racerrodig says:

That dirtbag can sign it 1,000,000 times and it won’t matter.

        • racerrodig says:

He could get 10 million and he still won’t be released. He’s going to trial as there is way to much evidence.

    • The originator of the petition is none other than David Percy. I am not sure if GZ and company really want to be associated with that man. If the media gets ahold of this, it would look good for the GZ camp. Percy is a cancer.

      • grahase says:

David Piercy should actually be investigated. He has a very sick mind and someone should think twice before signing anything that would indicate ANY association with him. Bad enough to support a killer but to have your name alongside Piercy does not bode well for the signatory.

        • Xena says:

Who, pray tell, is David Percy? Inquiring minds want to know.

        • racerrodig says:

Charges don’t get dropped because of a petition.

Zimmerman was not arrested because of a petition

          Trayvon’s killing was investigated

As a result of said investigation an arrest was made

Police ineptitude and possible corruption were the reason an investigation was not properly done….leading to…….

A petition for a proper investigation.

Zimmerman was arrested because of an investigation.

Zimmerman will NEVER be “freed” because of an investigation.

To show how stupid Zidiots are, Zimmerman is free. (I had to say the obvious !!)

      • Jun says:

David Piercy is this crazy caucasian individual who is obsessed with George, and spends his days stalking anyone associated with marching for Trayvon or prosecuting George, or anyone that shows how George is a liar and is guilty.

      • grahase says:

Xena – I do not want to use this blog to promote this individual. So, I will give you a link that may give you an idea about who this person is:

        • Xena says:

Grahase, I just remembered where I heard the name. Trent reported on how David cyber-stalks and harasses him.

          • racerrodig says:

Piercy is s typical Zidiot and entitled to all privileges due any member of the Zidiot Nation, however decorum prevents me from saying what should be said. So, I’ll use “The Force”

  23. Malisha says:

A friend and I used to refer to the “cry cry rape rape” defense. A guy was convicted of sexually abusing his 9-year-old step-daughter. He elocuted. He admitted: forcibly undressing her in the garage; licking her all over her body; digitally penetrating her for an extended period of time; and beating her up to impress upon her that he would beat the Hell out of her if she told. So she told immediately and the police arrested him and blah blah blah. So he was sentenced to 6 months, suspended, and he had to (a) pay for her therapy and (b) go to therapy himself. So he went for three sessions and then the THERAPIST made a motion for him to be freed from the rest of his sentence because he had “cried” in therapy so he was cured. That motion succeeded and the guy had no more sentence to serve. He then made a motion to not have to pay for any more of the step-daughter’s therapy because he said HE had gotten over it in three sessions; she aready had more than 30, why did SHE need any more? So he got liberated from having to pay for hers too. Shortly after that he filed in court for custody and/or unsupervised visitation of his victim’s little sister; the judge granted him unsupervised visitation. The little girl came home from her third visit with scars and bruises all over and “redness and swelling in her genital area.” The judge wouldn’t listen to the mother’s protests, saying the guy had been cured because he cried. The mom offered, “How about if I kill him and then I cry, will that be OK?”

My friend and I reported this at one of the children’s rights conferences of the Public Health Service. One of the PHS officials there called it the “cry cry rape rape defense.”

    • Jun says:

Did this happen in Arkansas? That sounds ridiculous

      • Malisha says:

Maryland, Jun. Of course it sounds ridiculous. There are judges around who will do the most insane ridiculous things, but they generally get away with it all because nobody devotes their entire life and every dollar they ever make to showing that it was wrongful and that the judge was corrupt. That’s our system. To out-litigate it, you have to have an organization behind you and not everyone does. That’s why so many get away with so much. Look at the effort it took to defeat corruption in the SPD and even begin to get an honest appraisal of a murder!

      • Jun says:

Didnt it ring in the minds of any prosecutor that

a judge convicted a child rapist and then allowed the same rapist to watch over another child, unsupervised?

I’d be complaining about that or at least letting the public know so someone can uppercut him like the Cleveland Bus Driver

        • Xena says:

IMO, it should start with the licensing Board for the therapist who thinks that crying is healing for the nature to commit child sexual abuse.

  24. Malisha says:

Oh, “Re: The black eyes. More like dark circles from lack of sleep. GZ was in the police station until the wee hours of the morning. Osterman said that they talked all night thereafter. GZ went to work, then to his doctor’s office. By the time he did the re-enactment, he had probably not slept for over 24 hours.”

You forgot: According to Joe Oliver, Cheorge cried for 3 days after killing Trayvon, so that also made his eyes black!

  25. Malisha says:

Furthermore, Selma says George walked around touching his head after killing Martin. “Bystander” takes a picture of George sitting on a stool and talking on a cell phone while blood runs down the back of his head. George and Ayala say that when the police show up, George puts up his hands and announces that he has a gun in his holster and that he shot Martin. Neither makes mention of his sitting and phoning anyone; George actually says he asked a bystander to just “call my wife and tell her I shot somebody.” Osterman says Shelly called him and told him “George shot somebody else.” So what really happened?

Here’s what really happened: George had to kill Trayvon Martin because there was nothing he could have done to have made it possible for him to not have killed Trayvon Martin. Then Benjamin Crump, Natalie Jackson and a bunch of anti-white racists made stuff get very confusing and completely incomprehensible. SUE THEM!

    • racerrodig says:

The outside picture of him on the cell phone is a fake, lets not beat around the bush. I said that the day it was first published and stand by it. Even the Zidiots on HP cannot answer why there is no sign of rain at all, nor any grass stains. Smith within a minute of this picture says he had grass and water on the back of his jacket.
      Right !!

    • brown says:

You’r e right Malisha, How is it that the photo is taken three minutes, without him not appearing to be in handcuffs talking on the phone. I thought the cops got there almost immediately after the gunshot.

Does someone know the timing of first officer arriving?

      • racerrodig says:

Smith arrived within about a minute. His report says he cuffed Z immediately. As stated, no one said a thing about a picture being taken. The blatant discrepancies are laughable. No rain at all in the picture ?? Huh ?? It’s a fake plain & simple.
Several witnesses stated he was rubbing his hands over his head in a “…what did I just do…” manner. No smears ?

    • Xena says:

George and Ayala say that when the police show up, George puts up his hands and announces that he has a gun in his holster and that he shot Martin.

And Smith puts handcuffs on George’s bloody hands, but says nothing about using protective gloves. No mention for when George sat down and posed for Jon’s photo, who also had time to photograph Trayvon’s dead body and the flashlight.

  26. Malisha says:

Here’s the thing about the two photographs of the bloody head.

    1. First photo allegedly taken by onlooker on cell phone minutes after George killed Trayvon.

    2. Then George got cleaned up by EMT

    3. Then George transported to the station house and videotaped without any blood dripping down head or nose

    4. Then George cleaned up by himself at station house bathroom

    5. Then? Picture taken at station house? Background is a flat wall?

(NOT GREEN; the walls are NOT GREEN; anybody who says they are GREEN is lying and has to take a voice-stress test.)

    • Jun says:

I dont think they can even use the photo to be honest

and there could be a possibility that George was smearing blood with his hands to make it look worse because there were numerous people who have said that George was fiddling with his head after murdering the kid

      • FactsFirst says:

If you notice, neither of those infamous bloody pics are in the evidence dump… only the black and white photo…. I wonder why??? NOT!

      • FactsFirst says:

and come to think of it, the officer who took photos of GZ that night must be some how related to GZ, because he forgot he had those pics in his phone for 22days DURING the investigation…. How convenient is that!

      • racerrodig says:

That would be correct according to the lawyers I do work for, at least in NJ, that is. So the jury won’t actually see any of that blood.
“Chain of Evidence” Don’t break the chain !

    • racerrodig says:

Notice that there is no sign of rain water or grass on Z at all in the outdoor picture ? Telling !

    • ChrisNY~Laurie says:

      Thanks Malisha.

  27. Jun says:

For George’s story to be true

our studies of physics have to no longer be factual

our studies of biology are no longer feasible and factual

logic would also matter no more

Funny thing just happened to me. I went to my personal e-mail as I usually do in the early afternoon. It is from a shellup from The Last Refuge. It has a drawing that says Kilroy was here – WOW – Im getting Paid – Awesome. When I press – Read More of this Post – It says page not found. When I press the URL – It says page not found.

Here is what I am not understanding and maybe someone here can help me:

Where would this stellup get my e-mail address,
Why would she leave me such a message,
and, Why is her or his post and URL not found from the Last Refuge.

I did post there a number of weeks ago until I got banned and I do go over to the site to read the odd posters comments.

Most-important though — how would someone get the e-mail address. Thanks to all.

It’s a blog post written by stellap and there is an “Update” although there is no date for it. I’ve never posted to the treeslum and don’t know if that blog has an option of receiving notifications. If it does, you would receive notifications about comments and changes to the post via email.

      • grahase says:

Thanks Xena. I have seen a couple of them seek personal information about those who oppose them. One day, I read posts by someone who had contacted a persons employer because they weren’t a GZ groupie just to get them in trouble or even fired. Alot of them are mean-spirited and cruel.

It’s a terrorist tactic. Jessica, aka AlexandraP, aka Jordan2222, sent comments to my blog about Big Boi that she apparently posted on the treeslum, and threatened that if I didn’t stop posting on the JBMIssion and take down my blog, that she would “out” me the same.

Then, she used the name of my blog in search for personal information about me, too stupid to realize that the name of the blog is not my name. So, she sent several comments mocking the death of my husband (that she had lurked on theJBMission and read about) along with more threats. One threat was that she has 30 friends who were going to hunt me down and after making me suffer, cut my throat to make sure I shut up. Tami, aka arkansasmimi, alleged that I was nothing more than a clerk at a courthouse, that she knows some clerks in Illinois and would see what she could find out about me.

Yeah. Good luck. If that were true, she has 22 circuit courts to call. LOL!

I turned their comments over to the U.S. Attorney’s office because Jessica resides in Washington State. Illinois has statutes against cyberstalking, cyberharassment, and cyberbullying.

We were hoping to get a result of about 20 counts against her, but then she stopped sending comments to my blog and began stalking me on other blogs, with this one being among them.

Yeah mean-spirited and cruel, but also dumb as they get.

          • racerrodig says:

I thought I read somewhere that she wasn’t going to school, and how did she continue to go while he was in hiding…wasn’t she in hiding as well as ALL of his family members from the very begining according to them?

    • Malisha says:

Cheorge practices this kind of “strategic talky-talk” where he says whatever he thinks will work at the moment. Anything to the contrary he might have said before results in an “I don’t remember” or “I don’t know.”

I still want to know how the two DIFFERENT pictures of the blood rivulets on his head were produced, one outdoors, one indoors, similar but not identical. That wouldn’t be “talky-talk” but it would be “photo-y-photo.” 🙂 😦 😉

    • racerrodig says:

Most of that is a lie. She wasn’t even in school. She was trying to finish an online course. It must have been “1001 uses of the knuckle bandage”, without getting it right.

    • Xena says:

According to Osterman, ShelLIE and George moved into his house as soon as George left the police station in the wee hours of the morning on 2/27/12. Also, ShelLIE was described as a “stay-at-home-student” meaning that her classes were online. Online classes can be taken from any computer with internet access.

Yes, there are sources that reported ShelLIE has not attended school since 2010.

      • groans says:

But I thought she was supposedly studying nursing, and it’s hard for me to picture an “online” nursing program. I mean, OK, for the science fundamentals and other requirements (for example, in a BSN curriculum). But a significant portion of nurses’ training is done in clinical settings – particularly as you get closer to finishing the curriculum.

The bits and pieces I’ve heard about her studies have never made sense to me.

        • Xena says:

But I thought she was supposedly studying nursing, and it’s hard for me to picture an “online” nursing program.

@groans. I’m with you about this. There’s a payment to a school that on the credit union’s statement. I checked it out previously but don’t remember now exactly what it was — will need to check again.

          • racerrodig says:

Oh they have online programs for a lot of things. SheLie just failed the “Proper Use of Appropriate Bandages” class, that all. Then she took an online cosmetology class (this is what she was studing on 2/26, no lie) and failed “Black Eye Enhancement” SheLie, and Cheorge talked about male enhancement then got sidetracked.

      • Malisha says:

I think the phrase “stay-at-home-student” was used by someone humorously to describe Shellie doing nothing but pretending she was a student. I could be wrong but…

        • Xena says:

I went back to the credit union statement where I remembered seeing a payment to a school. It’s Herzing University Online. On April 17th, ShelLIE made a payment to them of $50.00. Their “nursing” program is RN to BSN. So, if ShelLIE is not already a RN, she was not going to become one through Herzing. Their healthcare degree programs mainly consist of medical assisting SERVICES, office administration, insurance billing codes, etc.

        • cielo62 says:

I got the same impression. It was tongue-in-cheek. I took it to mean that she did nothing at home, since she hasn’t been a student in nearly 3 years.

You guys are on a roll! I’m LMBO! Funny stuff 😀

Well, It seems GZ’s lawyers play to depose Timothy Smith next Tuesday. He was the first officer on the scene.

    http://articles.orlandosentinel.com/2012-11-16/news/os-george-zimmerman-cop-depos-20121116_1_george-zimmerman-trayvon-martin-neighborhood-watch-volunteer

I’d like to know more about Tim Smith. I bet he was on first-name-basis with George Zimmerman. I don’t know if RTC was Tim Smith’s regular beat or what but his name appears on a few NEN call reports.
Wouldn’t it be nice to know who was on that invite list for George’s big graduation bash? You know, the graduation party that he didn’t earn. GZ is such a shyster.
No wonder he didn’t want to pay the bar tender, he didn’t graduate, he was short a couple of credits.
BTW I thought Mark Osterman was GZ’s only friend so why did he need bartender for his party anyway? And who are these guests?
    Questions, questions…

    • grahase says:

No, no, no — George has many black friends. In fact, GZ used to call Osterman a token white man. He has so many friends that he could have formed his own march in Sanford, according to the best friend of the Most-Hated Man in America.

Tim Smith responded to a few of GZs call. He knew him.

      • racerrodig says:

Oh Yeah – – I almost forgot about that. His token white friend. So when is he organizing all his black friends in that March for Justice for Zidiocy??

      • Xena says:

I don’t think that Osterman realized what he was saying when using the word “token.” It actually applies to the presence of someone to give a certain appearance to onlookers while not being actually included on the same scale as others.

    • Jun says:

Tim Smith actually saved himself from issues because he wrote “appeared to be” in a lot of his descriptions, so he can easily pin it off to being “what it appeared to be at the time” than as to what it actually was.

    • leander22 says:

The set-up is interesting. The ultimate boss of the whole investigation, even Serino’s boss, which helps Zimmerman out of an insecurity at Taaffe’s house during the reenactment and the first officer on scene, who probably met Zimmerman before. They did something to Taaffe’s door on Feb. 2, 2012, I am assuming GZ was still nearby and waited for the officers after he called back. He was on scene too concerning the kids, but there I assume he did not show up so his involvement wouldn’t become apparent. Did they also meet during his 14 weeks in the Sanford police volunteer program?

May I remind people of the critique of Timothy Smith report, by Jean Reynolds

During the reenactment it didn’t look to me as if Randy Smith had any problems with Tim’s report. Would it have been Serino’s job to demand a better one or Randy Smith’s?

What I am wondering about, and it seems I lost all my notes on the case, due to IT troubles I am not able to completely understand, if I mistook Randy for a female initially, and his chain of evidence reports and lists were in fact highlights for me in the first discovery. All I remember is I struggled with the different terms used for the Toyota keys with the little flashlight.

    • Malisha says:

Colin B, one little thing you keep getting wrong: Cheorge does not ask permission to shoot him. He doesn’t need permission; he knows he has to shoot him, but he wishes there was something he could have done to not to have to shoot him.

  35. colin black says:

In the UK gz would have probably faced prosecution for multiple nuisance calls wasteing emergancy services time…He at times used them as his P A phoneing police because his landlord was hassleing him for rent…Or because some guy hired to work at his graduation bash wanted paid wtf? Is his dealio? gz does not like to part with money..As Im sure his wife is painfully aware..As she faces a perjury conviction thanks to hubby dearests scrooge .If they did indeed go grocery shopping together it was only so gz could make sure she bought only the cheapest brands an used evey coupon going.

  36. colin black says:

I M O either L E Smith or Osterman drummed into gz the importance of his not being inital agressor or chaseing following Trayvon…He had to be doing anything other than chaseing persueing looking to confront an detain his suspect.George haveing no idea his non emergancy call would be taped an the transcript able for revei along with audio…Cobbled some BS together involveing the dispatch asking him to provide an adress…An gave this as the reason he exited his truck an started to walk around in the dark an rain………..How his world must have shaken when he was confronted with his own words played back on the recorded call..An then to hear Tryvons screams an his kill shot were also caught on audio tape

    • And then find out that DeeDee was on the phone with Trayvon.

      • jm says:

I think GZ’s father may have had some input on how to present his story on the 02/26 killing so it looked like self-defense.

I would LOVE to know whose idea it was to change GZ’s story on NEN call that Trayvon was running away to Trayvon skipping without fear on the Hannity interview months later. I

The Zimmerman team and their “stories” would actually be funny if it didn’t involve the cover-up of the murder of an innocent kid.

I can’t wait for the next chapter of this story. Will ShelLIE show up in court in December? Will she be 100 lbs heavier? Does she stick to her story? Will she get jail time? Will she be able to carry a concealed weapon again. Will she stay married to a liar and a fool who got her into this mess?

        As the Zimmerman world turns.

      • ladystclaire says:

        @jm, TWO THUMBS UP!

      • esentrick says:

@jm – I agree, IMO GZ father had something to do with his story. It seems odd that every time GZ tries to re-tell his father’s story, he pauses and “forgets” how the story is suppose to go. :-/

    • looneydoone says:

      Colin,
Officer Timothy Smith transported gz (*alone in the car) from crime scene to SPD headquarters

Officer Timothy Smith allowed gz to use the restroom unattended and “didn’t see” gz clean up

Officer Smith sought out Detective Singleton, prior to her interviewing gz to advise “this may be a self defense case”

Me thinks there was an *interesting * conversation during that ride

      • racerrodig says:

        Me thinks…..you thinks correctly.

      • ladystclaire says:

ME thinks that even if he had been escorted to the SPD with two LE officers in the car with him, there would have still been an interesting conversation about this murder. some in that police dept were hell bent on sweeping this under the rug, and allowing this lump of nothing to get away with his crime.

      • SpecialladyT says:

I also feel Officer Smith had a bigger role in this mess. Why would he call in Zimmerman’s plate at the scene of the crime and not address that information in his report? And why the hell didn’t he search and or impound Zimmerman’s truck the night of the murder. This pisses me off!

    • leander22 says:

George haveing no idea his non emergancy call would be taped an the transcript able for revei along with audio…

I assume he was aware of that. Strictly even without a 3 month practicum (as a associate law degree necessity) or simply as what it is for others too: “Volunteers are a gift to the community and a very welcome addition to the Sanford Police Department.”, a volunteer program, I would have assumed it.

      • “I assume he was aware of that.”

You realize, don’t you, that you’re talking about George Zimmerman while using yourself as a baseline for comparison?

      • leander22 says:

Professor, basically my life has taught me to not underestimate anybody, especially not people like George. He could be a master manipulator, for all I know. He could have two faces, a visible and a hidden one. The type of person that friendly waves hello to a mother and once inside his home picks up the phone to inform police about her kids that are playing in the street in front of his house.

Oh, Mam, since I live in the neighborhood, I’d rather keep it anonymous.

    • grahase says:

He had to know the NEN was being taped. Anyone who watches the news, etc. would eventually hear a taped call in the media. Sean also says so at the beginning of the call.

      • PYorck says:

Yes, he says so but very quickly and not very clearly. That’s easy to miss. One little thing I noticed was that during one of his interrogations the officer (Serino?) assumed that he had called a different NEN number and GZ gave the correct one. It wouldn’t surprise me much if GZ called the less obvious number on purpose because he thought he had access to a super-secret Neighborhood Watch VIP line.

    • Mike says:

Id pay a million dollars to have seen George’s face wile his NEN call was being played to him .

      • racerrodig says:

I think Cheorge “skipped” on that.

      • leander22 says:

Mike, show me one passage of GZ’s NEN call that Team George represented by O’Mara/West & Internet checking interns–if we leave the address out for a while, ditto the house number he is facing next to the cut-through, something by the way he tries to explain away, if I am not completely mistaken, somewhere else by the fact that a pick up truck was parked in front of it, I forget where exactly, ditto the time that does not fit–that could not somehow be fitted neatly into his later statements? They also still have a lot of time to study everything closely and adjust the narrative convincingly.

        Transcript of his NEN call

        • racerrodig says:

I think the damage is tooooooo far along and to severe. I can’t see how they can possibly adjust anything in any way that would make sense. Z simply could not keep his mouth shut. If he did what most criminals do, he’d have a better chance.

Unfortunately for him, he “skipped” right over the “..you have the right to remain silent…” part, and jumped right into, let me explain it with another version part.

      • Mike says:

Leander I’ve said this befor and I’ll say it again the only address George was looking for was 17 Trayvon Martin lane
        Sanford‎ Florida‎ 32771

        • racerrodig says:

Which matches what I’ve said since April. Zimmerman ws on his way to Target (someone) and you have the exact address.

      • leander22 says:

Mike, I agree, absolutely. I hope that the Jury will understand that too, that Sean’s question: What house are you parked in front of?, cannot ever by any Jury member be understood as meaning an arbitrary house on a different road when additionally he supposedly intends to return to his car. But I am also curious what kind of explanations Team Zimmerman will come up with.

I assume that he remembered the question and fitted it into his narrative. What was funny during Serino’s questioning was Zimmerman’s statement confronted with his NEN call, not verbatim: I don’t even remember, I said that.

If I were a law student in Florida, or for that matter a student in associate criminal law, I would volunteer to do whatever job defense needs aids for.

Something MOM repeats over and over regarding GZs changing story has resonated with me RE: Sr.s, Georges, Taaffe’s and Ostermans (et al) stories; “if you heard the same story over and over, thats when you have to worry about lies”.

I am amazed that people who were not there, AMMO, Sr, Taaffe, were able to relay their stories to media, to the FBI, and to FDLE so succinctly and perfectly as if it were George himself. Shoot, AMMO gives MORE detail than George ( Example: TMs position on George, the location of his knees, feeling the gun on his leg etc.) I attribute that to parts of AMMOs story GZ forgot to tell, that he thought sounded better.)

Sr. also goes into great detail. Which way George turned. Exactly which steps he took. Deliberately (imo) trying to make it clear GZ didnt veer from the path, ie follow.

I think the fact that they were so perfectly relayed in such detail by different people suggests they were coordinated. These arent things George would relay in such detail unless the intent was to repeat them and highlight the same points of reference. So I think its pretty obvious this is a scripted story.

      • racerrodig says:

And that’s why they will be torn to shreds on the stand.

  37. grahase says:

There have been many funny moments as I have followed (or skipped) along this case:

Here are my Top Ten David Letterman picks:

#1 favourite was the bandages on his nose and back of his head.

#2 when he said – he wasn’t following but going in the same direction as Trayvon,

#3 when he said – he wasn’t running – more like skipping,

#4 when, during Hannity interview, he stiffly turns his head to look into the camera to speak directly to the American public,

#5 where he thanked the masses for their support,

#6 when he talked about his story being as big as the 9-11 attacks,

#7 when Shellie tells him he is famous and he agrees,

#8 when his mentor Osterman is filmed walking down the street with his gun and holster like right out of an old Horse Opera episode,

#9 when he walked into the courtroom having lost weight and wearing the ridiculously oversized clothing because he needed a bullet-proof vest for security,

    Finally, #10 Robert Zimmerman Jr.

    • jm says:

One of my favorite moments was when he was in court grossly overweight with the blinking eyes, appearing to be medicated and trying to fold a piece of paper.

      • racerrodig says:

There is a youtube about that, and man is it hilarious. I believe that is one of LLMPapa’s

I think it’s called George Zimmerman’s latest dilemma.

    • FactsFirst says:

One of my fav moments was when GZ apologized to Trayvon’s parents “IN COURT” saying “he didn’t know how old TM was and how he thought Trayvon was a little younger than him” but clearly in the NEN call he described Trayvon as in his “LATE TEENS”

      • Yes, that was a special moment when everyone familiar with the case, and that certainly included Trayvon’s parents as well as millions of viewers who had listened to the NEN call, instantly knew he was lying.

That’s an insult, not an apology.

        Pathetic.

      • ladystclaire says:

You are spot on with your comment professor, spot on for sure. I pray that we don’t end up with another brain dead bunch of village idiots on the jury. Zimmerman is as guilty as sin.

      • logi says:

Also refers to him as a “kid” when he states he didn’t want to give out his address to NEN.

        • racerrodig says:

I picked up the kid reference on his NEN call long ago. Then when he said he looked about my age, maybe a bit younger, I slapped Zidiots silly with that…..they have no sense of humor at all.

      • gblock says:

My question to George would have been: So what? If Trayvon had been 26 instead of 17, would it then have been a good idea to follow him without identifying himself? Would that somehow have made it OK to shoot him?

    • leander22 says:

#9 when he walked into the courtroom having lost weight and wearing the ridiculously oversized clothing because he needed a bullet-proof vest for security,

that’s what I noticed too. I couldn’t help to think about weight, once I noticed that to some size mattered. We can only assume our perception tricked us, if we also assume he bought a new suit from sponsored money, one that was meant to only fit in couple of weeks later. Of course strictly it could have been somebody else’s suit? … But strictly lately the same suit seems to fit much better again.

#6 when he talked about his story being as big as the 9-11 attacks,

I’d appreciate a link for that. I always sensed whatever type of connection between homeland security and NW. From my own surely distinct Block Leader–block captain?–perspective.

      • grahase says:

It was one of the jailhouse calls. I shall begin my search.

        • racerrodig says:

Let me say this point blank. My son’s godfather is a retired IRS Criminal Investigator and now trains Homeland Security Agents. He’s never heard of Osterman and he trains all of them. The consensus is he pulled that job out of his arsz because it’s an incognito job. There is no record they can find AND he’d have been fired on the spot for stating what he does.
Duhhhh, as always to a Zidiot.

      • leander22 says:

racerrodig, I have nothing against the general idea of neighborhood watch. I do in fact pay attention on what is happening in my own neighborhood. We had quite a few burglaries too. Neither I do not have anything against homeland security. But I am not a fan of people that that call police for kids playing in the street, although they apparently move out of the way every time a car approaches as the officer alerted to the scene by Zimmerman reports back. Notice at this event what a coward GZ is, he doesn’t want people to know it was him calling police. … That’s the type of person, I don’t have much respect for.

Besides, I have the highest respect for your son’s retired godfather.

The city of Sanford discussed the “formalization” of their relationship with the Neighborhood Watch program. Which means their relationship was never formalized, and your friend, I assume thus can’t find the RTL NW.

I can’t copy the passage go to the Jun 11, document, third link, page 13. ..

        • racerrodig says:

To my knowledge, this NW was never a formality, just GZ. He did allegedly have the “training” but I doubt it. I was on a NW from 80 to 88 where we used to live. The Zidiots, especially GZ are under the impression this is a patrol. Nothing is farther from the truth. You watch, there is no set schedule and no game plan. If you do “patrol” you never, ever follow anyone. Never. Most on the NW were retired people with clean windows.

          • Xena says:

Most on the NW were retired people with clean windows.

HEY! Watch out now. That resembles me. 🙂

My granddog is an excellent watch dog. She barks at the slightest, unfamiliar noise and when strange people walk anywhere within the distance of two houses on either side. Early one morning, I saw a neighbor’s daughter leaving for the school bus. Later, I saw several squad cars pull up to that neighbor’s house. Then the homeowner arrived. The cops walked out back and spent significant time there.

That neighbor drove off shortly after the cops did. The neighbor between us told me later that the security system went off, and that house had been robbed. Well, I know what I saw and what I didn’t see. No cops came to my house to ask me anything.

That neighbor claims that her house was broken into at least twice — and she is the one who has more company than anyone else on the block — so go figure, uh?

          • racerrodig says:

Imagine that. The only things ever missing from here we know were by our friends kids. We proved and and they are now ex-friends.

      • gblock says:

racerodig, your description of NW matches my experience. On the street where my husband and I lived from 1986-1991, we had a NW. A meeting was held at which a neighbor explained NW. The concept of holding patrols was never brought up or implied.

He wouldn’t have to lie as Damage Control. He’d still wind up in prison, but he wouldn’t have given everyone so much material to work with.

  41. Rachael says:

The address that was asked for was GZ address so the police could talk to him and take the report. He was not asked to look for an address or get an address. He could have just said that he was not at his home and there was no address then asked them to call. No one told him to get an address. Like you said, there was point in an address for Trayvon. An address for a reference point where GZ was might have been nice, but it was not asked for and certainly would not have been necessary if GZ had stayed with his vehicle so the police could talk to him when they got there. But it is obvious he had no intention of doing that because he pursued.

No idea what 13P means, but I guess “the suspect”. GZ is clearly following this “suspect” to Frank Taaffe’s house on his last call before the night he killed Trayvon Martin. And where interestingly his story on that night begins.

tsmith2 or Timothy Smith arrived in RTL at 20:34:43 probably at the earlier address given. It must have been 1020, somehow around the intersection Twin Trees Lane and OAK WAY. This entry may have been added by the dispatcher. It is listed as: Nearest intersection.

Something odd too, the house number he reports from is the house of his former neighbor Olivia Bertalan, at 1960 not his own. It is listed on top. … Mistake by the person taking the call/ dispatch?

This time GZ wants to have a chance to call the arriving officers directly, so this “13P” has no chance to get away.

13P is a Florida code for “suspicious person”

      • 1020 probably is code for the word “address”

yes, Frederick obviously, that’s a house close to the front gate. Which strictly suggests GZ passed him on his way home. Notice his call comes in at 20:30. and at 20:40 he corrects the address. We do not hear the address he gives, thus we cannot say if it is a mistake by the lady taking his call.

It’s “his black leather jacket, black bomber hat” suspect, who according to George “I’ve seen before”. Notice how polite he is, he calls him a “gentleman”. It seems to be call no. five here

Notice if I understand this correctly potential thieves, according to George, also seem to have the habit of looking at trash pins. I thought that was a different type of people, but I am sure if I had a associate degree in criminal law and spend a compulsory practicum at SPD I would know better. Again he does not know what this “gentleman’s” what his deal is? How about asking him? Are you looking at trash pins in the hope somebody threw something away one can still eat?

A homeless by the way surface as the main suspect from a mother’s point of view before. And I guess they may belong to the ones looking for something to eat even in a waste bin.

Love Malisha’s sense of humor. She put my thoughts about GZ finding an address for a kid who he admitted was running away into a clever parody.

  43. SupremeVictory says:

That is exactly why this getting an address deal is whole lot of garbage. No address he could have provided to the dispatcher after leaving his vehicle would have been useful. If he lost TM, what address could he possibly provide that would be even remotely relevant?

The only address he could provide that would mean anything is where TM is and since he allegedly stopped following and lost him, this is impossible unless he keeps looking for him. Not to mention you can’t associate an address with someone that is moving without following.

    • Malisha says:

George said he got out of his shtruck to find an address because he believes he can just “tell us anything.”

Who are WE to not believe him? Racists? Sue us already!

      • Malisha, The early years of Saturday Night Live (mid-1970’s) were really funny but, you’ve absolutely topped them!!. Every time I read one of your humorous posts, I visualize a skit in my mind and end up laughing until my sides hurt…..because they really do reveal the Zimmentality!

    • Two sides to a story says:

All GZ needed to do was meet SPD at front gate, back gate, or clubhouse . . .

      • racerrodig says:

Dispatcher “…what is your exact location now….”

Z “……um…..Central Florida…….what, let me get an address….um, have them call me………..we’ll do lunch”

    • Supreme……Getting an address was just Georgie’s excuse to get out of his truck and continue his hunt. If he hadn’t said that he was trying to get an address, then he would have had no reason to continue following Trayvon, since the dispatcher told him that….we don’t need you to do that. Being questioned about the address, when his mind was squarely on the hunt, probably aggraviated him and caused him to lose focus. That’s why he sounded like a bumbling fool.

      • racerrodig says:

Getting an address was an afterthought during his interview and at his dry run, er alleged “Reenactment” He never said on his call, wait…let me look for AN ADDRESS at any time.

      • Malisha says:

GWS, I have two things to say to you. First, thank you. I used to love SNL, especially when Belushi was alive. Did you ever see his routine, the fake news, “The Luck of the Irish”? I’m still laughing about that! “THEY LOVE THEIR MOTHERS!”

The other thing I have to say to you is about your comment, “That’s why he sounded like a bumbling fool.” Um…I think the UNDERLYING reason he sounded like a bumbling fool was…he was being authentic.
